Very good five star hotel. Good location, surrounded by high-rise apartments and glass office buildings. If you need to drive in and out of the parking lot multiple times by car, it is recommended to use the hotel's Valet, which costs slightly more than US $ 48 a day, but unlimited access, only need to call 10 minutes before the car. If you only need to go in and out once, you can self-park. There are only a few street parkings around the hotel. The room is large and the facilities are fully functional. The toilet is separated from the wet and dry, which is very user-friendly. The pool area service is in place, you do n’t need to worry about it during the whole process, just enjoy it ~ the food is very delicious, I ordered three dishes, everything was delicious

The hotel is in a nice location, lots of things near by. Be aware of following things :
- u can’t get early checkin because their staff starts working after 10am and it takes like 3 hours to clean . So that’s a no .
- their hallways are actually quite dirty . Which was not pleasant to see .
- overall design of hotel is quite modern but again the dirty carpets were just bad to see .

The price/performance ratio is quite high. There is also a swimming pool and a gym, but the lobby is not grand enough. Overall it is good.

Stayed here for 5 nights for business. Location is great with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. It can get a bit loud at night from the bars nearby, room is smaller but has all basic necessities. Staff is friendly and really helpful.

The location is amazing. The staff is helpful and friendly. The amenities were beautiful. We got there in the cold time, it was raining, and unfortunately our heater was not working, so it was very cold throughout the whole stay. Hope they can fix the heaters. Some shelves were pretty dusty, but overall a VERY GOOD hotel, with a GREAT LOCATION close to Omni Loop, and I would definitely stay here again!!!

Hilton's hotel, guaranteed quality, close to the light rail, slightly noisy, valet parking, 30 per night, excellent breakfast quality, spacious indoors, a little old facilities, convenient kitchen, sofa bed, forget it, more people The two big beds, the surrounding supermarkets are very close, the quality of things inside is also very good, very close to the metromover and light rail stations, and there are people on the road in the middle of the night, the law and order is good. Let's just say that if you want to live in the city center, it is a very good choice. It is much better than the surrounding business hotels. If you rent a car, it is cheaper near the airport. It is not far from high speed.

5 points recommendation. I have a one-bedroom room with two beds. My family lives very comfortably. The living room is large and you can cook something for yourself. The tableware is complete and very new. A bottle of wine was given during the stay. If you choose not to clean the room, you can get two drinks every day. If I come to Miami next time, I will still choose to stay here

A large hotel that would benefit from renovation as furniture and fixtures are showing their age. Kitchen is very small and not well equipped. Breakfast is basic as is Happy Hour. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed for one night, and the next day the hotel had a travel company that took us to the terminal, 30 dollars for 4 people😃... Americans also have discounts, and Uber is about the same price.
The room is relatively large
It was a sea view room, which I thought was good
Taxi from the airport was also OK
I will stay here again next time

AAidanGreat hotel, we stayed here before catching our cruise. Lovely rooftop area and very clean throughout. Only criticisms (which I hope can be easily rectified) - 1. Staff were unnecessarily slow at the rooftop bar serving drinks 2. The touch screen on the gym monitors didn’t seem to work properly, one of the running machines also played up

GGuest UserVery satisfied with the hotel and booking experience! I booked the hotel on ”Ctrip”. The hotel is stylishly decorated, clean and sanitary. Check-in and check-out are very fast. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Miami Airport 24 hours a day, every 15 minutes, and the breakfast is on the first floor. It tastes very good. The swimming pool is also on the first floor. Five-star recommendation! The hotel is right next to the airport, very close, you can see the planes taking off and landing, and the sound insulation is very good! Thank you Ctrip!

YYUETINGWe will stay here again when we come back to Miami. The hotel service is very good, we arrived very early in the morning, the hotel still tried to help us find a vacant room for us to check in. There are big supermarkets, pharmacies and monorails that travel around the city for free within a few minutes of walking. I will still live here next time.

DDr.MaiIn my first stay I had been in tenth floor which is more better and newer but my second stay they gave me a room in fourth floor which is aged and old and no refrigerator or microwave inside . I didn’t like it but as a whole the hotel is Ok , staff at the reception need to be more friendly and smile to visitors. Some of them they don’t even answer a complete answer . It’s all about the location , location , location in the heart of the downtown where you can go all around at day but at night alot of homeless around the area . As it was OK . Don’t forget to bring your water with you .
