I originally planned to check in on time to go for a swim. I arrived at 2:30 PM and was told I'd receive an SMS notification about the room after check-in. After having lunch at The Londoner Macao, it was 4:30 PM and I still hadn't received a message. When I returned to the counter, the front desk staff informed me that the room wasn't ready yet. They upgraded us to a suite and arranged for a colleague to make up the sofa bed for us. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable, but there was a constant thudding sound around 3 or 4 AM, indicating the soundproofing wasn't great. Also, I saw a comment about the floor being sticky and dirty, causing slippers to make noise. Actually, it's likely the slippers have an anti-slip feature, which is why they feel a bit sticky when entering the bathroom. The room itself was very clean. The pool was also large and very comfortable.

I really love the service at this hotel; it's so comfortable and pleasant. As soon as you enter, the bell staff greets you and helps with your luggage. When I needed a late checkout, Cynthia from the front desk was very attentive and helpful. She even gave me a small gift and assisted in calling the bell staff. Xiao Chen from the bell staff arrived promptly and had a wonderful attitude.

I visit Macau 2-3 times a year, so a price hike during the summer weekend was expected. This time, I chose The Londoner Macao for our family of three, specifically for the 1.4m twin beds, which allowed us to sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. The room's cleanliness and overall environment were good, and the window overlooked the stadium. The front desk staff were all warm and welcoming, contradicting some reviews about poor service. The room was well-equipped with amenities sufficient for daily use, and there was even a self-service vending machine on our floor, which was quite convenient! The best part is that despite The Londoner Macao's slightly off-the-beaten-path location, there's a shopping mall right downstairs, catering to all our daily needs for food, clothing, and entertainment. There's also a 24-hour cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style diner), and registering as a Londoner Macao member gives you an 15% discount. The hotel also provided two discount coupons for Wynn Palace, with free shuttle bus service to Wynn Palace and Grand Lisboa Palace. The coupons included a priority ride on the cable car once, which was perfect for watching the musical fountain show in the evening. There was also a shopping and dining discount card for the mall, which really made up for the location. It's clear that The Londoner Macao's management is very thoughtful and genuinely cares about its guests.đŸ‘đŸ»đŸ‘đŸ» Previously, staying in the Parisian area meant large shopping centers, but during peak season, it could get uncomfortably crowded. The Londoner Macao, however, is quieter and less crowded, making for a more comfortable and leisurely trip. The hotel is a 7-8 minute walk from the East Asian Games Dome Light Rail Station, and getting to Cunha Street (Taipa Pier Station) is also more affordable than taking a taxi. Personally, I think it's a very cost-effective choice for a family of three or four. Next time, I want to try the L'Occitane room and the LINE FRIENDS themed room, as I believe the weekday prices will be even more attractive. In short: Of course, more expensive hotels will offer a different experience – you get what you pay for. But for our family's habit and experience of visiting Macau for a few days every year, The Londoner Macao is a good value-for-money option. If guests have higher demands, then I'd recommend choosing a more expensive hotel. 😉😉

This hotel definitely has a retro vibe, like something from the 90s. You get what you pay for, after all; the opulent Galaxy is right across the street, but it's double the price. It's about a six-stop light rail ride from the airport to Pai Kok station. From there, you enter Galaxy Entertainment, walk through the lobby, cross the road, and you're there. Getting to the East Asian Games Dome is super convenient, just four stops away! The room is fully carpeted, but thankfully there's no weird smell – it's very clean. The bathroom has a tub, but the showerhead is built into the wall, which is a bit awkward. However, the water pressure is excellent, more than making up for that minor flaw. It's a shame the gym hours are only 10 AM to 6 PM, which isn't ideal for early birds. I ended up going for a morning run instead. To my surprise, a quick left turn led me to the Taipa waterfront, where I could enjoy the scenery while breaking a sweat. My biggest complaint is the breakfast; I honestly don't recommend it. There's hardly anything to eat, but maybe my expectations are just too high. You're better off going to Tsui Wah at Galaxy across the street for their breakfast set, which costs 60 MOP. The cleaning staff were excellent; they brought me bottled water several times without any fuss. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money!

Absolutely amazing! A super delightful trip. Upon checking in at the front desk, I was informed that as a Black Diamond member, I was upgraded to a suite worth more than four times the price of my original booking. The hotel has a strong British-inspired theme, with meticulous attention to detail. Even the bathroom layout and the brand and model of the fixtures were identical to what I have at home, which made me feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. That evening, my Black Diamond exclusive concierge told me about several thousand dollars worth of vouchers available through Sands Lifestyle. There were so many perks I can't even remember them all, except for the eight 400-dollar dining vouchers, which essentially covered all my meals during the stay.

