We stopped here for one night on our way to a morning flight out of JFK (we live in southwest PA). Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice. Exactly what we've come to expect from a Home2 Suites. I would stay here again if we are passing through.

Do not stay here! Worst hotel ever. It started with the outside fire pit that didn’t work. They told us that if they turned it on it would explode. Then as we walked down the hall to our room we noticed stains throughout the carpet. There was a huge stain on the floor by the bed in our friends room. The dresser drawers were covered in stains. The rooms were not clean. My wife woke up to find an old blood stain on her pillow. Possibly a bloody booger. Gross!! I called the front desk immediately and was told that someone would come to get the pillow. 20 minutes later we were still waiting for them to pick it up. I had to call them back. Then we wanted to make coffee and there was only one caffeinated pod and one decaf. I called the desk again to inform them that there should at least be two of each. I was told that someone would come and bring more coffee pods. No one came. I went to the front desk to complain and was told that I didn’t tell them what coffee pod I would like. Really?! The person at the front desk clearly was not trained well and was not accommodating at all. Of course I asked for a manager and was told that they were in a meeting at another hotel and didn’t know when they’d return. The desk employee didn’t even ask for my information to give to the manager. Unbelievable. Do not stay here!
