Woke up to stunning view of Mount Fuji! Hotel reception cannot speak good English but luckily one of them can speak mandarin. There is an in-house onsen. Pretty cool. Welcome alcoholic drink upon check in. But hotel is pretty far from train station and there is no proper pavement. Can be a bit scary to walk through the dark alleys alone at night.

The location is great and close to the outlet mall but the toilet is tiny even for my average build. However, Fuji san accompanies you at the window.

Parking lot is large .It’s valuable and comfortable.Breakfast was a bit early to closed ,before 9:30 .

Good experience

The room is small, the hot spring pool is also small, and men and women enter the pool at different times. Breakfast ends at 8:30, and check out at 10:00. If you are late, you have to pay 1,000 yen. It feels very ordinary. There is also a superhotel 2 nearby, so be careful not to go to the wrong place.

Excellent hotel, the front desk lady is beautiful and gentle, you can send emails, call a taxi and there is a direct line, the breakfast is very rich, and there is a drink bar in the evening and afternoon. The hot spring is also very good

It's close to the Gotemba Outlets and the highway interchange, so it's convenient to use by car. The baths are hot springs♨️, although they are alternated for men and women. The amenities are plentiful, breakfast is included, and what surprised me was that in the evening, although there is a time limit, you can drink as much alcohol and soft drinks as you want! It's hard to believe for this price. I had a great time. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that you couldn't use the stairs. There was only one elevator, so sometimes I couldn't get in.

The room is really too small. A 29-inch suitcase is really stuck, and it is difficult to even open it😕, and so is the toilet. The overall feeling is okay.