The service was excellent and thorough, with a free minibar and complimentary, refillable bottled water. Thumbs up! Plus, there are refreshments in the lobby. It's clean and hygienic. The only minor downsides are that there's no direct vehicle access to the entrance, and the location is a bit out of the way. Otherwise, everything is great. Excellent value for money!

This was my fourth visit to Macau, and I finally managed to book the Galaxy Hotel, which my mom had been longing for. It was truly excellent, the only hotel I've ever stayed at that allowed early check-in and extended our check-out time to 3 PM. Rachel, who checked us in, was particularly kind and professional. I really appreciate this kind of service. I learned that regular rooms are usually reserved for casino guests, and not always available to the public. The room size was just right, and all the drinks at the minibar were complimentary. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit older, so the power outlets and switches are a bit dated. Hotel guests get free access to the water park; I only had a quick splash this time as we didn't have much time, but I'll definitely go again next time. My mom said she wants to stay at another Galaxy-affiliated hotel next time. One thing to note is that the shuttle from Galaxy to the airport isn't on a continuous loop; it operates on a fixed schedule, so it's best to plan ahead to catch the right bus and avoid missing your flight.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to shops, offering a wide array of dining options like Hong Kong-style cafes, Japanese restaurants, Western cuisine, and more. There's even an Emperor Cinemas, which is a huge plus. You really don't need to overthink your packing. Even if you forget a travel adapter, the room thoughtfully provides one. The room's design is incredibly comfortable and relaxing; you could even say it feels very much like home. I often dislike hotel rooms that lack space for luggage, but the L'Occitane-themed room at The Karl Lagerfeld offered excellent luggage placement. The room was spacious, and the bathroom and shower facilities were fantastic! Highly recommended!

The service was excellent! They even installed safety fences, so both adults and children slept soundly through the night. The hotel has a large swimming pool and lots of Disney character decorations, which made everyone happy and boosted our spirits! It's a one-stop shop for food, drinks, and entertainment. The snacks and drinks in the room were complimentary, and there were free bottled water in the lobby and free popcorn. Plus, you don't even need to bring a travel adapter. I'd love to stay here again!

I've been spoiled by the Four Seasons, I truly love it, love it, love it! The front desk was so enthusiastic, giving us Macau guidebooks and a small plush toy for my child. They also gave us a detailed introduction, which was great. Every staff member at the hotel was very polite. In the room, there were fruit, cake, and pastries, which was a nice touch. Every day, they provided turn-down service, tidying up all our belongings, even neatly organizing charging cables. The swimming pool also offered free Haagen-Dazs. Next time I come to Macau, I definitely want to stay at the Four Seasons again! đŸ‡Č🇮

An amazing hotel experience! We stayed for one day, and the kids didn't want to leave the hotel for a second. Everything from the facilities, food, entertainment, to the service was top-notch. It felt much better than The Venetian, and is definitely worth experiencing! Special mention to Ms. Krystal for her professional and meticulous service, which was incredibly refreshing. She contacted me early to understand our needs and specially arranged a free extra bed for our family with children. We will definitely choose The Londoner again if we have the chance.

One of Macau's top hotels (right next to Hotel Okura). The room is massive, with a sofa big enough for one person to sleep on, and a private plunge pool. Both the elevator and the elevator lobby look incredibly luxurious. The in-room amenities are also top-notch, featuring a separate bathtub, a dedicated vanity, two TVs, and a mini-bar with all drinks and snacks complimentary. Even the bottled water is French Evian. After checking in at the front desk, a dedicated staff member escorts you to your room and explains all the facilities and important details. Absolutely fantastic! đŸ‘đŸ»

My stay at Yingsing Hotel was absolutely fantastic! 👍 After exiting the gate, I took a car directly to the hotel, passing by the entertainment complex, Galaxy Macau, StarWorld Hotel, and finally arriving at Yingsing Hotel and W Hotel. The hotel is separate from the entertainment venues, making it very quiet. The room was spacious, with the bathroom and bedroom separated, and there was a bathtub for soaking. The complimentary and paid snacks, drinks, and fruits were clearly laid out, and refills were prompt. Turndown service was provided on both nights, and I received a lovely keychain and L'Occitane face mask as gifts. The hotel is very high-tech; all room amenities can be operated via a tablet, which is incredibly convenient. There are many dining options within the hotel, such as Hua Ren Bing Shi, Chen Ji Bing Shi, and McDonald's – whatever you crave, you can find it. I also explored the entertainment complex and got a free matcha bubble tea. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel in early May. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service from the entire staff, especially the manager Yuri, who was happy to help with any questions. We stayed at three different 5-star hotels in Macau, but this one stands out. Clean rooms, excellent cleaning, personalized service – every phone cord is neatly folded, your cosmetics will be neatly laid out, slippers and a robe are provided especially for the child, and soft toys and little tasty treats will make every child happy and their parents loyal. Excellent outdoor wave pool and beach with cocktails. Unfortunately, they don't offer rooms with breakfast, they would surely have been just as perfect, but there are plenty of cafes nearby for every taste, so you definitely won't go hungry. We will definitely return to this hotel again! From Russia with love!

