TJ Guesthouse has a very good location. There are snack bars, massages, 21 department stores and the beach nearby. The living facilities are quite good. The price is not expensive and the environment is clean.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I had high expectations because it had good reviews! It didn't disappoint! I stayed for 5 nights, but for the first 2 nights I was in a room with no view of the outside. I asked to change rooms, but they said I could from the 3rd night onwards, even though I had booked a room with a window... From the 3rd night onwards, it was exactly what I wanted! It seems to have been renovated, so it's generally clean! There are 6 hangers, various outlets, a large refrigerator, a microwave and a kettle outside. Above all, I really liked the staff. I think the value for money is also very good! The location is also close to Terminal 21 Big-C and Beach Road! Caution: There is no elevator, and the stairs are narrow, so be careful when climbing up and down!

The location is very good. A short walk from Pattaya Beach. Opposite there is a restaurant. And at the end of the alley is Central Marina. Traveling is very convenient. The room is spacious and the bed is soft.

You need to climb stairs, and a 2-person room does not allow a third person, you need to pay extra. Don't think of sleeping three people in a 2-person room, Thailand charges per person
