太舊！但景觀非常好！建議年青人唔好租

I stayed in this hotel for four days and three nights. As a four-star hotel, everything was satisfactory. My wife had requirements for the view. When I checked in, the staff in front of me also told me that I wanted to have a good photo. The staff was very helpful. He was polite and attentive and found the most suitable room in the floor plan. He was polite and worthy of praise. The hotel is surrounded by tourist landmarks such as Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, and you can go to shopping malls on both sides of the bridge. It is only a 5-minute walk to the underground. It is very convenient. However, the water pressure in the hotel is slightly unstable, but it is still acceptable.

It's clean and the service is friendly. The hotel is in a great location. It's right next to Tower Bridge. You can enjoy the beautiful view of Tower Bridge directly through the window. It's a good choice on windy days.

Our room had a view of Tower Bridge and The Shadow! Highly recommended for the great view and room! The room was spacious and I was able to relax!

The location is first-class, right next to Tower Bridge, with the Yacht Club on the other side. Perfect 👍. Unfortunately, the decoration is a bit old, the hot water is hot and cold, and the shower pipe is leaking.

Had a 3 night stay and everything was wonderful, the hotel is clean, located in a prime spot, service was great! Special shout out to Nelson who is ever so attentive to the hotel guests.

這個酒店好的就是風景吧，其實觀景房還沒有一般客房大，單人床小翻個身要掉下來。入住的時候給了我一間有人住的房子，我開門進去嚇一跳。然後前台給我們理由是有人和我預訂的名字一樣，所以他們搞錯了，我覺得這一點上要麼他們覺得我是蠢的才會相信。早餐也是一般，吃早餐靠近樓梯的地方平台上都是灰，感覺堆積了好多年的。服務也是一般，服務人員臉上沒有笑容，好像壓力挺大的。

酒店周邊環境挺好的，在地鐵旁，去機場也方便

I don't know whether it was the door of the next room or the fire door that kept opening and closing the noise until 2 o'clock, and the sound was very loud. It started to be noisy again at 6:30 the next morning, and I couldn't sleep peacefully. No matter how good a hotel I stayed, The most important purpose is to have a good sleep. This is the worst hotel experience I have had in London in recent years.

It's an older hotel, but the hardware facilities are well maintained, the service is pretty good, and the location is great, right next to Tower Bridge. The tower view room I chose was 3600 including breakfast and two nights. You can see Tower Bridge and the Shard from the room. You can't ask for more in this location.

I stayed here in mid-February. The room was quite spacious, and the Tower Bridge looked beautiful! The shower room had a bathtub and toilet in the same room, and all amenities were provided except for toothbrushes. I don't think there were any bathrobes. There was a TV and air conditioning, so I was able to stay comfortably. Although I didn't choose it this time, you can have breakfast in the breakfast area in the morning, and there was a Starbucks near the lobby. It's only a short walk to the supermarket, so I think it's enough to buy whatever you need!
