Check in was easy and their customer service was good. We were suprised when we got a free upgrade for our room. Our room was clean and very spacious. The hotel is well located within orchard road. Shopping and getting food is very convenient. The housekeeping service was prompt and good. Overall we had a very pleasant experience in our 3D2N stay there.

My wife and two children have a two-room apartment for the Spring Festival holiday. The hotel is upgraded to three rooms for free. Very good accommodation experience. Suitable for big family vacation. The location is quiet. A few minutes walk is the Orchard Road Commercial Street, and the subway and public transportation are very convenient. There are too many choices in Shaw and Ion underground within 5 minutes of walking out to eat, from Bak Kut Teh Hainanese Chicken Rice to Spicy Hot Pot. There is also a supermarket downstairs in Shaw, life is very convenient. The kitchen is very large, with a full set of kitchen utensils and utensils, but unfortunately we were so busy playing around and didn't open the fire ourselves. Also awesome was the washer dryer. The children in the swimming pool really like it. The staff are also amazing, and the drinks and snacks in the fridge are free. My wife posted a photo of the hotel to Moments. Several friends are asking for the name of the hotel when they plan to go on vacation in Singapore.

Concierge was really friendly and accommodating. It’s really nice of them to give us a complimentary upgrade with bathtub which was honestly a pleasant surprise. Although the cleanliness can be improved as the bathtub was kinda dirty. Overall, I’d say it’s really decent and up to standard. The location is also great, everything is within walking distance.

So it’s quite nice to see from the window . - The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed. - The shower area is very clean. - Beds and linens are comfortable. Additional pillows are provided by default. There is an open carpark within the hotel which is quite secure via gantry. . Service: - Room service are quite swift. - The concierge team is very helpful & was one of the reasons why we came to this hotel. Good location above orchard mrt and is in the orchard road shopping belt. Nice touches in the bathroom. However, the hotel is very packed so long waiting time for the lifts. Comes with complimentary parking, nice views of the orchard road skyline.

This hotel is in a great location on Orchard Road with easy MRT (local subway) access. If you poke around, you'll find the connection to the Shaw Building next door to minimise the rain exposure. The rooms are quite small, what I call ”sleep and go” as you won't hang around too long. But the TV has lots of choice to put on at the end of the day. My kids tagged along for a business trip and loved the shampoo and conditioner scent (I usually don't notice too much). Wifi is fine. Good restaurant and poolside. It closes for a bit outside main lunch hours, but if you are a hotel guest and want to do Zoom meetings, they have a special area in the back which is super helpful. They had live music one night and a lot of people were whooping up - great atmosphere! Highly recommend and would stay here again, for sure.

10mins walk from Lucky Plaza, for 18 y.o. And above only. Choose the club like experience and we loved it, 2 per pax wine or beer and canapes, the refreshments are cookies or chips small individual packed size and drinks in can (coke, red bull and low fat coffee. Break fast was ala carte , and unli pastry like croissants, white bread, pan au chocolate and rasin bread, varieties of juices like orange, and so on, few cereals like coco crush and corn flakes, there is a coffee machine and packets of teas to choose, over all we both love the experience. Definitely will come back. Stayed 10-11/11/23 . Thanks for the hardworking staffs👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

This review is long over due. My extended family and I stayed at Oakwood Studios Singapore through most of December 2022 and onto the first week of January 2023. The circumstances around our stay was very difficult but the management and staff at the Oakwood Studios made our stay most comfortable and we can’t thank them enough. This is not your typical service apartment but one with a special touch. And it seems to be popular with expats on short assignments to Singapore and families who have patients being treated at MT E Orchard or many of the other medical facilities across Singapore. Nestled across from York hotel and one building next to Quincy this is a most unique property. I have stayed at both the others in the past but I prefer Oakwood by far with its balcony in every room and clean and modern style with kitchenette. But it’s the people that made all the difference. I would like to specially thank Hitesh for going out of his way and even while on holiday to accommodate our ever changing dates and need for rooms. A big thanks to Nass as well for always stepping up and being most accommodating. Thank you Dan, Denise, Kym, Jet and Shobina for all the help at reception, with the brilliant breakfast boxes and recommendations. The residents loved the Thursday night cocktail and snacks which were complimentary and the many hidden outdoor places in the building (including the roof top pool). A must stay in Singapore for those planning to stay for a week or longer. At the time we were there, we heard that the Ascott group had bought Oakwood Studios. As good as the Ascott brand are themselves, I do hope they allow Oakwood Studios to retain its unique style and personality.

