I chose this hotel again because my previous stay was quite good. However, this time around, the overall experience was truly disappointing.
The first room we were assigned had dirty bedsheets, so we requested a change. The first staff member who assisted us was very kind and proactive in helping us, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the second room we moved to had even worse hygiene. The pillows were extremely dirty, the bathroom mirror was covered in water stains, and there were many mysterious liquid dots on the headboard, which looked really unpleasant. We were already exhausted from a full day of flying and were even considering checking out at that point. The hotel initially offered to re-clean the room, but we felt changing rooms would be quicker. Later, after the staff member confirmed, she helped us move to the exact room we had stayed in before, which I found very thoughtful. For the same room type, this one was noticeably much cleaner.
What truly dissatisfied me was the short-haired staff member who assisted us last. Her attitude was terrible; she had a cold demeanor throughout and didn't even offer a single apology, simply handing over the room card. It made us feel as if we were intentionally causing trouble. Issues with room hygiene are not the guest's responsibility to begin with. The previous staff member's handling of the situation was excellent, but the attitude of this last short-haired staff member genuinely ruined the entire check-in experience.
So, this negative review is mainly directed at that last short-haired staff member. The hotel's facilities and some of the staff's service are actually fine, but the hygiene management and the attitude of certain front desk staff really need improvement.
The last photo is of the changed room, which clearly can be very clean 😊
