The hotel environment is very good, quiet and well-equipped. The overall decoration is in an antique Chinese style, which I personally like. The housekeeper was very welcoming. He came out to greet us as soon as he arrived at the parking lot, helped us with our luggage, and even gave us snacks in the evening. Dinner was Omakase, a Japanese restaurant in the hotel, and overall I was quite satisfied. The room has an independent corridor with air conditioning and is well received! In the winter, I feel drowsy when I turn on the hot air conditioner, and it’s too cold when I sleep without it. When you are resting in the room and do not plan to sleep, you can turn off the air conditioner in the corridor, sit in the corridor and take a nap, play with your mobile phone or even do simple work on the computer.

When we went to the hotel for dinner, we even gave us mutton soup, which was very heart-warming! The scenery of the hotel is very elegant. You can feel the nature without leaving the hotel. Huajia Villa is right next to it! The service from the lady at the front desk was great and she even sent our luggage back to the room! However, the wait time for dinner was relatively long, and there were only a few tables in the restaurant, so the wait was almost an hour! The food is served slowly! It may be that the Chinese New Year is approaching, but I feel that the occupancy rate is not very high and it is not very popular! In other aspects, I am quite satisfied. It is a good experience!

The hotel is located in the scenic area on the west side of West Lake. The environment is very good. There are many places to visit near the hotel. It is not far from Hangzhou Botanical Garden, Zoo, Prince Bay Park, China Silk Museum, Maojiabu, etc. The front door of the hotel is Santaishan Road, the main road in the scenic spot. There is bus No. 197, and the back door has bus No. 27 and other buses, which go directly to the famous scenic spots along the West Lake. The entire hotel has a garden-style artistic design, which is simple and elegant. It consists of several unique buildings of different styles and front and rear leisure gardens. The vegetation is lush, and it is very comfortable to rest and walk inside, and you can take good photos. There is a stone path up the mountain in the backyard, and you can quickly climb to Santai Mountain to enjoy the beautiful surroundings! The hotel service is warm, thoughtful and meticulous. It used to be a government hotel, and the staff are very good and courteous. Very close to the West Lake, the environment is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the living is very comfortable, the grandmother's family is very enthusiastic, breakfast is prepared very early every day, and every time I come back, I feel like going home. When we left the store, the grandmother chased us out to send us sweet-scented osmanthus and lotus seeds, thank you very much! She informed her address on WeChat early and carefully turned on the air conditioner in advance to keep warm. When I arrived at the courtyard, I immediately felt like I was coming home. Together with another Lulu girl, we took our luggage to the second floor, and then introduced us to the most worthwhile places to visit in Hangzhou, and went over our family's three-day itinerary. It was really considerate and worry-free. There are not only the must-visit West Lake check-in points, but also Lingyin Temple, museums, pedestrian streets, etc. It is most suitable for adults and children to travel together as a family. The proprietress was gentle and kind, and provided us with a delicious breakfast for ten yuan per person. She gave us careful instructions before going out and greeted her warmly when we returned.
