We were checked in by an extremely helpful member of staff who took the time to ask us about the purpose of our trip, he also gave us a complimentary upgrade which was really lovely. The breakfast was great,a little on the lukewarm side but we did go down to eat at 9.45. The lovely girl who checked us out also asked about our stay,she was really genuine. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to London.

Not too expensive pretty good place location and staff with amazing amenities

Nice hotel close to the dominion theatre. Good sized room and very quiet. Breakfast was brilliant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here with my family, and I have to say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. First of all, the hotel itself is beautiful. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. But what really sets this hotel apart is the level of service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, I was made to feel welcome and valued. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping my room clean and well-stocked, and they were always available to address any requests I had. The service was impeccable, with the waitstaff taking the time to chat with me and make sure that everything was to my liking. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. The staff are truly exceptional, and they go out of their way to make sure that each and every guest feels at home. I can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Good location to soho and British Museum Nice and helpful staff

The hotel was generally clean. The service was excellent, so I recommend this hotel. I would like to stay here again.

Poor service, the knife and fork were taken away before breakfast was finished.

A bit old, there is a CoCo milk tea shop nearby, it is noisy at night facing the street. Everything else is OK.

The hotel room was very small and I was given a loft In fact, you don’t have to live downstairs in the British Museum if you go to the British Museum. The hotels downstairs in Daying are very old. You can live on Regent Street and it's only a 10-minute walk to Daying. Relatively speaking, the hotel options are relatively large.

I didn't comment on the hotel before. This hotel is really bad. The room is nearly 5,000 RMB, the windows are small, and the Asian waiter who is chick in at the front desk has a very bad attitude. The room facilities are too bad~ Bed The sharp corners can hurt people... First of all, the kettle is broken, and you will be burned if you are not careful... The hair dryer can't be used, the bathroom is blocked and can't be used... There are 2 elevators in total, one is broken, and a group of people are waiting in line to get on the elevator... Ah Ahh... This is a room worth nearly 5,000 RMB... To protect everyone from lightning, don't choose this hotel... It's really too bad...

The room is clean, the facilities are complete, and the transportation is very convenient. By the way, the British Museum is diagonally across from the intersection.