I recently found myself indulging in a staycation at the brand new Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore. This hotel, which debuted in October 2023, promises a luxurious urban escape right in the heart of Singapore's famed shopping belt, Orchard Road. The hotel's strategic location is a definite win. While it's not directly on the main stretch of Orchard Road, it's a comfortable five-minute walk away – perfect for those who crave the convenience of shopping without the constant hustle and bustle. Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately struck by its beauty. The open-air concept creates a stunning atmosphere, bathed in natural light. However, a slight downside was the temperature, which felt a tad warm at times due to the open design. The staff, however, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room was a haven of clean simplicity. It offered a balcony overlooking the refreshing pool, a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. While everything was lovely, the entertainment options could be expanded. Perhaps adding a few more TV channels or offering in-room complimentary movies would further enhance the in-room experience. Breakfast was a delightful affair. While the spread wasn't vast, it offered a curated selection of delicious options. I particularly appreciated the focus on minimizing food waste. After all, quality over quantity is always a winner in my book! The gym and pool, located on the 5th floor, provided excellent options for staying active. However, the gym did get quite crowded during the after-work hours, something to consider if you prefer a more solitary workout. Overall, the Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore impressed with its chic design, strategic location, and friendly staff. The minor quibbles about the slightly warm lobby and limited entertainment options are easily outweighed by the overall positive experience. This hotel is a perfect choice for sophisticated travelers seeking a luxurious urban retreat in the heart of Singapore's shopping paradise.

Location is very near to orchard so it’s perfect. Basically there is not much service crew, food nor cleaners. As for cleanliness, they do not change your beddings or give you clean towels despite i am staying there for two weeks, but they do have washer and dryer but would be a hassle to wash them in such tiny spaces. They only sweep your room once a week. They only offer two numbers of small tubes of shampoos & shower gel. Overall the room is small but still enough for me. My pantry was a co-living space and I’ve got a smoking neighbours. At night the smell will easily travel to your room. You need a towel to cover the seams below the doors to prevent that. Tv was good, the supplies at pantry were good too. If I am coming back again? If there aren’t any rooms that is available in Singapore, I would.

We had a great time staying at the Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore during Christmas this year. We were warmly welcome by the staff during checkin. The staff was very friendly and even gave my baby a teddy bear as a welcoming gift. We stayed at the two bedrooms suite which was perfect for our family. We could prepare food for the baby in the kitchen and enjoyed dinner at the dinning room altogether. The location of the hotel is really convenience. It’s walkable distance to the infamous maxwell food center, the Chinatown and MRT station. The pick up spot for grab just right downstairs. We highly recommended this hotel. The buffet in the morning was really good. We stayed for 4 nights and the food were different almost everyday.

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

First time staying here since Covid. Check-in was fast. It was a self check-in system. Only thing is that they didnt accept contactless mode of payment for the hotel deposit. So i still had to proceed to the counter to complete my check-in as i did not have my physical credit card with me. Not an issue. There was a lift leading straight to the carpark. Very useful and helpful. Room size was acceptable. Not huge but not small either. There was a filtration system for drinking water. Therefore, no bottled water was provided. But then again, Singapore’s tap water is pretty much safe for drinking unless otherwise stated. Loved the rainshower in the room. I did not get the opportunity to try out the gym and the wellness services in the hotel. Will definitely find an opportunity to try them out someday.

