Good location and decent hotel

The location of the hotel is good, the environment inside the store is also good, the room is not very big, the sink is outside, there is a swimming pool and restaurant on the top floor, the scenery at night is very good, and the price of the restaurant is also acceptable

The elevator broke down twice and you could only take the stairs. After sending clothes to be washed, the most expensive clothes were often not returned. Damn it.

After the hotel is booked, the check-out fine is one hundred dollars. I advise everyone to ask how to pay the fine when you check in, otherwise it is easy to get in and difficult to get out. A rubbish hotel facility, it costs more than one thousand a night to buy a lesson, it can only be said that it has been a long time, the bottom of the pit, tsk tsk. Are you still waiting to cheat people?

Good beds, clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely pool and sky bar with great cocktails.and excellent views. Hard working staff Policy regarding deposit was weird and not one we had encountered before. Check out was slow due to having to wait for room to be checked. Breakfasts were lovely but did not provide yogurt and limited fruits.

Great place to stay, rooms are clean and spacious with a view on the roofs of the old town. Their rooftops is amazing with very good food, beautiful pool and amenities. Special mention to their breakfast pastries… as good as in Paris! Finally, the staff is outstanding, always going above and beyond!

The hotel is very clean and the staff are so amazingly helpful!! Nothing was a problem. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely stay again if in Phnom Penh.

Clean, comfortable rooms, amazing rooftop pool with city views, set breakfast options were delicious and good size. Location is close to palace, river esplanade and Wat Phnom. We did struggle to find an amazing restaurant nearby but there were options. Staff were friendly.

Overall great hotel, amazing rooftop pool with nice view over the city. Breakfast was over expectations with several western options aswell. Room was nice and felt renovated, very clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This is actually one of the better hotels to stay along the riverside area in PP. Many good things going for it. Great location, modern and new design, great rooftop pool and bar with amazing views, comfortable rooms, generally very friendly staff esp the porter. But what marred our stay was their small mindedness. I was surprised to read through the reviews here to find that others too had towel/sheet problems. We were asked to pay USD$60 as we had stained the towels and floor mats. Despite sending them for professional cleaning, only 1 item was acceptable. Rest was rejected. Wanting to speak to the GM, the recep supervisor was reluctant to put us through as she obviously wasnt prepared to move from her position. But we finally got through and still had to content with USD$30 in penalty. So it is a great pity that this hotel is so myopic and small minded. Imagine being asked to pay for a broken glass while dining at a very nice restaurant. That is what it felt like. Because of this, I would hesitate to stay there again. By all means choose Harmony as it really is a nice hotel but perhaps you better bring your own towels.

- No early check in available - Cannot accept debit card for deposit for room charges - Pay on arrival (not abnormal these days) - No security to prevent unauthorised people accessing room floors - Asked for payment for 7 year old son of resident to use the pool (child not staying) despite spending $100 in the pool bar area on food & beverage that day (either that or register him to stay and if so needed a passport - additional charge for room despite not needing extra bed and he was not staying anyway - he is a 7 year local he does not have a passport!!!!) - Service in pool area very slow - 10-15 mins for a beer and nearly an HOUR for a pizza. - When a child in the our company tried to eat a biscuit we were told it was not allowed as not purchased from them (despite again spending another over $100 in the pool bar area) - as a side note the next day I saw an adult blatantly eating a tin of potato crisps not purchased there and saw an empty 1/2 bottle of whiskey and bottle of coke in the waste bin in the toilet (clearly not purchased there) - but a child eating a biscuit in the company of adults spending money there is breaking the rules !!! - Wi-Fi intermittent for streaming - On checkout they said there was a minor stain ‘that would not wash out’ on bed clothes (which basically meant the room check involved a quick wipe with water leading to the conclusion it would not wash out - they wanted to charge for bedsheet but could not explain to me what they wanted ($) - in the end they said they had refunded my room deposit but it has not appeared on my card statement yet. My travel companion (who is local and persuaded me to visit her lovely country) & who is clearly very proud of it was very embarrassed at the impression this would give to a visitor! Thankfully she and the other locals and businesses offset the very negative impression given by this particular hotel!

I was originally going to give the Harmony Hotel a perfect review. The hotel has everything going for it. Its position near the river and nightlife is superb. The hotel is very clean, modern and highly recommended. If I was to return to Phnom Penh I’d stay there again. HOWEVER, upon checking out this morning there was a major disappointment. I had paid U.S $15 in cash to reception the day before my tour to S21 and the Killing Fields. I’d paid in cash at the time of my initial booking of the tour. But the girl taking my money had not noted it into their system, and despite pointing this out I wasn’t believed, and had to pay for a second time. Not the end of the world, but a poor end to my stay at a great hotel. I should have asked for a receipt at the time of paying, instead of trusting them to note down my payment. You live and learn.

Great location for exploring the city. Great value and large rooms. The hotel is not new but the staff are constantly cleaning and buffing the hotel and it presents very well.

The hotel is very nice but we were disappointed because when I booked the hotel for 4 nights I asked for a room with one bed, when we got there the receptionist said that they only had rooms with one bed as an upgrade to a room with a balcony so we payed the $52 USA for the upgrade. The porter took us up to the room and we unpacked our suitcases and then realised that the Aircon was not cooling down, so I called reception and the girl on reception said that the Aircon in our room was not working so we would need to change rooms (what an inconvenience) the big disappointment was the hotel already new the Aircon was not working correctly. It was a great shame that the start to our stay was not good because the hotel is in the middle of Phnom Penh very close to the river just where we wanted.
