Check-in was seamless and efficient, directions to the room were clear and concise, the room was well equipped with everything you would expect and the beds were very comfortable. You'd expect to pay a lot more for what's on offer here.

A hotel was needed to be near to Dulwich Village and with secure car park for a 2 night stay . This hotel fitted the requirements. Clean , good sized rooms with dressing gowns / slippers and complementary mineral water . Best deal was on Trip.com

I had safer issue, and the night receptionist called for maintenance service. Johnason came at mid-night and sorted it out for me. It was an unfortunate experience. I would stay in this hotel again on my next visit.

We had a very comfortable stay in the Bromley Court Hotel. Very good value for money since it is in London - but the grounds and area are much more relaxed than inner London. Room was comfortable, had everything you needed like an iron/ironing board which some don't now. Also tea/coffee and biscuits for your arrival. Little touches like this made it comfortable/ practical. Also breakfast was good and the extensive gardens were ideal for drinks outside in the evening.

Absolutely loved the location and will definitely return. The service and attention to detail from the reception team especially is 10/10. Certain areas of the hotel need refurbishing - even if just a lick of paint for now as they aren't in line with the rest of the hotel. The room was small but practical and unfortunately didn't have the best of views but that's not an issue. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. Had a minor issue with the air con unit which is very dated and didn't match the aesthetic of a modern and refurbished room which looks very appealing. Overall, would be very happy to visit again especially during the summer and try out their dinner menu.

It's only November in London but the atmosphere is already festive. The hotels are decorated with Christmas decorations. When I went out, I found that the streets were also full of festive atmosphere. The hotel is not bad and the price is reasonable in London.

The waiter's attitude was very good. The hotel upgraded our room. The garden view is very beautiful. It also provides car charging facilities, which is very convenient for travelers who drive trams.

Great hotel. Real old English style. Great room and great breakfast. There were parties downstairs so there was some noise in the room. But that probably goes with Christmas.

Very good hotel, very comfortable to stay in, but the location is a little off, but it does not affect the accommodation experience. The back garden is very large and the breakfast restaurant is also very luxurious
