Very good five star hotel. Good location, surrounded by high-rise apartments and glass office buildings. If you need to drive in and out of the parking lot multiple times by car, it is recommended to use the hotel's Valet, which costs slightly more than US $ 48 a day, but unlimited access, only need to call 10 minutes before the car. If you only need to go in and out once, you can self-park. There are only a few street parkings around the hotel. The room is large and the facilities are fully functional. The toilet is separated from the wet and dry, which is very user-friendly. The pool area service is in place, you do n’t need to worry about it during the whole process, just enjoy it ~ the food is very delicious, I ordered three dishes, everything was delicious

Excellent location, strong MO style, invincible bay view, very close to the Miami cruise port, service is very good, but I didn’t buy the Miami-specific fans, so sad

The hotel is empty on a Sunday night, and I am here for business for three nights. They stuck me in Room 419, which has to be the absolute worst room in the whole property. I am platinum and will probably be titanium this year. Room 419 is less than six feet above several heating / cooling machines that whir like you are in a wind turbine. (I have a video of the horrible noise.) The headboard is against a draped window. (Picture below.) For an hour, I rolled around trying to sleep until I called to demand a new room. Room 419 has no business being a room and should be a storage closet. (And when I called, I had to use my cell phone because the phone wasn’t working.). The front desk knew what my night was going to look like. I last stayed at this hotel in February and had a lovely experience and spent a good chunk of money. After being less than helpful and offering me the “option” to move, the front desk clerk said she found another choice. She brought up a key. No apologies for putting me in this situation, just claims of ignorance. As she has me open the new room, she sheepishly tells me that it is an accessible room. You have got to be kidding me, I said. The only two rooms were that one and this one? Of course, there were lies about not knowing what was available when I checked in. (I checked in online at 3 pm.). Yes, in a completely vacant hotel, these are the only two rooms available of the kind that I had to book — through my job and corporate rate. For the unaware, platinum means an upgrade when available. Again, the hotel is obviously close to empty. Except for my neighbor who is blaring some action movie — but that is better than a wind turbine. I am in my pajamas (short shorts and a tank top) with no bra. My stuff is unpacked. I throw all of my stuff together, pissed that I was supposed to be asleep already for a stressful week ahead. Now I am wandering the halls with my alarm going off in four hours. Not Ritz-Carlton behavior. Absolutely unacceptable. If it weren’t midnight, I would be heading for the door. And remember — Room 419. This is why I started staying at Hyatt’s.

The hotel is in a nice location, lots of things near by. Be aware of following things : - u can’t get early checkin because their staff starts working after 10am and it takes like 3 hours to clean . So that’s a no . - their hallways are actually quite dirty . Which was not pleasant to see . - overall design of hotel is quite modern but again the dirty carpets were just bad to see .

Very new hotel with modern decor. Very comfortable. The location of the hotel is in the heart of brickel with many restaurants and best places to visit. I liked everything.

Very satisfactory hotel, the first choice for travel, but please skip luxury travel. First, location and transportation: there is direct public transportation to all attractions and airports. The mover station is right outside the door. The downtown area is free, which is very convenient for shopping. There is also a free bus to Vishikaya. Second, facilities: there is no swimming pool, but the lobby bar and rooftop bar are very atmospheric, friendly and relaxed. The rooftop directly faces the home court of the Heat, and the beautiful skyline is unobstructed. The interior is very clean and modern, with intelligent control of the whole house, adjustable lighting, sound, color and atmosphere, and the books and ornaments placed are in line with modern people's tastes. The bedside lamp and dolls on the bed are particularly cute, the towels are clean and thick, and the rations are sufficient. But the disadvantages are: the room is small and there is no drinking water. In addition, I don't know what ventilation depends on. Although it is not stuffy, to be honest, this kind of house is new now, and there is no problem. What about the future? But this is a common problem in American houses. Think about the future later, haha. Third, intelligent management is everywhere. Check-in and check-out can be done by yourself, and there are employees to help. Of course, it will be difficult if you don't understand English at all. Fourth, it is new. Such a new and fashionable resort hotel is not easy to find in the United States. Although the price is not cheap, it is worth the money. The hotel with a philosophy and pursuit conforms to the simple and fashionable consumption concept of modern people. The consumer groups with the right taste will be willing to match and accept it. Thumbs up, it is a great experience.

Stayed here for one night before a cruise. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. We were able to check in a little early and take advantage of the pool and restaurant. Unfortunately the customer service at the bars/restaurant were lacking. If it was one person that would not have stood out but it was multiple. Slow, uninterested. Restaurant server never refilled waters or came back to check on us. I had to find her to ask for our check. Outside pool bar was worse. They were out of ingredients for drinks, did not know what went in drinks and then the wait for the drinks we did order was about 30 mins. Seemed they did a lot of standing around looking at phones or chatting with coworkers. Other than the service the AC in the room was VERY loud. Disruptive loud. There were crumbs on the floor in our room when we walked in also. Definitely could have been cleaner. It is a lovely hotel and they are renovating as well but for a boutique hotel I expected more.

Right in the center of Coconut Grove, convenient to everything. Bellini Restaurant is quite good, but not stellar. Housekeeping is the best I’ve ever encountered. However, on a Saturday, at noon, they booked a little-kids birthday party at the pool. What? Adults were trying to relax, enjoy the pool, etc., but we were surrounded by a herd of screaming kids. A big mistake. Again, otherwise, a delightful stay.

Mikosuki, standing on the eastern foot of the Everglades National Park in isolation, originally thought it would be a casino hotel, but the actual situation was worse than expected. The hotel is estimated to take care of the license given by the indigenous Indians of Mikosuki, but the operation is very general, only slot machines have no table, and smoking is allowed, so the integration lobby is all smoke. The room itself was nice and comfortable. In the past, some people said that it was not bad to go to the buffet dinner, but now it is obviously declining. Yelp keeps commenting on the buffet, and dare not try it. The breakfast was not self-service, but was ordered. It seems that there are so many customers but there are two or three kittens for breakfast (or breakfast). There is an in-house restaurant inside the casino, it seems that the price is still very affordable. In short, the hotel's value for money is OK, the casino is not worth nostalgia, live by the way, it is not worth the trip.
