The staff and service were very appreciated. We forget some stuff in the room and the hotel staff tried so hard to find it and gave us back despite we already check out. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very close to the train station with a few minutes walk. We really appreciated our stay and will visit again for sure. 😊

West side was around 10 min walk from the outlet mall and took us nearly 30 mins to walk (with a kid) to the East Side Snow Park. Room was just okay for its price - lobby looks better and newer than the room which was a bit old fashioned, yellowish (without a full mirror too) and not spacious. We drove there. For this price point, we would try other hotels next time, like Hilton in the area, given we need to walk a long way from West Side to everywhere, even to the hotel lobby and car park.

The lobby with open fire is beautiful and a comfortable area to have a drink and relax. The room itself was also incredibly clean and everything worked well including the WiFi. The hanten jackets were in the colours of the Ukranian flag which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good, as was the restaurant in the evening. The public bath was a nice place to soak after dinner. Service was good although it's clear the team was new and still training - I am sure this will change in time. Small criticim is there was no room service menu in the room. This was fine as it was on the TV but navigating to the menu needed Japanese skills. The architecture and general design is fantastic, as are the fittings and the carpets are just beautiful - same as all new IHG properties I think.

Less than 5 minutes walk from JR station, my moderate twin room is very spacious and comes with a work desk. Beddings are very comfortable and plenty of amenities are provided. They even have complimentary supper service at night. We didn't get to try the breakfast but they look great with a lot of varieties. This is a great place to stay in Matsumoto.

I should have booked ”no smoking” from the official site of the inn, but I received a ”smoking” in the reservation completion email, and I called the front desk while tilting my neck, and I received a guide that there was no non smoking room. Crying crying even though the budget is over＋ I switched to the room called J floor for 1,000 yen, and this was unexpectedly a ”hit” judgment. It was a good Nagano trip 々. ＜J Floor Features＞ Room is clean and spacious, air conditioning and futons are usually costing anime tea Although it is not a dripping type, it seems that it was developed with the manufacturer and the chitin. It is characterized by the presence of drinks. There are two kinds of coffee, multiple teas, one kind of tea ... and 5 ～ 6 kinds and there are many variety. I checked in at about 15:00 and felt that I should have enjoyed it. Also, the face washing form is not clearly cheap. The comb is also easy to use with both rough eyes and a little fine, and it is a room with a lot of happy measures for women. On the other hand, the J floor sells the good view, and the view is certainly good, but I think it is NG to ask for the beauty of nature (mountain and tree) because Nagano city itself is a city. ＜ The atmosphere of the whole hotel ＞ Because of the business hotel and the JAL series, there are many guests who seem to be business trips, and tourist guests are also more calm. There are several videos that you're introducing, so please refer to them.I liked ”handmade ume-name mushroom”, ”tempura”, ”miso wae of soba fruit” and ”oyaki” privately. The dishes related to miso are using Shinshu miso and you can enjoy ”Nagano no Taste”, so I think you should try at least one kind. (I'm lost whether I can write my true sound, but it's better to eat at this hotel than eat at the outside shop) Nagano Station ～ Based on the good location between Zenko Ji Temple, I think it was a very good hotel. Next time I go sightseeing in Nagano, I will not dare to change the inn from here.

Once you get to the rotary at Matsumoto Station, you can arrive within 2 minutes, and breakfast is available until 9:30, so if you arrive late, it will be empty and you can eat slowly and thoroughly. I made a business reservation on short notice, and it was cheap, so I'm a candidate to use it again. Also, by chance, they were holding a lottery to commemorate the company's founding, and even though they didn't win, they received a small bottle of local sake. I was lucky.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and it was a really clean and comfortable hotel and just a 7 minute walk from Nagano Station, a 7 minute walk to bus stop 23 for the Snow Monkey Park and close to a variety of restaurants and bars. It is also 15/20 minutes to Zenko-Ji which is a beautiful Buddhist temple and well worth visiting. We didn’t have breakfast included during our stay but other guests said that it was really good. Our room was really clean, spacious and comfortable with a firm mattress, a tv, toiletries and a kettle. In reception you can help yourself to teas, coffee and other toiletries for free which was helpful. The staff were really friendly and patient as we don’t speak Japanese. Our room was next to the railway line but the sound proofing was excellent and it was so quiet and we had two good nights of sleep. A comfortable and clean hotel that is conveniently located for exploring Negano.

