We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Baoji. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the city and the river . The hotel's location is excellent for both sightseeing and business . A special thank you to Jessica, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome. In fact, all the staff were remarkably attentive and professional throughout our stay . The facilities, including the indoor pool and the sky bar on the 40th floor, were top-notch . A truly wonderful experience and probably the best hotel in the city!

A perfect experience for a family trip. The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Han River, integrated with Tianhan Park, and has a very good environment The hotel service is first-class, the facilities are very new, and it feels very high-end The breakfast is very good, the hot rice noodles are a must, I ate bowl after bowl until I couldn't eat anymore, it's much better than eating out There is a 30 yuan noodle buffet for lunch, which is amazing! Every kind of noodle is delicious, oil splash, pulled noodles, the children ate bowl after bowl, amazing! Next time I come to Hanzhong, I will stay here again

Hotel is literally next to the entrance of the subway/train station and bell tower. If u need a night snack, there are many stalls and restaurants around the hotel, like the chang an da pai dang. Do note that this is a busy location, so you can hear just abit of traffic noise if you are sensitive to it.. for us, no issue and slept soundly. Special thanks for the staff, they are so helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious, and all amenities were working. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the staff!!

This was my third visit to the Huaqing Palace, and it was only by staying at this hotel that I truly understood what Huaqing Palace is all about and why it's so special. To truly appreciate it, you have to experience Huaqing Palace under Mount Li after the crowds have dispersed at dusk and before they arrive in the morning. While there are other decent hotels nearby, this is the only one located within the Huaqing Palace grounds. Almost every room comes with a private hot spring, and I particularly recommend the rooms with an outdoor private hot spring – the experience is simply wonderful. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the restaurant is quite impressive; I had all my meals at the hotel during my stay. Although the restaurant is a short walk from the hotel, there's a shuttle service, and it's not a long walk anyway. On a nice day, you can even enjoy the scenery along the way and digest your meal. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, with no disappointments whatsoever. If I come back again, it will definitely be my top choice.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, and the pick-up service was very prompt – they arrived in about ten minutes after I called. The bed and pillows in the room were very comfortable, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. The breakfast was especially good, both rich and delicious.

I'm so glad I started my Xi'an trip here. It really hit all the right spots, to the point where I seriously considered extending my stay for another day
but in the end, I decided to experience other hotels as well. [Location] It's right by Yongning Gate, next to the city wall, perfectly avoiding the city's traffic jams, which is super convenient for those who rely on taxis for getting around. There's also a subway station nearby. Plus, there are tons of delivery options and amazing places to eat, from breakfast to dinner, snacks, bubble tea, BBQ, and late-night eats – you could literally spend all day just eating! It's also a pleasant walk to the Bell Tower. [View] Pull back the curtains and there's the city wall. Whether it's the grandeur of the day or the dazzling lights at night, I could never get enough of it. [Service] The service was absolutely fantastic! It's been a long time since I've experienced such heartwarming service. Every staff member was so enthusiastic and friendly, from the front desk ladies to the aunties in the restaurant. Everyone served with a smile and went out of their way to provide help within their means. [Environment] (1) The decor, design, and murals really resonated with everyone; there are so many photo opportunities within the hotel itself. (2) Even if you don't have a city wall view room, the outdoor bar offers a spectacular view of the city wall. Sitting there watching the sunset, scrolling on your phone, and enjoying afternoon tea – it's incredibly cozy. (3) The small table in the triple room was perfect for ordering takeout with friends, happily eating and chatting, with Xi'an's city wall right outside the window. After a full meal, you can just lean back and feel completely content without even stepping out. However, if you're a workaholic and need to work overtime, the restaurant might be a more convenient spot. (4) The beds, pillows, and bath products were all very well-received. [Facilities] The pillows, bedding, and toiletries were all highly praised. [Activities] They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, a rubbings activity, free Hanfu rental, and there are many foreign guests as well. [Heads-up] For city wall view rooms facing the road, because they primarily feature glass curtain walls and windows, you might hear the sound of motorcycles with loud exhausts. However, since it's not continuous, it didn't affect our sleep. But it could be a concern for those who are sensitive to noise or are very light sleepers. BUT! The front desk thoughtfully provides earplugs! [Other] When I checked in, it felt like there weren't many guests. Perhaps it's because the price is relatively higher? Or maybe there are too many hotels in the vicinity, leading to intense competition and diverting some guests. However, with the amazing view + cultural experience + airport transfer + excellent service + great location + wonderful ambiance, I feel like it's hard to beat.

Staying at a hotel near the Bell Tower in Xi'an was incredibly convenient for getting around. I could easily walk to the Muslim Quarter and the City Wall. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had an amazing view of the Bell Tower at night, which was absolutely stunning. The front desk staff were really friendly and even gave great recommendations for local food. Breakfast included Roujiamo and Huratæ±€ (Spicy Soup), which were authentic and filling. Although parking was a bit of a hassle, the overall value for money was excellent. It’s definitely an ideal base to experience the charm of this ancient capital.

Had a fantastic stay here! I was traveling solo and booked a more affordable windowless double room. However, the ventilation system was always on, so it never felt stuffy at all. For a traveler who's out exploring all day and just needs to crash at night, it was incredibly good value for money. The room itself was very spacious, about 20-30 square meters. Every area was clean and tidy, and the hairdryer and water heater worked perfectly. What's more, I noticed the hotel provides two types of pillows – a soft cotton one and another slightly firmer one with something like buckwheat inside. You can really tell the hotel puts thought into their guests' comfort. Also, the front desk staff were incredibly responsible and attentive. They made sure to note down every guest request. When I went out, I told them my luggage was on the sofa and asked them not to move it when cleaning the room. They actually wrote it down in their notebook – truly an excellent hotel. The location is also great. It's just a few hundred meters from the subway station, and Zhang Xueliang's Residence is a mere five-minute walk away. So, I was basically neighbors with the Young Marshal for a couple of days, haha!

