Great location close to the tower. Nice, clean and sound-proof rooms. Very friendly and supportive personnel. Improvement is the sleeping sofa (we had a family room) which is very soft for an adult, and that they have charged my credit card after online early check-in even though I have already paid via Trip.com

Lovely staff upon arrival, our room was ready early so we were able to go straight in. Room was lovely, modern, spacious and very clean. I would have preferred a room on a higher floor just for a better view but still not a bad view from first floor lovely gardens across the road. Would definitely stay here again. Short walk to tower bridge and transport, we had a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is very clean and looks very comfortable. The guy at the front desk is very handsome~ He even gave me a cute little duck! The room is average in size and can accommodate two suitcases. The location is behind the Four Seasons Hotel. It only takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the Tower of London. There are also many restaurants nearby.

Apart from the small size of the room, the washroom and desktop are still very clean. The washroom is spacious. Overall, it’s a bit crowded for two people to live in. There are several restaurants around after a few minutes of walking, especially a breakfast restaurant with a view of Tower Bridge. ,very nice.