Breakfast was superb. Good variety. Free coffee provided at lobby which soothes the crave for travellers dying for one as it is difficult to get one. Location is great as it’s just 2 mins walk to bus and train station. Only 5 mins walk to supermarket and duty free shop.

Great hotel, room was a little small but that's OK. I only booked because I couldn't get anywhere else last minute, normally I would've scrolled right past this hotel because that price tag is crazy! Sadly, I had no choice. If it was about half the price, I'd gladly consider it again.

I chose this hotel in front of the station to rent a car the next day. This is the hotel of the Alpico Transportation Group. The reception is on the 2nd floor. Check-in requires mechanical hand input, and payment, card key, and breakfast tickets are all issued from the machine. So payment is prepaid. It depends on the way of thinking whether it is troublesome or convenient. 8,000 yen per person with breakfast. There was Wi-Fi, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and I was not particularly dissatisfied. For dinner, there are restaurants and izakaya in front of the station, so don't worry.

I used it for a family trip during the spring break. There is a charge because I came by car, but I was able to park in the parking lot and go sightseeing at Matsumoto Castle and Matsumoto Station. It's a good walk course. The parking lot and the front desk 々 were all kind. The room was newly renewed so it was very clean and I was grateful that almost all the equipment I needed was available. The breakfast at Gust was delicious. I would like to stay when I visit Nagano Prefecture from now on

This was a stopover hotel for our tour of Japan. It's well-located, walking distance to the railway station. The hotel carpark is small and we ended up in a garage about a 7-minute walk away. (10-minute if you have luggage.) We ended up in the executive floor. The rooms were all right in size. The major plus is the 14th floor executive lounge. We were there on New Year Day but ALL the restaurants that looked decent said they would only allow us in with reservations. We had not expected that. Fortunately, we had a good fill at the lounge, went to MacDonald's (across the road from the Railway Station) for a burger and then returned to the Lounge to top up with drinks. Although it was near the closing time for the lounge, still the staff topped up the food. Breakfast was pretty good. But the dining area is somewhat small. So we had to wait 10 minutes. They do have a picnic arrangement, which was pretty charming. Staff were friendly, things worked. Yes, I would recommend this.

~7min walk from Matsumoto station with many food options nearby, on usual days. We went on 31 Dec to 1 Jan and the streets were empty; shops were 99% closed, except for Parco / big malls. Hotel staffs were super helpful and friendly. I loved the shoe locker concept at the main entrance of the hotel; you lock your shoes and go barefooted around the hotel. Hotel staff assisted to check on available restaurant opening hours, as well as reservation on 31 Dec since we weren't sure if places were open. Onsen (both indoor and outdoor) was the best, coupled with complimentary laundry facility (dryer at 100yen). Shampoo and body wash were all available for use. There are vending machines at the common area outside the bathroom. Complimentary ramen at night (do check with the hotel on the timing). Soba over new year's countdown at midnight was yummy. Wonderful overall experience. Will explore Onyado in other cities in future!

We stayed one night at this hotel as pat of a tour of Japan, mainly to visit Crow Castle, Japans oldest. The hotel was of a very good standard as were the rooms and the Japanese style breakfast was of a good quality, offering plenty of choices.. Would have liked to stay longer but we were moving on the fo,llowing day.

The hotel is in a very good location. Close to the train station and the bus station. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Conveniently, the rooms are clean and look new. There is complete equipment. The room size is wide and well laid out for use. The staff are very service and attentive. Very impressed with this hotel

It is a hot spring inn near the mountain entrance of Nishi Hotaka Dake. This time, I used the day trip hot spring after going down to the mountain, but I was working on the infection countermeasures firmly. Thank you for this time. Most of the users of the day trip hot springs were climbers. I would like to stay next time.

