Great service, clean rooms, great facilities. We stayed during the Christmas season and they had great Christmas decorations.

Some one try to open the door at 10AM.

This is a very nice hotel with very clean room right next to the Everet harbor with access to pretty good bars/restaurants.

The swimming pool was very small and dirty, and the air conditioning system in the backyard was very noisy. I couldn't sleep all night. The key point is that the extra $200 you paid at the store is inconsistent with the money shown on Ctrip’s website, so you should get a refund! ! !