City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau

Summary: Next time I'm in Macau, I'll definitely stay at Morpheus again. Facilities: The Morpheus boasts a unique architectural style, with a lobby and elevators that feel incredibly futuristic. The hotel also features exhibitions and a rooftop pool, making it perfect for a staycation. The smart home devices throughout the room are super convenient, and the toiletries are Acqua di Parma, with a long-lasting scent – I'd give them a solid thumbs up. Hygiene: The room's cleanliness was impeccable, spotless and tidy. Public areas like the lobby, shopping mall, and corridors were also very clean. Environment: There's a bus stop just a short walk from the entrance, and shuttle buses and taxis are also readily available. Service: At check-in, I was offered a welcome tea. I was then personally escorted to my room, where the staff introduced all the room's features. The entire process was thoughtful and attentive. When checking out and collecting my luggage, staff members immediately approached to offer assistance. P.S.: The mini-bar offers a rich variety of drinks, beer, snacks, instant noodles, fruit, and almond cookies – perfect for a late-night snack. Turndown service was proactively offered, and even when not requested, essential oils were provided.

Our stay was wonderful! It happened to be my daughter's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a cake and a card, which was a really heartwarming gesture. Although we couldn't get a free upgrade due to high occupancy that day, they kindly arranged a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, which made our experience fantastic. I'm looking forward to unlocking the Big Ben room on our next stay. We'll definitely choose this hotel again!

If 100 is a perfect score, The St. Regis Macao deserves 200 points!!! This is a self-funded booking, absolutely not an ad. I travel to Macao for business every week and frequently stay in hotels. Past hotels include The Londoner, Conrad, The Parisian, The Venetian, Studio City, Altira, Art House, Grand Lisboa Palace (formerly Grand Hyatt Macau), and Sheraton
St. Regis Staff: Security is polite, front desk is polite, essentially all staff are professional and courteous. Facilities: The bar on the 2nd floor is very popular, offering a single light drink set for around $2xx, which includes a glass of champagne, an oyster, a small bowl of spicy peanuts, and a small bowl of olives. The gym is excellent, with beautiful night views, new and diverse equipment, disinfectant wipes, a water dispenser, chilled Pocari Sweat, cold towels, and regular towels. The changing rooms have a jacuzzi and sauna, all free of charge. The pool provides swimming noodles and kickboards, has warm and cold water, and also offers towels, all free. What truly surprised me was the butler service. My teddy bear was initially just lying on the bed. After returning to the room from dinner, I found that Butler Kevin had dressed my bear in a bathrobe and eye mask, and even covered it with its own blanket. I was so touched I almost cried. Many thanks to Butler Kevin for providing such wonderful surprises and immense emotional value!!! The St. Regis Macao has incredibly dedicated staff, absolutely outstanding!!!!!

The room was spacious and bright, overlooking the Wynn fountain, which was absolutely beautiful. The room was also impeccably clean. They fully accommodated my requests, for which I'm very grateful. On the downside, there was no comb or laundry bag in the room. The complimentary water bottles were tiny, and I was so thirsty both nights that I had to call for more water in the middle of the night. Thankfully, the water delivery was very prompt. The square, stainless steel handle on the connecting door had very sharp edges, and I cut my hand on it twice. When I mentioned this at check-out, the receptionist seemed to feign ignorance and didn't respond at all. Since I stayed for two nights, I had a lot of dirty laundry and had to queue at the concierge desk just to get a bag.

The hotel is super cute, with photo opportunities everywhere. My kids absolutely loved the breakfast included, and it was delicious! The service was also excellent. However, there were a few downsides: we only got our room at 4 PM, and it's a 10-minute exposed walk from the light rail station. The hotel's restaurant closed too early in the evening, leaving no other dining options besides a single cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style cafe). On a positive note, the apple candy from blooom is super tasty and affordable – highly recommend it!

The room is quite standard, not big. The infrastructure is online. The overall artistic atmosphere of the hotel is great! I like the gym very much, but it's a pity that the swimming pool is not open... I like the fruits and chocolates sent, and my favorite little lion! I came to watch the Macau 2049 show, which is just downstairs. I just shook my hands and went down. Please note that you cannot bring drinks into the show!
