|11.73km from downtownWatching the sunrise at Naman was unforgettable!! The facilities at Naman Retreat were good. The breakfast spread was varied and diverse. Lunch at Hay Hay restaurant was excellent. Linh served us breakfast and lunch every day. She was attentive and remembered our room number 1504. Impressive considering that there were 500 guests at the hotel during busy morning breakfasts. BBQ dinner by the ocean was Oceantastic!! Fresh seafood, good variety too. In-room dining options for Supper were awesome too. The massages at the spa are certainly the ”Best in Vietnam”!! Our 2 bedroom pool villa was well equipped and clean. Naman has certainly been an awesome retreat for myself and my family. We stayed at the retreat all day, without leaving the resort. We will be back again, year after year!!

The workers were friendly to us, they tried their best to help and give us what we needed in our room. The breakfast is ok, although it’s always the same everyday and the way they cooked their main dishes are always spicy which are not very kid friendly if you have kids traveling with you. Also we have experienced some power cuts that happened mostly in the evening, and it took hours to come back. The roads near them were being repaired so expect some noisy machines that start from the morning. Cleanliness; if you are a neat freak, then this hotel is not for you, they don’t really clean up the room well. Just a bit of a bed fixing. Overall, if you’re just for the beach, then this hotel is fine for you.

|2.91km from downtownGood hotel with cheap price as compare with surrounding hotels. The price is very attractive considering that the hotel has just renovated and rejuvenated in 2023. After the renovation, the standard has gone up many notches. The hotel location is on one of the busiest street and within walking distance to My Khe beach. Also very near to the city and Han river. There is two swimming pools at the top floor which also gives you an open beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding city nights light. These makes for good instagrammable background photos.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It would helps in communication if you could use Google translate to Vietnamese to communicate with them. The front desk and receptionist can communicate in English and the bell hop can communicate with a bit of Chinese.
The hotel also can arranges and provides tour bookings to all the tourist attractions as well as transportation booking, which would be helpful for non-local tourists.
Laundry service is available and good. The clothes when collected before 9.00 am in morning, it will be sent back to your room in the evening.
Buffet breakfast for two is included in the hotel rates and the food is good.

There are many Korean sweets, ice cream and food, such as Korean cup ramen in the mart!

It was great to stayed in such a beautiful hotel like Chicland. The receptionist in charged on Night Shift on 28th & 29th May was really helpful. He was always be ready to support us, to talk and to share many things with us. The housekeepers was great and understand thoroughly the guest. The only thing that made me a bit felt inconvenient was lacking of bidet sprayer 🥹. Please let them as well as the other employees know that their efforts do not go unnoticed. |1.95km from downtownI can't say that the staff were helpful or unhelpful as we didn't speak each others language and no amount of sign language enabled us to tell the receptionist that our safe was locked when we entered the room, therefore rendering it useless for our 4 night stay. The room we had was huge with a large terrace and a fabulous view of Dragon bridge, sadly that was the only positive. The mattress was absolutely rock hard and the room felt dingy and depressing. As I said, we were there for 4 nights and no attempt was made to clean our room until the 3rd day of our stay. We were out for hours each day so I have no idea why it wasn't done. We had to go searching for toilet rolls etc. Most of the furniture in the room was in an okay state, apart from the fridge which had definitely seen better days but the bathroom was awful. Dirty. I really didn't like the fact that every time we entered or left the hotel there was somebody sitting at the coffee table in reception chewing on sunflower seeds and discarding the skin/peel whatever it is all over the coffee table. A disgusting habit anyway but we were there during the coronovirus scare and to have people's spit all over the table is a health hazard as well as being generally revolting. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Therefore, although it is far from the city and the beach, it is quieter.
It's the perfect place to stay in a cage, and best of all, the infinity pool illuminated by the neon lights of the amusement park's Ferris wheel is the most beautiful, and there's a hot spring bath. I think this hotel is a resort that can only be found here!

