Location is perfect, 400m walk to Kyoto station, have luggage storage, room was clean just a bit small

Worse Wi-Fi service ever.no receiption near bedside and had to sit/stand close to the door.
Drop signal every 10-15 mins.
Location is good ,5 mins to Kyoto station.

The queen room was big enough for family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Surprisingly for Japan standards, the bed were big enough for our family. M Kyoto was flexible with our last minute change in itinerary where we arrive one day later and need to extend one day after our initial booking. No cancellation charged. Nice lounge to have packed in meals with the kids. Nice restaurant just a few shops away from hotel. Walking distance from train station. Recommended.

Location was great, it was very close to the kyoto station. There were a lot of foreign customers. Right next to the mini police station

Location near to kyoto station, approximately 6mins walk. You can find 7-11 and lawson along the way and near a shopping mall too. Room size decent but maybe cramped if you are taking big luggages.
