Excellent stay! I accidentally left my bag in the ride-share trunk when I arrived late at night. The handsome guy at the front desk was so helpful; he called the driver for me, and they brought it back. My room on the second floor was very quiet and clean. There's a convenience store downstairs and also a place that serves something similar to a Chinese clay pot dish.

Mediocre, but the location is quite good. The front desk staff speaks Chinese. We stayed for six days, and the bedding was never changed; it didn't feel very clean. There were also mosquitoes in the room. The lobby on the first floor is very spacious.

Excellent! Great location and good value for money. It's convenient for getting everywhere. A taxi to the airport is only 20 yuan, and it's a 15-minute walk to the duty-free shop. There are also many great food options nearby. You can book day tours, and they offer convenient pick-up service.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to a bus stop, convenience stores, and commercial areas, making getting around a breeze. There's a CU convenience store right downstairs, and a pedestrian street and duty-free shops nearby, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and most of the front desk staff speak Chinese, so communication is seamless and they're great at offering travel advice. Rooms are equipped with amenities like a refrigerator and a smart toilet, and some even provide complimentary bottled water.

This hotel in Jeju was a great value for money choice. It's less than a ten-minute bus ride from the airport, and then just a short walk. The bus stop right outside has various buses that go to different attractions, so the location is really good. There are also several convenience stores nearby, making it super easy to grab anything you need. The facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is clean. Plus, the front desk has staff who speak Chinese.

The room was really spacious; it didn't feel cramped at all for four people. The hotel even thoughtfully provided extra mats and blankets, which made sleeping on the floor very comfortable. The Chinese-speaking front desk staff were also incredibly welcoming and helpful – it was the smoothest communication we had during our entire trip to Jeju. The hotel's location is fantastic too, less than a 10-minute walk to both Shilla and Lotte Duty-Free shops.

The room was very spacious, and the shower had wonderfully hot water, making for a super comfortable hot shower experience. The front desk staff provided Chinese language service, were exceptionally polite, and very helpful. They even offered umbrellas at the entrance for guests to use. It was a truly satisfying stay.

Facilities: Very complete, the fridge was especially useful! Hygiene: They cleaned every day. Sometimes, I'd leave trash or empty skincare boxes in the room, and they'd pack it all up and take care of it the next day. Environment: Overall, it was great. The location is perfect too; there's a convenience store right outside, and you can walk straight to the duty-free shop and Baojian Road. Service: The front desk staff was quite friendly and could communicate in Chinese.

The front desk staff speak Chinese, are very helpful and patient. The room is very clean, the bed is soft and bouncy, and room cleaning is very prompt.

I booked this hotel because the meeting point for the island tours was nearby, which made it very convenient. My friend and I really liked the hotel. The beds were large and comfortable, and the room stayed pleasantly cool despite the weather outside. The windows were large, and there was plenty of space in the room. The room included a kettle, coffee, and tea. Water was replenished daily, and towels were changed every day. At first, the shower drain was not working properly. A staff member from the reception responded immediately, came to check it, and tried to fix the issue himself. For me, the water drained fairly well, but my friend was not satisfied. The next day, while we were out on an excursion, a technician came and fixed everything. After that, the problem was completely resolved. The staff attitude was excellent. They helped us with any questions we had, gave useful advice, and were always willing to assist. The hotel also has a terrace. Sometimes in the evenings, I would go there to drink coffee and enjoy spending time outside.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and convenient for getting around. There are so many great food options nearby, I stayed for 7 nights and still couldn't try them all! The staff are super warm and friendly, especially the oppa on the night shift who gave us great shopping tips – a huge thank you to him, and his Chinese was excellent. The convenience store next to the hotel also has a lot of delicious treats!

The room was pleasant enough, a good size with a comfy bed but did have a bit of a smell to it . The hotel was came up as having a spa when I booked it , but was closed when I was there, and the front desk was unable to make any recommendations which was disappointing. Location wise it was about 10-12 min walk to Lotte or Shilla Duty Free, which are common tour pick up points. The public bus is only 5 mins sway and the airport about 10 mins in a taxi. It seemed quiet at night, hut there was building work happening in the day (late April 26)

Avoid at all costs! ❌ I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised Chinese-speaking front desk service, but I was sorely disappointed. The staff's attitude was so much colder than what you'd experience at a hotel in China, especially one particular female receptionist. I felt like we were being treated differently, and considering I was traveling with my parents, it felt very disrespectful. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The hotel's facilities are quite old. During our stay, the air conditioning was broken and unusable; we almost caught a cold because of it. The front desk didn't even mention it proactively; we only found out when we asked. It's about a ten-minute walk to the duty-free shop and Baojian Road, and there's a bus stop nearby. ❌ I will definitely not choose this hotel again if I visit Jeju in the future. My mood was ruined, so I didn't take any hotel photos. Here are a few other pictures from Jeju instead.

Facilities: It's an older hotel, but everything works fine. Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleans daily, which is great. Environment: The surrounding area has plenty of food and drinks options, and the hotel is located on a slope, making it quite easy to find. It's also very close to the airport. Service: The male and female staff at the front desk who speak Chinese were excellent. They even offer free umbrellas when it rains. However, there was one very thin male staff member whose service was quite subpar. We booked two rooms for our families, and the space was ample. Overall, it's great value for money.
