We understand that accidents happen, and we always aim to provide a comfortable experience for our guests.Regarding the extra charge 400THB., our hotel policy is to charge for the cleaning of items such as sheets and duvets when they are stained beyond normal use. This is due to the fact that we separate laundry for cleaning to maintain high hygiene standards and ensure that linens are properly sanitized. Unfortunately, we cannot wash blood stained items together with other linen for safety and cleanliness reasons.While we understand this may not have been expected, we appreciate your understanding of our policies.
