I enjoyed the breakfast spread every morning. There is a market right outside the hotel, as well as some food choices - very convenient. The hotel is also well-located for the subway and 2 museums.

The room is very clean and the location is right next to the metro station. Downstairs there's a big shopping mall and lots of shops and restaurants.

The location is fantastic, right next to the subway entrance, making it super easy to get to attractions and also a short walk to Luang Prabang Night Market. The bed and linens in the room were really comfortable, and the room size was just right. Breakfast was delicious, especially the rice noodles – I carb-loaded every morning!

The service was consistently excellent, with warm and genuine hospitality. The laundry service for clothes was particularly good. It's conveniently located near a large shopping mall. Just a heads-up: there's some construction on one of the floors right now, so travelers with irregular schedules or jet lag might want to be aware. You can ask the front desk for earplugs. The room was clean, comfortable, tidy, and spacious, bright and spotless. It's comparable to a Hanting or Atour hotel.

Very nice and spacious room with great view to the city. The breakfast can be improved. Also, please don’t let guests smoke in common areas where there is no windows or exhaust. The whole hallway of our floor was full of smoke because of a lady smoking there all the time and she was keep coughing very loudly.

The location is near the East Station, very close, the hotel is super clean, the waiters are super friendly, they actively introduced discounts to us, actively upgraded our room, the room is large and clean, strongly recommend buying a room with breakfast, the breakfast is super rich, there are shrimps, very fresh, my favorite is still the bowl of Guilin rice noodles, super delicious

The place was spotless, and the rooms were very spacious. They even offered complimentary refreshing drinks on the ground floor. Getting a taxi was also incredibly convenient.
