The furniture is old and shabby. Wardrobe doors make an annoying squeaky sound every time. The safe did not work. The room was dark, there wasn't enough light. The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up. The towels are really old. I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got.

Hotel located in the middle of Suwon, near plenty of restaurants. Very convenient. Staff is nice and friendly and the breakfast is great!

Great location and reception is good. Wonderful area to eat and enjoy night life. The whole building is a high-end experience. Always have wondered views from the large windows.

I came here because I heard the hotel was quiet, but maybe it was only on the 20th floor... I booked the one remaining room in a hurry, so I got a quiet room on a high floor, but the cleaning ladies in front of room 2011 were taking out cleaning tools, making noise, thumping, and making noise. There was no soundproofing at all, and the windows were open. The sound of motorcycles and cars is no joke, as if you were sleeping with your door open, and you can hear minor noises in the hallway. Don't make a reservation for the 20th floor... The rooms have dark furniture and dark lighting. It is not suitable for reading books or doing work. Other than that, there is a restaurant across from the hotel and it's okay.

The hygiene was not good and the sheets had blood stains. The service is not good, it can be said that there is no service. You have to go downstairs to get anything you want. There is no heating in winter, so I catch a cold directly.

I felt it was a little high as the price had gone up. There are many restaurants nearby, but supermarkets are a little far away. This time the room had a washlet, but some rooms don't, so what's the difference?
