Staying at Crowne Plaza Borjomi from October 4th to October 9th, 2024, was an exceptional experience. The check-in process was smooth, leading to a spacious and comfortable room that set the tone for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, catering to all tastes. The hotel’s location is simply fantastic. Nestled right by Central Park, it features a vast courtyard extending to a picturesque riverfront, surrounded by lush hills and greenery. This serene environment is perfect for unwinding and feeling refreshed. The food selection was impressive, with a diverse menu that never disappointed. Although the spa went unexplored this time, it’s definitely a reason to return. Overall, Crowne Plaza Borjomi offers a wonderful mix of relaxation and natural beauty, making it a place worth revisiting.

This was our first time staying here. We booked a deluxe room with a mountain view. We were able to check in an hour early, which was great, so thank you to the hotel for that flexibility. The room had a huge bed, clean linen, and a very comfortable mattress and pillows. It's clear the hotel isn't brand new and wasn't built yesterday – some of the furniture is a bit worn and there were stains on the carpet. However, this wasn't a big deal for us, and overall, the room was fine. Breakfast was included and offered a really wide selection: several types of cheese and porridge, cereals, cottage cheese, yogurts, vegetables (you could make a Greek salad), various sausages and cold cuts, canned tuna, omelets, scrambled eggs, waffles, blinis, pancakes, coffee, juices, nuts, croissants, about 5 kinds of jam, and even pasta in the morning. In my opinion, that's a huge variety! The breakfast assortment was more or less the same every day, but we didn't get tired of it, and everything was delicious. A massive bonus is the extensive green grounds with ancient fir and pine trees – there's plenty of space to walk around. There's even a Borjomi mineral water spring right on the property. The hotel also has a swimming pool, saunas, and spa treatments. The hotel is a bit further out from the main town of Borjomi, but for us, this was actually a plus as it meant fewer crowds. If you want to go into Borjomi town, you can take a taxi or walk a couple of kilometers. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this hotel is an excellent choice. If I come back to Borjomi, I'll definitely be staying here again!

Everything is great, a huge area drowns in green, swimming pools, a beautiful restaurant, a great breakfast. I can only notice that the room was clean, but the smell was not very, wouldn't prevent any flavoring. And the bed was very twisted.

The hotel is close to the periphery of Aharzih, there is a parking lot, the hotel has a restaurant, spa. The local five-star standard, the hardware facilities are indeed very different from the international standard five-star, the room is mini, the bed is too soft, the whole person is trapped, and the sleep is uncomfortable.

Although the room isn't huge, this hotel is incredibly cozy and comfortable, making you feel right at home. The decor is beautiful, with thoughtful details everywhere. The best part is its location – super convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Most importantly, the bedding and soundproofing are excellent, ensuring a truly restful night's sleep every night. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! 👍

A great hotel! It's a little in the separation from the park. But inside - all super! Rooms are good! Spa is great! And bath and pool! A stunning Swedish table. Have dinner and breakfast - very delicious. Staff - polite, smiling. We spent all day and stayed delighted! We're happy to come back !
