the service was good and the staff was friendly, although I forgot the lady's name assisting us for the checking in. We took the T2 tram from the train station to Guidoni tram stop, and it took us about six/seven minutes to reach the hotel on foot. upon our checking in, we were given a coupon for two wellcome drinks, and it was well received by both me and my wife. Overall we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Really good hotel and service very close to tram and bus services. Takes 15 mins to reach the centre and main attractions. Outstanding service and ammenities along with free welcome drinks at the bar.

I was ripped off by the management of this hotel. After a flight delay and lost luggage my wife and I were on the street in Florence work no plans to stay. The calendar interface was a bit confusing and I found on the confirmation that I had booked for September instead of August. I contacted the booking agent, who agreed to contact the hotel to request cancellation. Shortly they replied to me that the hotel refused to allow cancellation of my 1 night, $198 room. I contacted the hotel and they told me their contact with the booking agency prevented then from allowing the cancellation. Later communication with both Trip.com and Wyndham confirmed that this decision was totally at the discretion of the hotel. Not only did they retain my payment for a hotel room they could have easily re-booked, they lied about it. This hotel has really heartless, uncaring management.I f you have any problem with this hotel, plan on getting screwed.

The hotel is clean and not far away from the bus stop. And you can get a welcome drink when you check in.

Staffs are all very helpful, friendly, good English. Breakfast choices are enough.

Not pleasant experience. We just arrived in our room I was planing to relax when I get phone call from reception that I have to come down that my card payment is not gone true. I was paying for hotel in advance so that meant I don’t have to pay . When I took my clothes on pans went down that said all is fine. After we went out when we came back the keys to room wasn’t working, we went again down🫣 we stay there for 3 day and during this period is happened twice. In the room there was sink which wasn’t in bathroom, there was no place in shower where to put my shampoo and shower gel so only possible place on floor The staff try to be friendly however

The hotel is very close to Florence Airport. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the shuttle bus T2 station between the airport and the city. It costs 1.7 euros and it takes more than 20 minutes to reach the city. It's still very convenient. I'm quite satisfied with staying in such a room at this price. However, Florence is not big, and the airport to the city is only over 5 kilometers away.

It's a bit far to take the tram, which is a disadvantage, but the hotel conditions and service make up for it. It's on the outskirts of Florence, so it's closer to the airport.

The room and price are good, but the room is a little small, but the price is very cheap in Florence, and the hygiene environment is very good. The service is very good and helped me solve the problem of the suitcase. Except for the location, everything else is very good.

Generally speaking, it is said that there are private parking spaces, but there are not enough people to park. Bad review.
