In this bustling city, this hotel is a quiet sanctuary. The wood-themed decor feels warm and soothing, and you can see the thoughtful touches everywhere, from the greenery to the artwork in the hallways. The room's aromatherapy scent is subtle and pleasant, and the soft bedding ensures a great night's sleep. In the morning, I enjoyed a gentle breeze on the terrace with a cup of the hotel's homemade floral tea, watching the busy traffic below. All the fatigue from my travels just melted away.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, always going above and beyond to meet guests' requests. Before check-in, they sent a self-made guide, and after checking in, they reminded me about the supper service. They even gave me a gift upon departure! Any issues that arose were promptly and proactively resolved. No hotel is perfect, but the thoughtful service at Novotel made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an.

The location is fantastic, very close to the subway station. My family and I chose this hotel for our trip to Xi'an, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the South Gate of the city wall, with many large shopping malls nearby. It's also convenient to get onto the city wall, and at night, you can enjoy the Yongning Gate night view from your room. As soon as we entered the lobby, a staff member proactively greeted us, helped with our luggage, and after a quick check-in, even brought our bags to the room and explained features like the air conditioning. This was a very thoughtful gesture. We drove here, and they offer free parking, which saved us money. Plus, there are plenty of dining options at the nearby malls, making meals very convenient. Most importantly, the hotel offers free luggage storage. While the room facilities aren't brand new, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the room itself is very spacious. I felt the service was really good, and overall, it was a great experience. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends or family visiting in the future. What's more, traveling during the off-season made it incredibly good value for money, and the service was super, with all the staff being very patient. It's like the Haidilao of hotels!

It truly only takes a few seconds to get boiling hot water, which is incredibly convenient for someone like me who enjoys making tea or instant drinks at any time. It really enhanced the comfort of my stay. It's the little details that truly make a difference, and this efficient and thoughtful service definitely deserves full marks! We stayed at the Yanzhi Hotel at Xi'an Yongning Gate with our child this time, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is fantastic, right at the foot of the Yongning Gate city wall. You can touch history just by crossing the road, and taking an evening stroll on the city wall to watch the sunset felt amazing. The front desk service was friendly and efficient; they proactively asked about our child's needs during check-in. The facilities are new, and the room was clean and bright, making us feel very secure staying with our child. The biggest surprise was at check-out; not only was the process quick, but the staff also specially gave our child a lovely little gift, which made our little one so happy. For families with children, this is an excellent starting point for exploring the ancient city. The service is thoughtful, the details are well-executed, and it's highly recommended. The only downside is that the hotel's airport transfer service is a bit disappointing. Regardless of how many days you stay or what room type you book, the transfer is only free for two people, and children are charged extra!

This stay was very bad. Very bad. We were arranged to stay in the north. The north side faces the street. The cars passing by at 4 o'clock in the morning, especially the cement tankers, were very loud. It was impossible to fall asleep. No matter how good, comfortable, and welcoming the hotel is, it can't stand such noise, especially the window where I stayed was the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and there was an intelligent voice gate that announced the vehicle number in and out, which was very loud. The experience was very bad, and I would like to remind you. If you stay in this hotel, don't stay on the north side of the hotel.

The hotel is located in a garden area, and the room is relatively spacious. My friend felt that the shampoo products were very suitable for her to use. The hotel also has free laundry and drying services, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Parking is free in the basement. Just call the front desk to report your license plate number when you go out. There are many restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. Recommend everyone

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

A very modern and well planned transit hotel near the Xi'an International Airport. Everything about this boutique hotel is good, from the service and friendly staff to the comfort and modern technology of the rooms, the simple but delicious breakfast spread and the nice restaurant next to eat serving traditional noodles and grilled meats. Will definitely stay here next time when in these areas...
