The view is really the best. One staff member can continue to take care of you, so they recommend you a friend on KakaoTalk and help you with directions!
The apartment has two apartment pools!
You can rent a bike, and you can use the bike to go to the main pool or eat breakfast, so if you have difficulty walking, you can use it!

|1.8km from downtownWink hotel was a little gem in this trip. Very modern property, with young enthusiastic staff, good facilities, a smart 24 hours check-out policy, and sweeping views of Da Nang. Rooms might be smaller than in other hotels but what you get from the hotel overall (for the price you pay) definitely makes up for it. Would surely stay here (or in any other of their properties) again!

The roof top bar with its panoramic views and the two pools is simply a great place to make friends or spend time out and recover from the sightseeing in Da Nang.
The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all a traveller would need.
The breakfasts provide a wide variety of Asian and western foods. Again the staff are on the ball and so very helpful.

The staff greeted us warmly, took our luggage, and escorted it all the way to the front desk, offered us a refreshing hibiscus tea while we checked in and helped us bring all the bags into the room. We were informed of all the amenities and all needed information like restaurant, pool and breakfast hours.
We booked the one-bedroom luxury oceanfront apartment with a balcony and every little detail was thoughtfully considered, the apartment set up was very comfortable and felt like home. We absolutely loved the balcony with its greenery and sea view.
This hotel is definitely living up to its title as one of the most Instagrammable hotels in Danang. Seriously, there is a perfect shot at every corner of the room and hotel. It’s like they designed it with influencers in mind—no complaints here!
The breakfast options were delicious, and the staff went above and beyond, bringing us tea and coffee upon request. I was also delighted by the fruit plate I could take back to the room (yes, I’m that person). Oh, and don't miss the red wine in the mini bar—absolutely recommend it.
Perfect location. The hotel faces the beach and sea, and even though it’s on a busy street, the noise cancellation from the windows is pretty good.
The only slight disappointment was that, despite the sign on the balcony door, promising us some gecko sightings, we didn't spot any during our stay. I guess the geckos were on vacation themselves.
But aside from that, everything was flawless, and the infinity pool was the cherry on top.

The price was very cheap so I didn't have high expectations, but the hot water in the shower and the performance of the air conditioner were good. The people at the front desk were also very friendly.
I used it on a Friday and could see the dragon flames clearly from the river in front of me.

On the third day, I stayed in this resort and had a good experience. There were staff at the door to greet me and send my luggage to the second hotel. In the room on the first floor, the lobby has an open swimming pool and the restaurant is right next to it. The bathroom is independent and large and very comfortable. The resort includes breakfast and hot springs♨️. It is great to use the hot spring service for two days. After going out in the hot summer, my whole body It’s sweat, so it’s best to go back to the hotel and go directly to the hot springs! The room is large and the bathroom is also large. The best thing is that the air-conditioning in the room is very sufficient and cold. The breakfast is convenient and the environment is quiet and beautiful. You can choose to sit indoors or by the pool to enjoy the sea view. There are many choices in food and you will be full and satisfied. Check in again if you have the chance

The property were paid already through the app and we wanted to arrange a BBQ at our villa, i tried to inform the hotel to arrange the BBQ but they want to credit card confirmation before, I told the lady that I am travelling and not convenient to print out the authorization form. Then she told me that with the payment the accounting department will not allow them to but the necessary for the BBQ. All I wanted was a BBQ buy the pool for my family and friends of 8 and she was giving me a hard time. I paid 3 nights of the Villa and it is hard to imagine that the hotel will need payment for that. So at the end we end up ordering Grab food delivery.
After we check in the hotel, I wanted to ask for more water as i like to drink a lot of hot tea. the Villa is for 8 people so i asked for 8 bottles of water, the lady on the phone said she will need to charge me for that. That is absolutely absurd and never heard of. So i ordered a case of water from Grab food delivery.
My friends who were staying at the hotel room in the main building she told me that construction work was started at around 7 am and woke them up. Then the work stoppped in 30 min and star again in 15 min. That is totally not acceptable as the resort is meant to be relaxing and calming.
The next morning we saw the manager and told him all the unusual things that we encountered, I feel that he was sincerely apologetic and tried to make up for the rest of our trip. I forgot his name but he came to visit us at the villa and i saw him every morning during the breakfast service. I feel that he is trying his best to help us th=o better our stay.
The breakfast was very good indeed and we all enjoyed it.
The drawback is that the river next to the villa is not so clean. There is not much activities to do at the villa except for the infinity pool. The wave at the beach was too strong for us to swim.....
But the property is very close to the Marble Mountain (5 min walk) which is an added bonus.
Overall the staff seems to be inexperience and try to rectify the problem after it have occur. They are not able to handle many hotel related issues as these are just very minor issues.

