The room we booked was spacious. However, Itz just basically a bed and a small chair. No kettle nor any proper seating chair. Cos is a bar cum hotel, assistance is easier to get during the day. Comes evening, the staff are busy with serving their dining/deinking customers, you have to wait long to get help. If you have heavy and big luggages, do take note that you will have to lug them down some stairs when you enter the building. There is a wheelchair lift but you will need to call the staff to switch it on. Other than what I mentioned, I must say the location is superb, except that no vehicles can enter the lane to the entrance of hotel. So you will need to walk in from the road which I posted.

The hotel is at a very good location. All the high end boutique, MyZeil and other shops are just a few minutes walk away. Food and bakery are abundance around this area. The hotel surrounding is so quiet and we had a good sleep. We do not have to worry about bringing our own amenities as the hotel provides them in the room (such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion as well as a hair dryer to use). Also, Goethe-Haus, Fountain of Justice and Kaiserdom St Bartholomäus are just within walking distance too. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Frankfurt for just a few days.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Frankfurt. Room was very beautiful and clean. There is a tea/coffee facility on the ground floor (can be accessed with your room card)

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the city. Breakfast was okay, the rooms were clean, but no toiletries or slippers were provided.

Conveniently located in the city centre, Ruby is just a short walk away from the metro, a big shopping mall and about 20 min from the main train station. The loft room is spacious; I had reservations about the bathroom having only glass walls - not leaving much privacy - but curtains are pretty thick. However, they aren’t blackout ones (which would be difficult by design) so you not only hear another person using the shower but also see the lights. The rooftop bar is nice and cosy, be if for breakfast in the morning (didn’t avail of it) or cocktails later in the day.

I really liked the atmosphere. The rooms are good, but the size of our room was not what was promised when we booked. The staff is friendly, but I would have liked the hotel to inform me that there was an event the next day and that the underground car park had to be vacated before 9am. The drinks in the bar are average, I think they are a bit overpriced for the quality.
