I stayed for four nights, and my room was never cleaned, nor were the towels replaced. On the second night, I asked the front desk about it, and they told me I had to specifically request cleaning at the reception. I did ask for it, but the next day, there was still no cleaning or towel change. I went to the front desk to get towels and waited an hour, but they never arrived. I had to call again before they finally brought them over. The soundproofing in the room was also very poor. Overall, my experience was not great.

The hotel service was good, breakfast was decent, and the hygiene conditions were also quite good. Since there were three of us staying in the same room, the sofa bed was a bit small, and you could feel the springs had flattened out when you lay on it, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. However, overall, it was still alright.

The hotel is good from outside and the lobby is good too. But shower gel wasn’t in the washroom. The bottle was empty. But a decent hotel.

I arrived at the hotel at 1 AM, so I missed the shuttle bus, but check-in was smooth. I even got a warm DoubleTree cookie! The corner room I was given was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the noise wasn't too bad, so I slept quite well. I didn't use the shower facilities as I was just staying for one night before heading to the city. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, and the value for money was decent.

Within my 4 days stay, there was NO maid service to room. When asked to have fresh towels replaced, it may or may not be replaced on the next day. No housekeeper speaks any English that making request hard. The front desk was always busy as there was ONLY ONE clerk working o matter how many guests were waiting. The decor in the room is very old. The air-conditioner is super COLD in WINTER. It couldn’t be switched to heating mode. The bathroom faucet were leaking in both bath tub and washing basin. I called the service but the technician didn’t speak English and couldn’t fixed the neither air-conditioner nor the faucets and asked us to turn itge air-con off and leave the faucets leaking all 4 days stays. The breakfast eggs & omelet station only serves on Friday & Saturday. No egg service from Sunday to Thursday.
The hotel location sucks. Only Uber or Lyft can be used for getting around or into the city.
The ONLY good thing is this hotel is still offering warm cookies. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel for any future guests. This hotel should be rated less than 2 stars instead of current 4 stars rating.

The carpets need replacing as do all furniture. No water in the am so showers were unusable and staff just shook their heads and said sorry. No refund or discount for the problem which was very unprofessional.

I wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.

The bathroom had a fault where the pipe leaked and messes up the place. Managemnt knew but could not do anything about it. The place has outdated fixtures and fittings. My biggest disappointment was the pipe leak for the entire duration of my stay

The only advantage of the hotel is its close to the airport, everything else is comparable to a one star hotel.
It’s hit or miss type of experience with the staff. I found most ladies staff very rude and not supportive while men staff were polite and helpful. Hotel itself is good but good luck dealing with frontline staff.
The worst part of my stay is getting hold of someone to enquire about airport shuttle, I counted and can tell they did not pick my call after calling about 25 times, my wife called the same number and they picked once(a lady), when she tried again(about 10 times), no one answered. We kept our expectations very low and the same lady welcomed us with a fake smile at the reception during checkin.