The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from Karuizawa station. Take the north exit on the bridge/walkway after coming up from Shinkansen platform, it's the left. There's a tourist info with helpful people at the end of the corridor, and an escalator next to it. Once you come out, with your back to the station, walk straight down the road, and take left at the first traffic light, near the Shell station. The hotel is opposite Family Mart. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was generous-sized with an ante-room which has a fridge, some storage cupboards and the main room is nice and big with a good-sized bed. They provide 2 bottles of water. You can take day trips to Naka Karuizawa, Shiraiito Falls among other destinations using the bus service outside the station. It's a lot easier if you have Suica card or you will need to carry many 1000 yen notes. On the way back you can you can stop off at Kyu Karuizawa and walk the streets of Old Ginza. It can also be reached by foot, takes about 25-30 minutes.

The forest room has large glass windows that look out onto the ski resort. You can order room service pizza at night 5 minutes away to outlet 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

However, it is difficult to understand the entrance of the hotel, but I wondered if I should enter from the restaurant. Only standard double rooms are available for dogs. It's pretty narrow. It feels like a stylish business hotel. The bed is comfortable. There is a large dog gauge toilet sheet and a butt wipe. The bathroom and toilet are in the same room, but they are large. I was interested in the toilet. Should I remove the toilet seat when cleaning? The amenities were in a cute cloth bag for two people, but there was no toothbrush in one cloth bag. There are 2 bottles of mineral water in the wine cellar. It's a pity that there is no pot. It would be nice to have a water server that can produce hot water without a pot. There are 2 coin laundry machines. Ice maker, juice and alcohol are sold by themselves. The restaurant is delicious, but the amount of dinner and morning is large, and the contents are covered, so it seems that you will get tired of staying for consecutive nights or using it frequently ... The taste is strong (good compatibility with alcohol) Even for people with small children I was there, but maybe my kids aren't likely to eat it. Dessert also has an adult taste. The restaurant is very cold near the entrance and on the window side and requires a coat. All the staff are kind. It is cheap considering the food and convenience for the price. Especially recommended for those who want to enjoy the whole of Karuizawa and enjoy Spanish cuisine. I want to use it again.

I renovated the place where it was the original 々 store and was in the hotel, but I had a good sense and stayed in New York well, but I feel like I remind you of that time. The size is sufficient and the amenities are substantial. The Japanese room I stayed in also has floor heating, so comfortable and so reasonable hotel is the first time. Usually stay in a foreign hotel chain, but it doesn't pull at all. The staff is also very friendly and polite. I would like to come again.

Our stay at the hotel was great! Being a Marriott Bonvoy member allowed us a nice upgrade for our room. Onsite staff spoke English very well. The room was very orderly and spacious. Also, this Marriott was one of the few hotels I have been to that had the room allergy ready when I told them I was allergic to feathers on the reservation. The free beverages (beer, wine, cocktails, juice, and soda) and hot meals during the membership lounge time were nice. The public bath was very clean and relaxing. The management team went above and beyond! We asked the doorman to arrange a taxi to get to a local restaurant. Instead, he worked with the assistant manager, who told us he would personally drive us to the restaurant (even included a return trip!) The breakfast buffet was excellent and had both American and Japanese fare. I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family who visit the area.

The property is very charming and the photos shown are true to actual. Location is a bit far from the station so best to arrange the shuttle bus service or take a cab. Room is neat and cosy and the private onsen is a nice bonus. Breakfast is lovely and the fresh vegetables were amazing however the dinner was a let down as it wasn’t served in the restaurant. Instead we were provided with a voucher for redemption at the bar. The food is just average, beef was not very fresh, and your clothes and hair reek of smell after dinner as they cook the food right at the bar.

Design hotel space is a nice gem. It was a cold winter when we were there. The hotel feels like a warehouse converted into 2 levels. The ceiling in the toilet is not tall. One thing i liked about the hotel is the heater. It is strong and makes the room comfortable at 1 degree outside the hotel. It is about 10 mins walk from the outlet shopping mall. One advice is to finish your shopping in the outlet before the sky turns dark. Reason is because there are no lighting (pitch dark) when we were walking along the street to the hotel. Will definitely stay again if I am at karuizawa with the affordable price and comfortable room.

The dinner at the hotel was expensive, so I was going to eat out, but there was a microwave, a large refrigerator, and a nearby supermarket, so I had both meals in a comfortable room. One thing to say is that the bedding was not a bed, so it was a little hard with tatami mats. The room with an open-air bath for my son and his wife was a bed. I would like to stay again when I go to Karuizawa.
