Booking was made by me. I made a mistake because I forgot that I have to catch a 8am flight the next morning. Too far from airport. I asked whether they can transfer my 2nd night to a Lemon Tree nearer to airport. There were no duty managers working. They said that I have to wait until 10am the following day. I check out and there were a few senior staff but they did nothing to address my problem (though they knew about my case - because every one of them were asking why we checked out). Used to stay at Lemon Tree hotels but with this bad experience, Lemon Tree will no longer be in my list.

Great, stayed here many times already. Good food, very spacious room!

PLACE IS GOOD

It was a clean and spacious accommodation. The location was good, so it was convenient for business trips. I think I will visit again during my next business trip to India.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s first birthday at Lemon Tree Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The venue was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and festive atmosphere perfect for such a special occasion. The staff, particularly Rana, Manoj, Kai, and Pinku, were exceptional in their service and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, from the seating arrangements to the food service. The food was another highlight of the event—delicious, fresh, and enjoyed by all our guests. The chefs curated a great menu with ample variety, catering to both adults and children. The team’s coordination and hospitality were commendable, making sure every guest felt welcomed and comfortable throughout the event. A special mention goes to the staff for their patience and understanding, especially when dealing with the excitement and energy of a children’s party. Thanks to Rana, Manoj, Kai, and Pinku, the day was stress-free for us, and we could focus on enjoying the celebration. Overall, Lemon Tree Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for hosting family events. We are truly grateful to the entire team for making our daughter’s birthday memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Bangalore Electronic City. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment to unwind. The breakfast spread was delightful! I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, ‍♀️Overall, a great experience, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

What a serene location it was nestled at; the staff of the hotel made it even more pleasant with their non-intrusive attention. What surprised me was the housekeeping staff, supervised by the friendly manager Anand (who goes the extra mile by fulfilling requests), who folded my strewn clothes and left a pleasant floral arrangement on the bed. Breakfast spread was extensive and though I never had supper, I espied the spread one evening and it was quite large too. Definitely recommended, this place!

I had a good experience at Lemon tree and I must highlight the outstanding service provided by Rabeeh and Soumyanil. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth, provided great recommendations, and always greeted me with a smile. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude truly made my stay more enjoyable. Thank you, Rabeeh and Soumyanil for your exceptional hospitality!

Amazing hospitality, and very customer oriented. The hotel has a good location if you have business in and around electronics city. But what won my heart is the extend of efforts the housekeeping team took to make the experience a delightful one. Would love to mention Dhinagaran, Sneha and Manju for their beautiful art, very thoughtful of them to use Roses in the decor and that I am a Rose by name. Always loved flowers and those arts created such a cute memory for me. Thank you team! Will definitely be back for any upcoming works if you will host me.

Overall it was a very welcoming and Friendly Environment. Raneeh was a Great receptionist and always a friendly help. Since the room cleaners came in very late 5-6 pm I dismissed one Star. I recommend This Hotel for every Business Trip in EC.

The food and ambience were great. All the cuisines were good and the servIce was great.The stuff are very helpful specially Gopinath and all the stuff, well done guys keep it up, we are very regular visitor to lemon tree, thank you guys all the best.

Very good hotel to stay and specially food is so awesome, we will not get this kind of specially Briyani anywhere in such kind of hotel, Service is uncommendable, recommending others,Gopinath, Venkatesh and team make us more comfortable like family..Ambience also very good,
