I would said this is more like a Business hotel. Overall is a good experience, there's option on paying the hotel deposit or let the hotel to keep the passports. Breakfast options is good. Have not try the swimming pool and gym facilities. TV is very large, but why the information were in chinese wording.

The hotel just newly open so the rooms and facilities are all really good and clean. Price is very decent as well. Recommended!

So glad to pick this very new hotel in Batam. A value stay that is not compromising on comfort and size. Breakfast was sumptuous with ala carte local or western breakfast freshly cooked on order. Pretty good for the price. Excellent service from the staff too, will highly consider this hotel again for my next visit.

Good renovated hotel but is far from mall but near the harbour bay area. Big rooms and I must complement the breakfast food was top notch and on point. Kudos to the chefs. Have flavour to the taste.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during a solo retreat, and it was an unforgettable experience. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

The room is so beautiful only that its missing a safe box and a fridge.. everything else was great!

Very spacious room and this newly renovated hotel located very close to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. Friendly and helpful staff. However the shower is partitioned with just a plastic shower screen causing the soapy water to overflow to other part of the toilet floor.

Nice and spacious hotel. Great staff. Good breakfast and can be improved to provide more dishes. Reasonable price for room service. Great location. Will come back again.