|3.1km from downtownI’ll start with the fact that I chose a Sea View room, as it turned out the photo on the website did not correspond to the truth, the manager said that the photo was a fake, that there was only city, the reception staff didn’t speak English well, but the manager tried to find a way out of the situation, for which I gave a plus sign, the room was large, The bathroom has a bathtub without curtains, it is inconvenient for splashes everywhere.
Breakfast at the hotel is not any kind of omelet and eggs are not fried, I could barely find boiled ones, the price is not high but does not correspond to the declared 4 stars, I do not recommend it, you can just spend the night but without breakfast

Only downside was being able to hear other guests (heard guest vomiting not ideal) & guests smoking in their room. Breakfast not very western however plenty of restaurants within seconds walk that do. Only had breakfast once during stay and the custom omelette was nice. Didn’t have huge expectations but the staff were pleasant and accommodating chats and interactions. Felt welcomed.

The building is very stylish, staff is really friendly and helpful, to be honest it's even a bit too much, you feel like you are in some higher-class hotel or something hehe. Breakfasts are top-notch. Location is really good, have places to walk around nearby. But rooms.. are fine. Bunks have covers so you have some privacy, but firstly there are basically no shelves near the bed, so you basically have to put your clothes and stuff between bed and the wall. Then lockers - they are there, but for some reason, 2 of 4 beds have lockers which are NOTICEABLY smaller than others, so my backpack which has 55x35x25 dimensions had to be somewhat folded to put it in, really small.
And then locks - man, they are opened by the key-card, but SO OFTEN it just didn't work, I had several times when I just put it there - it beeps - and nothing happens and I have to put it again like 6 times in the row for it to open. Getting old pretty fast...
And also if you open it to bluntly - it will start signalling non-stop quite loudly, was really obnoxious.
So lockers have to be fixed/changed + add shelves. That's it mostly it.

The service is average. The hotel description states that it provides free airport pick-up service, but the hotel could not be contacted when arriving.
Moreover, the front desk did not proactively inform us of the wifi during reception.
When I went to the restaurant the next morning, I learned that the original breakfast buffet had also been canceled due to insufficient number of guests, and only meals per person were provided.

Daily cleaning, the breakfasts are the same with a small selection but delicious!)
Convenient accessibility to the hotel, in general it is quiet on the street (if it is not a weekend or a food festival)
As for the staff - a wonderful girl Lien, responsive, will help with everything, will tell you everything! Very good! Thank her very much for her help to us (moped, excursions and recommendations as a local resident)

Breakfast buffet was tasty and has a big spread of fruits, salad, pastry, bread, hot Vietnam & Western dishes. Every morning customer service would ask if everything was fine or we would like to request some other food. Tea was too light.
Sky bar lunch and happy hours (4-7pm) were great experience. Helley was amazing and dud a great job to look after us. She was super efficient, friendly, welcoming and always smiling. Bin was friendly and always efficient and welcoming to serve us during lunch St Skybar and breakfast buffet.
We enjoyed our stay.

|2.59km from downtownContinuing from the previous review, I cannot leave out the geographical advantages of Now Hotel. The D. Do Ba street behind the hotel is huge. There are a variety of restaurants. There are many good shops in every alley within the square with Le Quang Dao.
Torino Bakery is good, and there is also a pudding, ice cream, sugar cane... goat restaurant. I chose the roast duck, and it was good for the price and taste with the sauce and sticky rice. Even the simplicity of recommending a single serving for 70,000 dong... it's truly the taste of Da Nang.

The unit is incredibly clean and comes fully stocked with all the utilities you need and more. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Day before I was to check in, I was already contacted regarding my room by the super friendly staff Lisa who was incredibly helpful in sharing more about my stay and attending to my questions. Similar experience with staff name Vince who facilitated my check in experience in person. Both continued to be very helpful and responsive during my entire stay. Added to this, a chef was also on hand to prepare delicious breakfast at your convenience. The amenities were also great throughout the resort, with nice views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Overall, I loved my stay here and looking forward to staying here again when I'm in Da Nang! 10 out of 10 stars!

The big pros are that the hallway is wide and the location is right in front of the ocean. It seems like a good location for those who surf. The room is also spacious. There is a veranda, and if you zoom in, you can see Lady Budha straight ahead.
The cons are that there is no TV; the chassis is old, so it gets cold when the wind blows.
The following is a personal preference, but the American Coffee on the G floor was the most Americano-like in Vietnam.
The doorman has a very good service mind. I don't know about the service of other people.
There is a tennis court in the backyard, and it seems like it used to be a historic hotel.

Location is perfect: there are a lot of nice places nearby, where you can find any kind of food you need, it also has a comfortable parking right in the basement, so if you are going to rent a bike for the time you stay - it will be no worries about it’s safety. Hotel is located near the seafront, which is also an important road, which leads to the village hoi an, and other attractions. The room looks exactly the same as it on the photos, which is very pleasant. It’s clean, comfortable and new, it’s even has a little kitchen and washing machine. Enjoy your stay at the “livie”)
