The room facilities were excellent, and there was someone to help with our luggage. Overall, a great experience.

The location is great, as the hotel is right inside the scenic area, making it very convenient for walks. The breakfast was just okay, and the facilities are a bit old. You get what you pay for, I guess. There's also Yu Qian's ancestral temple nearby, which is worth checking out.

Aside from the room being a bit small, and the family room window being tiny with poor soundproofing, it was actually quite nice. The surrounding scenery is lovely, and the courtyard environment is pleasant. There's a restaurant, which is very convenient for meals, and they even have small performances in the evening.

Traveling with family, we booked two rooms. They were very quiet and clean, and each had a small courtyard. In the mornings, we'd stroll around; the air was fresh and the birdsong was lovely. Definitely recommend.

The surrounding environment was beautiful and quiet, and you could see the inner lake of West Lake just a few steps away, which was stunning. It's not far from the Flower Harbor Viewing Fish pier, just one bus stop away, making it very convenient for getting around!

The environment here is fantastic! The small courtyard is beautiful with lush greenery everywhere. There's even a fish pond where you can enjoy a meal, watch the fish, and listen to a guzheng performance – it truly sets a wonderful mood! Staying right inside the West Lake scenic area means it's peaceful and the air is fresh. Plus, the hotel is right on the doorstep of the scenic attractions!

The hotel is right next to Turtle Pond, a hidden gem of West Lake. As soon as you enter, you feel the luxury. My cherry blossom viewing experience this time was excellent. I walked and cycled the whole time, which was easy and enjoyable. Although the hotel isn't large, the breakfast is delicious, and it offers great value for money. Plus, it perfectly helps you avoid traffic jams.