I remember that I still didn’t wake up after nine o’clock the next morning, so the hotel called me to ask if I wanted breakfast! 😳I understand that the hotel wants to be enthusiastic about its customers, but this will affect their rest! continue to sleep
Then, after 11 o'clock, the hotel called again to remind us to get our room card and refresh it. I got up again and ran to answer the phone (I had a room with a swimming pool, and the phone in the room was not beside the bed, but in the dining room, so I was very annoyed every time I answered the phone). There were some problems with this design and it was inconvenient.
When I returned to the hotel after drinking in the early hours of the second night, I specifically called the front desk to tell me not to call me that night as I needed to sleep. I have a flight at 5pm and I need to delay check-out until 2pm! The front desk asked me to apply, but I said there was no problem, but please do not call the room before 12 o'clock! Unexpectedly, around 10 o'clock, the front desk called again and said that I could delay my check-out until 2 o'clock. I was a little unhappy for a moment! Because he disturbed my sleep again. 20 minutes later, I got up again and walked over to answer the phone. The hotel called again to see if the rental motorcycle key had been returned to the front desk. I had already left it at the front desk the day before. I was really angry!
I understand the hotel's original intention to provide better services, but the service details need to be improved. Contact the replacement training team! This does not look like the management of a five-star hotel!
Also, let’s talk about the room environment.
The room is okay, but the design of many locations is unreasonable
There is no trash can in the bathroom. The trash can is placed in the toilet, and the toilet paper is fixed at the very back. It is very inconvenient to take the paper.
I just mentioned that the room type I stayed in did not have a phone beside the bed, which was inconvenient.
The elevator looks like a freight elevator and is completely undecorated.
This is the first time I've seen the lights in the lobby at night being white, not warm. It didn't look like a hotel last time.
In general, the service is warm, but the details are not taken care of. Hope there will be changes next time!

There is also an affordable delicous restaurant next to the hotel which have many local patrons. 13. A lot of local tv stations. 14. Slipper is provided in the room What I see improvement area: 1. We were given different room type from what we paid for the booking during check in. We booked for (a) one triple room with 3 king size beds (b) one apartment with one room come with 2 king size beds and another room with 2 single size beds. However, we were provided (a) 1 twin sharing king size beds (b) 1 apartment with 1 room with king size bed, 1 single bed and another room with 1 king size bed only. Thanks to the one staff that managed to provide us the correct room finally after checking although the hotel was full on the day we checked in. 2. One lift was out of order but was quickly repaired

It is small but has a pool, and there is a kitchen, a large refrigerator, cutlery, microwave oven and washing machine in the villa, so it is a very grateful facility for families with children. Breakfast was easy with staff and chefs going to the villa every morning and making four and omelettes. The living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were all large and clean, and everyone was very satisfied. It is also very convenient to be able to contact the reception on LINE. It was also useful for explaining the situation because it can paste photos. (However, Japanese is not supported) This was the expected category, but the equipment is often broken lol Microwave turntable parts (there are no parts and the turntable does not turn) Safety box (not open in the first place), kitchen range (one cannot be used). When I contacted the reception by LINE, the engineer came and looked at it, but most of them were not repaired and were told that it was ”fundamentally broken”. The pool is also in the villa next door, and the water seems to be good, but the water quality is poor because there is little water in this pool, and the color 々 suspicious objects float in the water. ”Never drink the water in the pool, don't put too much face on,” he told his family. Even if I deducted that, it was a very satisfying inn because it was large and clean.

The room is quite nice, the staff is friendly to welcome and especially the breakfast buffet here is very appetizing. I went to Da Nang many times, although the hotel is not on the sea front, the location is convenient and the staff is enthusiastic. That's what impressed me. Definitely if I have the opportunity to come to Da Nang or have friends, I will recommend the hotel.

Staying at Block E217. Hotel is 15min walk to Marble mountains but I grabbed there since was raining. 30min to Hoi An and 15min to city & 20min to airport. Beach in front of hotel is super fine and clean , went next door Marriot , beach was a bit dirty with some rubbish. Spent many meals in the hotel and food was excellent except the bakery, they should expand the offerings . Spa massages was heavenly & has already planning to go back this year again.

|1.54km from downtownI stayed at Fivitel Boutique Da Nang for 4 nights in March 2023 and I was so impressed with all aspects of the stay. I booked a superior double, but was upgraded on arrival to a deluxe, which was great. The reception staff did everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. When I went to my room the door would not lock on exit, so I phoned reception and the problem was sorted within minutes, what a great service. The breakfast was amazing, a wide selection of fruits, breads, juices, meats, rice, egg station, noodles. Food was hot at all times and so delicious. The room had complimentary water as you’d expect. The showers were great with lovely hot water. The rooms also had a safe (which is a must for me). There was also a small pool and bar on the 18th floor, although I didn’t use the pool, I went there for a beer. I was also given a complimentary massage as part of a 1 item spa. Thank you Ivy for emailing me after the stay to ask how my stay was. That was lovely. It’s one of the best stays I’ve ever had in Asia. Highly recommend.

