Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence Reviews

The location of the hotel was perfect every main attractions in Cairo was nearby .. the first mall which is 3 foot steps from the lobby was the jewel on the crown.. Ms. Asala from the reception is professional lovable & the reason we had perfect stay at the four seasons

It was my daughter's 30th birthday and we stayed over at this hotel. The staff were superb and helped make my daughter's birthday so special. They gave us a upgrade suite and allowed offered complimentary late checkou which was amazing. Food is superb as well as cocktails. The lovely Huge celebration cake was superb. The petit chef experience on the Nile was superb and food was so delicious and big portions which I recommend to do. the hotel manager gave us a complimentary drink before walking us over to the boat and provided a car to pick us up after our. Meal on the boat.

Really Spacious room! Was conveniently located centrally in Cairo!

If you ever get the privilege to stay at the four seasons DO IT! THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! I haven't checked in to my hotel because I was in luxor all day and I messaged them through their app to see about room service being there before I make it in. They delivered my meal already as I said it was okay knowing time wise I would be in late and assume that service ends at some point of the evening. I've only had lunch today I haven't been in a bed in the last 48hours, they set ny room up and delivered my food with out me checking in! Theyer amazing they set my spa time for tomorrow evening as well. They also able to offer massage in your room, their guest services is top notch. It's pricey but they absolutely take care if you! I've been to the one in Maui as well, absolutely not disappointed!

The facilities are a bit older, the greeting guy outside and the parking attendant are very friendly, but the service in the hotel can only be said to be average.

The hotel is right on the edge of the Nile River, with beautiful scenery, convenient transportation and very good service. The restaurants, shopping mall, and swimming pool in the hotel are very good. Very satisfied, I have always liked Four Seasons Hotel. There is also a Japanese restaurant on board that is not expensive and of first-class quality.

I have lived in Private Residences all year round in Canada before, and this time I still feel the principle of treating others as myself practiced in the culture.

Very old, service is OK

The hotel has just been painted and the smell is very strong, so it is not suitable for bringing children. Other services are very good

Nothing special, get off the car and drag your luggage at the door to go through the security check, the security check machine is very high and the security guard doesn't know how to help you while standing there, it sucks👎

The bottom of the cabinet under the bed is full of dust, the coffee capsules are not replenished the next day, and the drawers are broken. We lost something in the room, and the hotel will drag and deal with it for you in various ways. A hotel with a very poor experience.
