It was a good journey ; however, I highly recommend to improve your breakfast choices which wasn’t as good as expected. Please provide all amenities upon arrival as I don’t have to call the customer service to provide me with them. Thank you.

The hotel location is nice. I just stayed for the night. However, there are two buildings. You have to go in the other side to get your key card then walk all the way to the other building to get to your room, which in my opinion is inconvenient. There is a reception desk on the other building but there were no receptionist.

Reception, A very pleasant lobby Receptionist: They’re warmth approachable Room: Pillow Smell; The pillow has odor reminiscent of dried sweat!. Noise disturbance; there were disturbance at night due to loud banging noises from another guests room, it is late hours! No security roving around? Outdated towels and bathrobes; The towels and requested bathrobes that has been delivered after an hour was outdated, showing signs of wear and fading.

The location is terrible to get around. My room had two single beds that were not attached properly and did not have a topper on so you slide down the middle. connection between the entrance and the bedroom had a loose floor *****. Bathroom ceiling made a rattling sound the whole time i was there. The shower is a bathtub with no handle and no anti slip mat so beware of slipping. no shower get for two days after calling and being told it would be filled, it wasn't. Pool is not good, breakfast was good. staff in the breakfast room all great.

Nice hotel and service. Great check-in experience. For breakfast, closer to the end many items were finished and not replaced, cups finished - if you state timings till 10:30am, then same service availability should be provided.

It was pleasure stayed and a big shout out to everyone from receptionist Moe , Salaal , Esha and also the room was good and also swimming pool as well

Extremely thrilled and amazed by the overall experience that we had during our stay. Mr. Muneeb (Duty Manager) was one of the gems we met. He not only upgraded our rooms but also welcomed us like no other. We will definitely be going again to stay. it was an exceptional stay.

The hotel is located away from the center of Dubai, but it has good access to Dubai Marina. Slippers, hand towels and bathrobes are provided at the front desk.

Too many complaints: The hotel is run by Indians. The lobby looks OK, but the flowers in the lobby are all fake. A four-star hotel should not have this configuration. The room is very bad, just like a small B&B in an eighth-tier city; The desk is too low and the office chair is too high, making it impossible to work; Several lights are hard switches, and several are soft switches (on a touch screen). I had to turn into Sherlock Holmes to turn off the lights last night; The hot water didn't come out after 5 minutes, and I thought it was broken and there was no hot water. Today, I put it on for seven or eight minutes and there was still hot water. . . The wardrobe shown in the picture is not only *, but also protrudes a little when embedded in the wall, causing the cabinet to collide with the bedside table when it is extended, so there is a gap next to the bedside table. . .
