The room was very spacious and clean. I was very satisfied with the front desk service; they even helped with my luggage. The room was also very quiet, as it wasn't facing the street. There was heating in the room, so it wasn't cold even in winter. Plus, the price was very affordable!

This was my first time staying at a hotel here and I absolutely loved it! It was incredibly friendly, and the two young ladies at the front desk had excellent service attitudes. The hotel itself was clean, hygienic, and very cozy. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back next time! Freshly ground coffee is available for unlimited refills.

This is an Accor brand hotel. The hotel is well-located within the Chaoyangmen commercial district, with several large shopping malls nearby such as U-Town Plaza, Chaowai THE BOX, and Landa Mansion, making dining, shopping, and entertainment very convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station. The hotel's decor is quite minimalist, and the rooms aren't very spacious. However, the view from the window is quite nice; besides seeing the Chaoyangmen commercial area, you can also get a distant view of landmarks like Capital Mansion and the New Workers' Stadium. There's a small gym on the 5th floor, but no swimming pool. The service from all departments was very warm and attentive.

The room was spotless, and the location is excellent, right in the embassy district. I have to especially mention how friendly and well-trained all the staff are; they always greeted me. When the cleaning staff saw I was using a mouse, they even left a card and brought me a mouse pad. It was a fantastic stay. Five-star rating!

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The entire place is spotless, and special shoutout to the amazing cleaning team on the 3rd floor—they refreshed our room daily with clean towels and perfectly made beds. The reception staff were wonderfully kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Location-wise, it’s great: about a 5–8 minute walk to the nearest metro, though Didi rides were so affordable that our family mostly used those. It’s very close to Ginza Mall with plenty of food options, and also near Raffles City Mall. Lama Temple is just one metro stop away, and the Mubus meet-up/drop-off at Dongzhimen Station is super convenient. Room fittings feel new and well-maintained. The only thing missing is a buffet breakfast, but space seems limited, so it’s understandable. Overall, an outstanding stay—comfortable, clean, and very well located. Highly recommended.

My stay at the Art Hotel in North America was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel itself houses a museum-quality art collection, featuring exhibitions of sculptures, oil paintings, silk paintings, and more – the entire property is enveloped in artwork! It was such a rewarding experience! The hotel is a high-end establishment with a strong artistic theme! The room was incredibly clean and beautiful! Very comfortable! The service was excellent! The room was fully stocked with toiletries! The dining was also artistic and delicious! This hotel offers fantastic value for money and is highly recommended! 👍👍🏆

We stayed at True Go Hotel Sanlitun and booked two duplex rooms, though it is worth noting that one room was noticeably smaller than the other despite being booked under the same category. Both rooms were modern and smart, equipped with a Chinese voice assistant that controls the lights, air conditioning, TV, and curtains, and also allows you to message the hotel directly. Everything worked well and felt intuitive. The duplex layout has clear pros and cons. On the positive side, it offers better privacy between people sleeping in different beds, as the sleeping areas are separated across levels. The rooms also feel more spacious than a standard hotel room. On the downside, going up and down the stairs can be tiring, especially since one of the rooms did not have a toilet on the upper floor, which is something to consider depending on who you are travelling with. Both rooms were very clean, with towels replenished daily. The staff were friendly, and check in and check out were very quick and efficient. Each duplex had two TVs, one upstairs and one downstairs. The hotel also provides free minibar drinks, which were refilled daily and appreciated. The location is excellent. It is near Tuanjiehu subway station and within easy reach of Sanlitun, Taikoo Li, Tmall, and many eateries. The area is lively, busy, and very convenient if you enjoy being surrounded by food, shopping, and activity. One small improvement would be having more pillows in the rooms, as the beds themselves were comfortable. Overall, True Go Hotel Sanlitun is a good choice if you enjoy modern smart rooms and want to stay in a vibrant part of Beijing, especially if you are comfortable with a duplex layout and some variation in room size.

Amazing value for money! This is my third stay here since returning to China after the pandemic. It's only a 30-minute taxi ride to Capital Airport T3, and very close to Sanyuanqiao subway station. You can access it directly from Phoenix Galleria, and there's an elevator.

The room was a bit small, but otherwise, it was fine. Cleanliness: Pretty clean. Facilities: Equipped with a fresh air system and humidifier. Environment: The surroundings are very convenient, but I got a little confused when I first arrived because there's another Qiuguo hotel right next door. Service: The front desk service was excellent and accommodating.

Hotel is okay, room is tiny, but that's not an issue. Biggest issue is the wet bathroom, when I walked into the room the floor was still wet from the previous guest and smelled a bit like damp. If you shower in the morning good luck using the toilet normally in the day as it'll stay wet for 24+ hours.I also slipped on the floor because of a lack of adequate anti slip protection outside the shower and could have been seriously injured. Apart from the shower situation, the stay was good. Breakfast is limited, but good. Central area between tourist sights and embassy areas. Very friendly front door staff, especially night staff.
