No one was answering the phone when I tried to call. It was stated in the booking that there’s 24 hour front desk but there was not a single soul nearby when I got there in the evening. The place was very try dusty and I believe it was no longer operational. I wanted to complain but I couldn’t get hold of any live person on trip.com. I do not recommend this hostel.

The place is fine ..bit below average ...staff are nice ..but not really the Bali type of hostel you would stay in.

Bed was relatively large for a hostel and comfortable. Location was near many nice cafes and a short walk to the monkey forest. This is not a social hostel, it was very quiet and guests were very respectful of eachother. Unfortunately, the reception desk was never manned, water fountain was often empty, and no amenities were available in the kitchen.

The location was great, but didn’t see much of staff at all… people would come to check in at all hours of the day while I was there with no way to reach anyone. They would get a lot more business if they had front desk staff during the day.

It’s cheap and very cheap. They got AC and clean bed. There is a store downstairs, and beautiful view upstairs. With this price, All the things is good enough.

It was comfortable with there place

You'll meet a lot of monkeys and it's really clean. A lot of Chinese people come here ㅠㅠㅠㅜㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

The price is very attractive but this place simply had so much smell! I couldn't sleep because of the disgusting stinking smell in the room! It was like a stale, old sweat smell permeating the small room with 6 beds. Every time I entered I was overcome by a huge disgusting steam and I had to hold my breath or do everything very quickly because I didn't want to spend another second in there. There was no ventilation in the room because it had air conditioning and you had to keep the door closed, with that disgusting smell! The guests and people in general were kind of weird. There is never anyone at the reception. It would be better to pay a little more and sleep well, not having to endure something like that ever again.

The cost performance is the best.The location is a little bad.You pass through the monkey forest road to get from the center, but it's pitch black at night and you can't go home unless you take a motorbike. I love the common area on the 3rd floor of the inn. You can see the sunset beautifully.

The pillows had no pillowcases and looked a bit dirty. There were no bath towels or mosquito nets. I got dozens of mosquito bites during the night. The air conditioner was a bit noisy and I didn't get a good night's sleep.

Good location, not many tourists, not noisy, good view from the 3rd floor, there is a kitchen

The location is really good, just behind Monkey Mountain. The supermarket on the first floor, the accommodation on the second floor, and the public activity area on the third floor. The price is super cost-effective. The surprise is that the sanitation is very meticulous. The little brother who does the sanitation is very good and taught me how to take the bus to the library. The bus route map that Ta sent me is very useful! Next time you go to Bali, you must check in again!