The private room was simple but clean, and it exceeded my expectations for the price. Anyway, the location is great! If you go outside, there is Dragon Bridge, markets, restaurants, cafes, cathedrals, everything within walking distance. The staff was kind and lent me an umbrella and kept my bag for free, so I was able to travel to Hoi An light! It would have been 100 points if there was hot water, but I feel like that (lol)

|3.94km from downtownThe room and the hotel looked like the photo. We had deliberately chosen a larger room without a balcony but with more space. The staff spoke a little English. It was clean. Everyone was super friendly. You can get to the beach quickly. The bathroom was very nice and it smelled very good. We immediately felt at home! On the beach you should walk a little further to the right - we liked it better there. We tried out a few cute cafes in the immediate vicinity. The restaurants in the area are more upscale and offer a lot of fish. With the Grab you can quickly get to the Dragon Bridge for around €2. - There seems to be a lot of construction going on everywhere in Danang at the moment, we saw a lot of construction sites and one right next to our hotel. It doesn't look nice and can also be quite loud (during the day). We didn't think it was a bad thing but it should be mentioned that there is no breakfast in the hotel. In general the house/room is just as soundproof as we experienced everywhere on our tour ;-) Small drawback: there are no bedside tables/wardrobes. You can see that in the photos, but we only really noticed it when there was no shelf next to the bed and the light switches and sockets were in other places.

When I turn around the air conditioner, it smells slightly.
Even if the location is in the city or at Lotte Mart, the location is awkward, so you have to use a taxi.
On the other hand, facilities that are good enough to offset everything
It was a swimming pool. I loved swimming at night rather than during the day.
It was nice to be able to enjoy the night view together.
The cost performance is good!!! I think I'll go to the pool again next time
I think it was a good place to stay before going over to Hoi An Resort.

The advantage is near delicious restaurants such ah Mi Quang Ech Bep Trang , Pho Cu Ha Noi, or you can walk to Dua Ben Tre196, Tao Hu Xe Lam, DaNang Cathedral, Han Market and other.
The disadvantage is bad smell of cigarettes from the next room, I had to sleep with wearing a mask. 😭 But it's not all night , just a moment.
Breakfast is not tasty (for me) if compared to other hotels.

|3.52km from downtownThe triple room is made up from a double bed and a super single bed. The double bed is overly too small to accommodate even 2 small-medium size ladies- 150cm(51kg), 156cm(53kg). The bath room shower is rusted and water leaking everywhere, there is no hand towel on second night stay. The breakfast is terrible, the coffee taste like Chinese bitter medicine tea- look very black, u can taste the power and extreme bitterness. Very amazing and totally brand new taste for me on Coffee . The toaster need to manually control with your own timer in order not to burn the bread, after u pressed the switch down, it won’t jump up automatically . Moreover, there is not much choice for breakfast. Basically you can ignore the breakfast offer from the hotel and look for ur own choice of breakfast. I can hear the sounds at next door (my cousin is staying besides of my room) and even 2floors below. The sound from street is also very noisy at night. We are happy to move to another hotel in next visit.

We sat in the lobby because the electricity went out and they told us we couldn’t sit there and needed to go to our room without explaination why. Keep in mind we weren’t the only ones sitting there but there were many guests. Still they only told us to leave. Housekeeper left our window open. We came back to a flooded room due to the heavy rainfall, that’s why we kept it closed. We went out for the day and came back around 5:00pm. They suddenly told us to leave because they had problems due to the storm, which we understood. They refused to give us a refund. After a bit of a struggle they booked another hotel for us and said they would pay for it, but when we got to the new hotel they didn’t hear anything about it. Bad custumer service. We didn’t feel welcome at all. Really shady overall feel. First hotel in Vietnam that felt unsafe to keep our luggage unlocked. Would definitely not recommend booking here.

|3.12km from downtownWir waren für 4 Tage in Da Nang und haben den Aufenthalt im Minh House sehr genossen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Strandtag, Ausflug zu Ba Na Hills oder dem Hai Van Pass super gelegen. Zentrum ist ca 8-10 Minuten mit dem Roller entfernt, wodurch Dragon Bridge und Umgebung leicht zu erreichen ist. Den Roller gibts direkt gegenüber für kleines Geld. Das Minh House gehört zum Boutique Hotel was ein paar Straßen weiter liegt. Frühstück kann man optional dazu buchen, wir haben hier Cafés vorgezogen. Hotel ist definitiv zu empfehlen.

|3.31km from downtownIt's a bit disappointing that the shower and toilet are right next to each other on the same floor. The glass-covered toilet, although separated by a roll curtain, offers limited privacy, as it's slightly visible from the room. On the bright side, it's handy that you can communicate with the staff using LINE, so there's no need to deal with translation apps for language barriers.
The rooftop pool is really clean and has a nice view. The elevators are quick, the place is quiet, and there's a washing machine available, so there's nothing to complain about there.
But, do keep in mind that there's some noise from the surrounding area. Even though the hotel itself is peaceful, you might hear loud music and singing from nearby shops late into the night. Personally, I wasn't too bothered by it.
