史上最悪の対応をされたビジネスホテル‼︎ フロントのミスで部屋に入室できず 猛暑と悪阻の中 途方に暮れる妊婦 連泊2日目お昼に外出し部屋に戻ると入室できず フロントにて確認 「本日分の支払いがされてないので部屋には入れません」とのこと そんなはずはないと思いながら フロントから支払いの件について確認の連絡をしてもらう 「じゃ支払いの方にこちらからお客さんが怒ってました!って伝えておきますね!」と訳のわからぬことをいいだす… いえ怒っていませんが…このフロントのお爺さんなにかがおかしい… 不信感倍増する とりあえず荷物がそのまま置いてあるので仕方なくスペアキーを貸してもらい荷造りし今から他のホテルを探さなきゃ…と途方に暮れ退出しようとしていた頃 内線にてフロントから 「確認したところ今日の分はお支払いはされてました スペアキーを返してください」と 元ホテル同業者ですがそんな凡ミスに最悪な対応は普通ではありえない なんの謝罪もなしでした 引き継ぎが全く出来ておらず・基本的なPC操作がほぼできていない 全ての事項を電話で確認していた その後 他のホテル移ろうと思い 延泊分をキャンセルできますか?と問うと 「できません!もう支払いは全ていただいているので出たい時に出ていってもらっていいですよ」と もはや理解不能 絶対におすすめできません 2度と再訪はない
