Located in Wangjing, this hotel is quite popular, and it maintains the high standards of Hampton by Hilton. There aren't many shops nearby, so you'll need to walk a bit, but the upside is that it's relatively quiet. I'd stay here again. It's also quite convenient if you're attending a concert.

The room features a smart home system and the environment is excellent. Front desk staff member #3 provided satisfying service and helped upgrade our room type. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer great natural light. I highly recommend staying here. The staff even helped us with our luggage even after we had checked out.

My stay at Crowne Plaza Beijing Lido truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel doesn't have an overly ostentatious design; instead, it boasts the calm and comfortable ambiance of an established five-star property. The guest rooms are spacious, the bedding is soft, and the bathroom water pressure is stable. Housekeeping isn't just superficial; even the corners are spotless. The public areas are quiet, and the courtyard has plenty of greenery, making a stroll there very relaxing. The gym equipment is well-maintained, and the pool water is clean and refreshing – a swim there is incredibly stress-relieving. Located in the Lido area, there are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby, making it convenient for getting around. Staff member Anna was responsive and provided natural, unforced service, not a generic, by-the-book interaction. Any requests were met with quick and proactive responses, ensuring guests are never left hanging. It's suitable for both business and short stays. This will be my preferred hotel to rebook when I come to Beijing. Highly recommended with a full 5 stars [strong].

Stumbled upon a gem of a hotel for my business trip to Beijing – EAST Beijing! My experience here was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly responsive and efficient, and their attitude was so warm and friendly, making me feel right at home, like family. There's a free co-working space on the second floor, with many people working quietly and comfortably – it's perfect for business travelers. The hotel is directly connected to a mall, making dining and shopping super convenient, all in one place! Plus, it's only about a 2-minute walk from the subway entrance, so transportation is a breeze. It's a great choice whether you're on a business trip or just a short stay. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Beijing! 👍

The room was fantastic, very spacious, and the view was great. Everything was pretty much automated, which was super convenient. I especially loved the lighting design – no need to press individual switches, you just pick one of the pre-set scenes. Service: The service was excellent. Zhang Dong at the front desk had a wonderful attitude, was incredibly thoughtful, explained everything clearly, and was very efficient. They also gave us breakfast vouchers.

I chose Atour for a short layover during my international transfer, and it was absolutely fantastic! The room was cozy and comfortable, and the front desk staff even upgraded my room type and gave me complimentary breakfast. As someone who works out, I often have damp clothes after exercising, and the hotel's laundry room was a lifesaver. It had two washers and two dryers, along with laundry detergent, delicates wash, disinfectant, and even white shoe foam and tissues! After my workout in the evening, the hotel also offered late-night snacks. I had two meat buns, two siu mai, and two bowls of millet porridge – it really warmed my heart. I was on the fourth floor with a very large suitcase, and there was a spiral staircase I needed to navigate. The staff helped me with my luggage both up and down, which was incredibly touching, as I'm used to doing everything myself! As someone who frequently stays at Marriott, Atour has definitely earned a huge boost in my regard!

Smooth check in at midnight. Design is barrier free though the ramp at entrance might sometimes be blocked vehicle. Easy to use curtain and lighting automation. Bathrobe is a thin one. Soft drink variety, tea and coffeee are good. The options of breakfast in dining hall are good. Taste wise are not salty. Bedding are comfortable too. There is lingering light smoke smell maybe due to its heating system. Foot support provided in bathroom. Labelling of hot water for shower not clear. Built in shelf on tv wall has a glue crack but not wobbly. Tv has dramas /movies subscription.

The room size is excellent, larger than typical chain hotels. I couldn't get a twin bed this time, but the queen bed was very comfortable 😌. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was also very well done, with the shower and toilet in separate cubicles 👍. Now, about breakfast: It was very fresh, and there was always plenty of food available. Even at 9:30 AM, nothing ran out; everything was promptly refilled. The breakfast coffee was delicious, made from pure beans, not Yunnan beans, which I really appreciated. You can order noodles at the breakfast station; I highly recommend the Old Beijing Zhajiangmian and the chicken soup rice noodles – both super tasty. They don't have dinner here, but the 798 Art Zone is just across the street, offering many dining options, which is also great. The front desk staff were all very friendly. You can also order Peet's coffee in the lobby. Additionally, there's a gym and laundry machines in the basement, with two dryers and two washers. They're very efficient, so you won't have to wait long!

What impressed me most was the service quality of Edward at the front desk. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient in handling check-in and check-out. Communication was patient and detailed, and they proactively introduced hotel facilities and local attractions, providing professional and thoughtful service. Housekeeping service was prompt, gentle, and polite. When encountering an issue with the hotel's parking fee, they quickly assisted by offering a breakfast exchange as a solution. The overall service was meticulous and considerate, making me feel very well taken care of. All hotel staff maintained high professional standards, offering proactive and sincere service, which truly provided a high-quality and warm service experience. Overall, this hotel boasts a beautiful environment, strict hygiene, excellent facilities, and attentive service. Its overall quality far exceeds other hotels in the same price range. The check-in process was comfortable and hassle-free, with no unpleasant experiences, making it highly recommendable. It's an ideal choice for both business trips and leisure travel. I will prioritize staying here again for my next trip and will actively recommend it to friends and family.

Had a fantastic business trip stay here. The room was clean, quiet, and perfect for both work and rest. Mia at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I checked in around noon, she even gave me a discount voucher for the lunch buffet on the second floor. The price was great, there was a wide variety of dishes, and overall it was excellent value for money. I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.