One of our favorite hotel stays (relative to price point) in Singapore! The room was huge and clean and neat, the housekeeping staff were clearly professionals and took pride in their work. The check in and check out processes were a breeze. (The hotel staff didn't mention it during our check-in, but we suspect they upgraded us to a bigger room!) There were also a lot of amenities at the hotel, from the waterfall lounge (drinks with a view) to a quaint cafe (wildseed) to a furniture store (crane living). The hotel is also in a good location albeit a short distance away from Havelock mrt. Easy access to orchard/clarke quay/chinatown. Amenities do not come with bottled water and bedroom slippers. 10/10 would come back here to stay again.

First time trying this hotel for a staycation with my gf.. the location is great with alot of nice food choices around and while room in itself is pretty big and nice, my main issue is that the aircon seems to be stuck at 24.5 degrees the whole night and cannot be adjusted which made the whole stay rather uncomfortable and pretty hot. The pillows are also not really that comfortable as well. If the aircon issue was better and the room wasn't as hot the whole night, it would have been alot better. as it stand, there are probably better choices for this price range so I probably wouldn't be keen to come back again which is kinda a bummer cos the location is good and the room is pretty nice at the end..

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

I highly recommend this hotel to families travelling. It is so near shops, restaurants and mrt station (lavender). Although room is quite small, it offered what we need, the bed, smart tv, shower and toilet. We didnt get to use the pool due to our very limited stay in SG. Our room AC was not working when we arrived very late at around 12 mn. My toddler was sweating. In the morning, we had it fixed by maintenance and it was working fine after.

Stay cation for my 5yo daughter's birthday, we looked forward to it as we also have to care for 7 months old baby besides my hyperactive girl. The check in was fast as thanks to Michelle, we didn't get any upgrades or room isn't ready yet but a deco was quickly set up in the room after we returned back after lunch at 4 pm. The housekeeping is quick to manage our cot and bathtub with kids toiletries for my infant after I rang them up, thank you. We decided to utilise the facilities as much such as the urban jungle village for our kiddos. It was a disappointing as one of the digital ones isn't responsive and the other was too boring where only older kids will have to use brain to do 'science' work. Ball pit was too small and the dome and tents lack of more interactive toys. Surprised that the collaboration with kidztopia wasn't up to par from MS one as we were their annual unlimited access customer. The flooring isn't well padded. So I am glad that I did not chose the urban jungle stay. There is a small collection of books but my kiddos aren't interested at discovery stuff yet. So my girl headed the pool for 3 days in a row and lucky we brought our floats so she can play safely with new kids that she met at the poolside which is not that crowded ideally. Moreover, the bar staff ensure the pax are well by checking on us. But the front staff are careless as first day encountered 2 young Chinese children playing rough with my girl's float and calling her names and next they are washing their slippers at the children's pool. Next, we were exhausted hence we tried the emporium and despite being locals and paying more expensive Asian local food. The chicken rice was hard but hainese taste was intact, chicken satay was lacking tender but was flavourful, so pho can add tendons... etc, laska and mushroom soup was good, my girl likes their spaghetti and we love the freshly squeezed juices. Macaroons and cakes were decent. Hence, we decided to go for edge buffet on the second night. Both breakfast and dinner buffet was well spread of sumptuous food stations. The staff assisted to clean tables efficiently, Janice managed to get our table fast as we are with 2 young children. I love their staff being friendly, food and services as there are more fresher, various food compared to RISE at MBS recalling the houseflies kept attacking the seafood at our table. The newly decorated room is much pleasant to see but the bed was too firm and pillows are too soft, we had difficulties to catch good night rest. Even we tried their mother's day special cake as my hubby see the supposedly full of berries but was full of magerine flavour and can't find any puree as stated. Bought a few muffins, velvet and choco hazelnut cake on the go to end this staycation. We like to compliment Vijay and Michelle at the reception and Vijay at entrance for their swift attending to us and being understanding making an icing on the cake, since I had bad experience with one of the sales team from SG Pan PACIFIC thus I decided to use trip.com instead. We will recommend others to stay regardless for pleasure or business.
