i really loved the place , its so clean and huge and full of facilities and its very convenient since theres alot of shops around . the service is also top notch ! Jia En was my customer service representative and she handled it well ! definitely will be coming again in the near future ! ❤️❤️

Didn't take a lot of pictures this trip except for beautiful sunrise from window but stay was very pleasant!
Came in to clean accommodations, like 4/5 start Hotel style clean. Gave me a peace of mind from reading all the could have been horror stories from other reviews of other places.
Location is convenient for those looking to stay near the border and citi square area. Most things were a few minutes drive away, not so long to get there. Though definitely more recommended for those who have a car, if not getting a driver will do.
Service provided was awesome 👍 Did not need much help from customer service since the instructions given were clear but my customer service officer, Yuki, always checked in to make sure the stay was going well and was ready to help if there were any issues.
Amenities are great! All is as stated in the listing and nothing was missed out.
All in all will recommend if looking for nice room to stay near SG.

Good view. Relax place. Clean. Agent Response fast although, they delayed on check in time.
R&R mall nothing much to shop.

Pleasant stay! Near CIQ too and theres a mall below so able to shpp and eat there. Customer service was really good and guide us so we won't get lost or confused. Will come back again next tim

The customer service office was prompt in replies to WhatsApp messages. Unfortunately our unit had small cockroaches which made the stay unpleasant. The room did have a lovely view of the causeway since we were on the 41st floor.

It is conveniently located walkable to city square mall with nice view of the causeway. The apartment is spacious and well designed, it looks exactly like the photos provided :) Check in/out steps were really simple just have to follow video instructions. There were multiple guards around the entrance and carparks for security too. Really easy to contact staff through WhatsApp when assistance is need!
Definitely would stay here again!

我們四個人訂的二居海景公寓 。性價比很高。陽台可以遠眺新加坡。富居的小夥伴，回覆十分快，訊息給的也十分的足。公寓位置很好，從新加坡過境十分方便。樓下就是一個小型的mall，日常吃飯沒有問題。在歌劇院附近有一個水果鋪，貓山王榴蓮超級贊。我們晚上十點去的，二房大一點的果肉48rm。買二盒居然衹要70rm，還是老闆自己砍自己一下。小凳子一坐，吃的非常開心。到陳旭年街，步行十分鐘左右。那邊的三姐妹一定要試一下。超級贊。
