Location is near the JR station. Surrounded with food joints. Walking distance to Matsumoto castle and few shopping streets. Hotel provides ramen and ice creams for supper everyday

The hotel is nice and new, and the reception staff are polite and speak fluent English. Although the room is not very spacious, it is compact yet sufficient to accommodate two suitcases. It is a five-minute walk from the station and is located on the quieter side of the city. The hotel also provides free ramen or ice cream at night. However, the chef seemed unhappy, and his tone felt quite condescending when speaking English. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

Great location, just a short walk to the train station, and convenient even when traveling with luggage. The room size is spacious compared to many other hotels in Japan. Breakfast was also good.

Perfect location! It’s in between of Matsumoto Station and Matsumoto Castle / Nawate Street. The room is roughly 30% more than average tokyo hotel room size. Both of our luggages can be opened at the same time, with ample of space to walk

Everything was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. The soba and ice cream were delicious! The location is perfect—close to the train station and many city attractions. The reception staff provided great service, and I was able to leave my luggage there after checking out.

Not far from Matsumoto Station, this hotel is very new. They offer free ramen and ice cream in the evenings. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the room.
