Environment: I was assigned a room super far from the elevator, but I thought it would be quiet. Nope! On Saturday night, I kept hearing drunken KTV singing – no chance of sleeping. The room had a weird smell, like the sewer system wasn't properly sealed, which I didn't like. The soundproofing isn't great; I could hear everything happening in the hallway clearly. It's in the same building as a Quanjia Hotel. Besides the drinks and conditioner, I didn't feel it was much of an upgrade from an Orange Hotel. You really need to pick a newer hotel. Service: The auntie was great! She folded my pajamas when she cleaned. Thumbs up! Facilities: One of the bedside outlets had a loose connection, emmm.

The hotel environment is fantastic, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. I slept incredibly soundly, right through till morning. The staff are also very warm and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. I'll definitely be back!

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We got a free upgrade to a better room, which was great. The room itself was well-equipped, and the mini-bar even had complimentary drinks. With Christmas approaching, the hotel also had a lovely festive atmosphere.

Toilet and blanket got a dirty smell. No aircon during the winter period but they will provide warm or cooling fan. Room feel stuffy due to that. Unlikely to stay here again. Front desk staff are friendly.

First experience at this hotel. I was comfortable and the location was close to many favourite places I enjoy going to in the city. The hotel is also quite close to MixC and Shengtiandi shopping areas. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I would enjoyed the quiet corner room I requested. Definitely will return in future!

Hotel was strategically located in central Nanning (Close and easily reachable to EXPO/Commercial Centers and just around 15 minutes away from the new business district). Service and cleanliness are excellent. The only downside with the building is the common areas and corridors are very hot. The room air-conditioning automatically shuts off by temperature sensor in the middle of the night (for my room and 4 others where my colleagues were staying in) which causes the room to be uncomfortably warm in the middle of the night.
