I stayed for one night and it required a 500 RMB deposit. Unfortunately I had no friendly greeting upon check in not evening a good afternoon.

The location of this this hotel is amazing,walking distance to hundreds of restaurants that some to them opens 24/7,this hotel shares the building with a huge shopping mall,ez shopping everyday. The staffs were excellent in service.Special thanks to Lucy Wang,she navigated me within the area and that was absolute top service! I will never be tired of the food here,I love chengdu so much.

Front desk Ryan and Knowknow are extremely helpful towards tourists, especially when we don’t have a China number. Stay was very comfortable and location was good and close to 东郊记忆。

The environment is great, though it’s not the “Hilton”, but the service can be proven to be five-stared.

Very nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms, modern and fresh decoration, wide enough variety of food for breakfast. Located in a busy commercial area with plenty of shopping and dining nearby, a short walking distance from 东郊记忆 park area with a lot of cafes, galleries and creative design installations. Would happily choose to stay here again.

Hotel was cleaned and staff is really friendly. The hotel is right beside a mall and walking distance to the metro. Pretty good stay!

DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu Binjiang: A great stay experience! This stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu Binjiang really gave me a lot of surprises! First of all, the overall environment of the hotel is very good. As soon as you enter the lobby, you can feel the elegant atmosphere. The decoration is exquisite and stylish, which makes people feel happy. The room is clean and comfortable, the hygiene is impeccable, and every detail is handled very well, which completely exceeded my expectations. The facilities are also very complete. Whether it is the comfort of the bedding or the quality of the bathroom equipment, it shows the high quality of the hotel. But what impressed me most was the service of the hotel! It's really great! Especially my housekeeper Xiao Du, the service is warm and thoughtful, and very considerate. From the communication before check-in to the various needs during the stay, Xiao Du can respond and handle them properly in the first time, which makes me feel the meticulous care, just like the warmth at home. This kind of thoughtful service makes my stay experience more perfect this time. Next time I come to Chengdu, I will definitely choose this hotel again! It is really the perfect choice for a business trip. You can enjoy the comfortable environment and complete facilities, and experience such high-quality service. I highly recommend it to everyone!
