We were there during the Christmas holidays, and Miami hotels were ridiculously expensive. Orlando was a much better option, and this hotel was only a little over a hundred dollars, which was a really fair price. The location is quite convenient; right outside, there's a gas station, a convenience store, and even the world's largest McDonald's. Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find a large supermarket, a car rental pickup point, various restaurants, and a Chinese buffet. The facilities are also pretty comprehensive, including a free shuttle service to and from Universal Studios. The room itself was definitely a bit dated, but the front desk staff member who checked us in was super helpful. We got a second-floor room facing the inner courtyard, which was very quiet and had no musty smell. (However, I imagine rooms facing the road might be quite noisy, so it's probably best to avoid those if you can.)

I could tell the hotel had been really nice once. It had just weathered a storm a lot of the rooms were not working. My room did not have electricity by the bed nor did the phone work. other than that, trip.com got the wrong dates on my reservation. They book me for Saturday and Sunday leaving Monday, but my conference, the only reason for my trip, started Monday. Essentially they had me checking out on the day the conference was to begin. I told them immediately but they did nothing about it. trip.com not worth the effort. The Shores resort and spa Daytona Beach will be back and certainly worth the stay if you can get over the front desk staff…. except for the one with the purple ish colored hair. she’s a keeper.

I was just passing through and needed a late check-in and an early morning check-out. I booked it for a few hours because it was discounted, and it turned out to be excellent. At first, I wasn't sure if the parking garage entrance was automatic, and it appeared closed, so I couldn't get in. Fortunately, another car arrived and entered, so I was able to follow them. The front desk area was lovely and clean, which made a great first impression. The room itself was very spacious, and I particularly liked that it had laminate flooring instead of carpet. Parking was free, and while they apparently offer breakfast, I wasn't able to enjoy it because of my early morning check-out. Even though it was a short stay, I had a very comfortable rest. Сам отель хороший, но не понравилась плохая вентиляция в номерах. Кондиционер вроде работает, но в номера всегда влажно. Ничего не сохнет. Через какое-то время ощущается нехватка кислорода, но при этом фрамугу открыть не представляется возможность Хорошие завтраки, всего за 5$ Смешанные чувства

The room is very tidy, clean and hygienic, without any odor, the service is good, the breakfast is also rich, there are burgers, sandwiches, milk, juice, and coffee all available, great! ! !

Our family of six rented an Airbnb for 6 days but me and my youngest daughter wanted to stay for an extra couple of days; so we rented the room at the Rosen. It looked great in the pictures and I'm happy to report that it was even more beautiful in person. There are so many amenities and the food was excellent! I highly recommend the pulled pork nachos poolside from The Cattails Bar (by the way large enough for 3 people to share. Our room overlooked the lakes and golf course. What a beautiful view! I actually saw an eagle air diving into the lake for his meal! There were so many shady beautiful places to sit if you wanted to spend your time outdoors (which I did) and lovely seating inside if you needed to come in to cool off. The market is open 24 hours if you need a tasty snack or something to drink. Warning; the market is pricey but very convenient. If you want grocery store pricing, the Publix is a shuttle ride away and just a short walk across the street. I should have read the fine print the parking will be $28 a day if you self park. And though they say there are no resort fees; there is a fee for incidentals that I thought was quite hefty so be prepared to put this on your credit card temporarily. If I had had more time I definitely would have enjoyed the spa offerings. The staff was professional and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and plan on doing so!

We arrived late at night, and the hotel was reasonably priced for an airport transit. However, there was no shuttle service to and from the airport available at night, and the hotel is actually quite far from the airport. An Uber ride cost us almost $30. When we came downstairs at 9:30 AM, the staff was already clearing away breakfast. Seeing that we had just arrived, they quickly gave us a few plates. We grabbed some of the last remaining scrambled eggs and bacon, which barely sufficed for breakfast.

Excellent services with very polite and friendly hospitality by the staff, addresses your each concern s round the clock.would love to stay again..keep going and shinning with full dedication. Bravooooo

The hotel was very clean and tidy, but I didn't get to experience the convenience of the airport shuttle.

Un hotel maravilloso, perfecto para ir en familia, con amigos o pareja. Cerca de los parques, transporte gratuito a los parques y la temática del hotel super bonita! Lo recomiendo 10/10. Sobretodo si cogéis alguna oferta sale muy rentable ya que tenéis entrada temprana a los parques!!!!
