The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a wide variety including lobster, and hotel guests get priority seating by the window without queuing. The service was superb! We were upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view room, and they even presented us with thoughtful gifts, wishing my family success. Furthermore, the breakfast restaurant staff were incredibly well-trained, with enthusiastic attitudes and professional, polite communication. Knowing we had to rush off after checkout, the hotel arranged a late checkout and sent a dedicated staff member to our room to help with luggage storage. The service was truly attentive and impeccable. This hotel's zero negative reviews on Ctrip are definitely well-deserved!

The Londoner Hotel's service and dining are simply unbeatable! They provide guests with top-notch service for everything, including helping to book private transfers to the port. I want to specifically highlight two staff members from the concierge team: Teresa and Ah Bin. Their service was truly excellent. Also, the food at The Londoner Hotel is fantastic. This hotel is definitely worth experiencing!

This is a top-tier Thai-inspired luxury hotel located within the Galaxy Macau resort. All suites are at least 100 square meters and come with a private 'Yuexinchi' hot tub. The 2800-square-meter Banyan Tree Spa has an excellent reputation. A sky bridge connects guests directly to the shopping district, and hotel guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck. The service is meticulous and the night views are delightful. However, the prices are quite high, the entrance is a bit hidden, and the children's facilities are limited, making it more suitable for couples than for families with young children.

Before school started, we stayed at a hotel in Macau for a day. We chose Galaxy Macau and the W Hotel for our buffet dinner. In just a short day, we experienced thoughtful service from several staff members, including the lifeguard at the Galaxy Macau hotel pool (providing rescue services) on the 31st, and Amy 1004469, a front desk attendant at the lobby café where we had breakfast. Her initial warm smile left a deep impression on us, followed by a series of meticulous ordering and hospitality services once we were seated. It's rare to see someone maintain such a warm and bright smile, and a sweet, proper tone of voice while serving us attentively, even when the number of guests grew and she became incredibly busy. Even my husband, who rarely compliments anyone, said her five-star service attitude was excellent. This visit once again left us with wonderful memories. Furthermore, I'd also like to commend the delicious dishes at the lobby café; they were perfectly to my taste.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Andaz Hotel this time. The hotel manager, Mr. Hu, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. All the hotel staff were very friendly, considerate, competent, and polite. There's a happy hour opposite the front desk from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, and a small gift is delivered to the room every night. The hotel bathroom is absolutely fantastic, with branded showerheads and toiletries, plus a large bathtub and two showerheads! This stay also included a package for Grand Resort Deck and a MOP 500 dining voucher! It was simply so enjoyable that I didn't want to leave. I will definitely be back.

The twin room at Galaxy Hotel, though not very spacious, was comfortable. They set up a tent for the kids, allowing both adults and children to rest independently. The room also offered a nice view, and my child, who loves cars, enjoyed watching numerous vehicles from the window every morning. The in-room coffee machine was an Illy, and the coffee smelled wonderful and fragrant. For children, they provided a set of amenities including toothbrushes, slippers, picture books, and bath towels. Breakfast at the hotel was semi-buffet. While the self-service section didn't offer a vast variety, the items were quite exquisite. Having been accustomed to the extensive full buffets at other hotels, I was a little disappointed. However, the dining environment was pleasant. Breakfast hours were from 7 AM to 11 AM, and lunch was from 11:30 AM to 2 PM, so you could choose a time slot. The children's play facilities were exceptionally rich, with outdoor water play, sand play, and an indoor Kids' Club. Keeping the children entertained at the hotel for a whole day was not an issue. Overall, the experience at Galaxy Hotel was quite good, as it's a reputable long-standing hotel. During check-out, the front desk staff, Martin, even gave us a small gift, which was very thoughtful. We checked out the day before the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the hotel mentioned there would be more surprising activities during the festival.

On the first day of check-in, Yanni provided excellent service. She was gentle and meticulous in explaining the important details and was very kind to upgrade our room type. She is truly beautiful and kind-hearted, making our check-in experience superb. Macao's service is world-class! The room service was also very attentive, neatly arranging our belongings. Their work attitude deeply impressed me. Thank you!

The front desk lady, Eileen, who checked me in, was very enthusiastic and friendly. The room service was excellent; water and slippers were delivered within 10 minutes. The next day at checkout, my luggage was picked up for storage within 15 minutes, which was fantastic. The room itself was standard. I was given a connecting room, and the view was just okay, but it was very quiet. If purchased separately, breakfast costs around 310 RMB, which is quite expensive. However, if breakfast is included in the room booking for an additional 150 RMB, it's good value for money. The service at the restaurant's front desk was very good, but the service staff inside the restaurant were quite average. Specifically, the female server who delivered the 'Buddha Jumps Over the Wall' (Fó Tiào Qiáng) showed no expression and seemed a bit impatient. On another note, the Fuyinglou restaurant downstairs at the hotel offers good deals if you buy vouchers for ordering. It's very cost-effective, and the dining environment and service are both excellent.

I never expected such service from Grand Hyatt. The staff at the coffee bar downstairs refused to communicate in Chinese. After I ordered in English, my child came over, and the server then stared at my child again, as if implying that the child also had to order. Ordering food is not an issue, but I feel that this kind of service attitude is unacceptable. I was with my child, and being stared at like we were suspicious characters made me feel terrible. After I complained, the manager apologized, but only the manager showed up, refusing to let the server involved apologize personally. It felt like a mere formality. They claimed it was standard procedure and that the server was Filipino and didn't speak Mandarin. In fact, this is not standard procedure; I've dined at many restaurants, and their attitudes were never like this. Moreover, that server *does* speak Chinese. Paying a high price to stay at a high-end hotel only to receive such treatment is extremely disappointing.

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.
