The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation, but it is far from the airport. The breakfast is delicious and the hygiene is not bad. The hygiene is not bad for an old hotel in Japan. The service attitude is okay. I rated it 7 points

本当にスタッフ、支配人共に最低、最悪のホテルでした。スーツケースの宅配便を依頼するためにフロントに行きました。スーツケースにカバーをつけるよう依頼したところ、料金がわからないとのこと。そこでお金を多めに渡して、フロント経由で宅配業者に依頼しました。外出してホテルに戻り、結果を確認。カバーをつけて送るのを忘れていました。それを正したところ、リクエストを聞いていないの一点張り。フロントの担当交代が原因なので、すぐに前の依頼した担当に連絡するように伝えると、ブサっとした態度で電話。ようやくミスに気がつきました。それでも謝罪はなく、不貞腐れた態度に終始。西村、ナリツカの対応は最低、最悪です。翌日、支配人に話しても同様。topがダメだと、下も全員ダメダメの腐ったホテルです。もう二度と泊まりませんし、この非常に不愉快な事実を記載します。こんなホテルは最低最悪です。