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and proactively helped us with our luggage. Check-in was very fast, and we even received a thoughtful welcome gift. The room was spacious, so it didn't feel cramped at all. The cleaning staff were also very meticulous, even wiping down our suitcases for us. Areas for improvement: The shower wasn't separated from the rest of the bathroom, so after showering, the toilet area would get completely wet, which meant our shoes got wet when using the toilet – quite inconvenient. Also, we stayed for two nights but only received a complimentary breakfast for one day, leaving us to sort out breakfast on the other day. It would be great if this policy could be consistent in the future. Overall, it was still a good stay. The location is very close to Yongningmen subway station, making transportation convenient. It would be even more perfect if they could improve the bathroom's wet/dry separation and the breakfast policy.

GGuest UserI'm only getting around to writing this review now, after a trip before Chinese New Year, because the experience was truly memorable and worth savoring. The hotel's location is excellent; it's not far from attractions like the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Forest of Steles. On a good day, you can walk to them, or if you're feeling lazy, a taxi ride is quick. Getting to the Grand Tang Everbright City and Furong Garden is also smooth, whether by metro or taxi. The hotel's surroundings are very quiet, and once you enter the grounds, it feels like a private garden. Even in winter, you can see greenery all around, so I can only imagine how beautiful it must be during the other three seasons. What left the deepest impression was a young man from the hotel's concierge team. After my child and I finished our meal, we wanted to stroll around the courtyard. He proactively approached us, asking if we had eaten and where we planned to go. We told him we weren't going far, just exploring the courtyard. He enthusiastically informed us that there was an olive tree in the backyard personally planted by Premier Zhou, suggesting we look for it. We were pleasantly surprised and immediately decided to seek out this piece of history. Early on February 11th, we had booked a trip to the Terracotta Warriors. Since it was quite a distance, we rushed to the restaurant for breakfast right when it opened. As the elevator doors opened downstairs, it was the same familiar young man, greeting us with a cheerful 'Good morning!'... Throughout our stay, we encountered this diligent and hospitable staff member many times as we came and went. Even my child would proactively say hello to him, as if he were a familiar family member! The feeling of being welcomed like family truly slowly permeates and influences those around you. It's a shame he wasn't on duty the day we checked out, so we couldn't say goodbye in person. I have a small suggestion for the hotel's guest rooms: it would be best to provide plastic non-slip mats in the shower. The lack of non-slip slippers, with only cotton bathmats available, isn't enough to prevent slips in the shower. Moreover, showering barefoot isn't comfortable for most Chinese people, especially women and children. Sometimes, a non-slip item is much more practical than just a warning!

GGuest UserI brought my parents to Xi'an for a trip. The hotel provided a complimentary airport pick-up, and Master Ma (the driver) gave us a wonderful introduction to Xi'an's features along the way – excellent service! A special thanks to front desk staff member Shudan Yang, who was incredibly patient and attentive, and even gave me a free breakfast đŸ«°. The hotel environment is comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the breakfast was great 👍. My mom and dad said they had a wonderful and enjoyable experience. Many thanks to all the hotel staff 👍.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and what impressed me most was how clean and tidy everything was. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotless. The room didn't have a shower cap, but you could pick one up at the front desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. Hot water came quickly. The shower head and breakfast weren't particularly great, but the overall cleanliness and tidiness more than made up for these minor shortcomings. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, even giving out small gifts.

GGuest UserAs someone who pays close attention to detail, my experience at MEILIE Hotel can only be described as 'impeccable' ❀. It's located right in the heart of the North Street commercial area, with direct subway access and surrounded by attractions, yet it offers a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. The 24-hour butler service, extended breakfast hours, complimentary mini-bar, and a thoughtful farewell gift upon check-out all show an incredible amount of care and attention.

GGuest UserThe room is also very good, with a large space. In the evening, the staff also sent me fruits, which was very enthusiastic. The check-in time at the front desk was also very fast. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic to people, and any problems can be solved quickly. The late-night breakfast is very good. The location is very good. There are many large shopping malls nearby when you walk straight out of the subway entrance, which is also very convenient for buying things. The most important thing is that his service is really good and the facilities and equipment are very good. The price-performance ratio is also relatively high, and the service is really good from beginning to end. The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the Ganjiazhai and Keji Road subway entrances, the environment is very good, and the hygiene is also very clean. There is a lot of free mineral water in the lobby, as well as some daily necessities. They can park for free at the entrance of the hotel, so it is also quite convenient.

CCharroteThe room was spacious and well-equipped, very clean, and the service was attentive. The restaurant was large with a rich breakfast spread, and the impressive front desk lobby is on the sixth floor. The only minor drawback was the bathroom design: the shower door opened inwards, making the toilet area feel cramped and inconvenient. However, the smart toilet was excellent and high-tech.

JJ4ckyService: 10/10 What an amazing stay here at the Intercontinental, stayed here for 4 nights in the Deluxe King room. Arrived and checked in late at 12AM, the staff were pleasant and respectful, quick and got me settled in. The staff were very attentive and service just impeccable - consistent in greetings at each turn and always double even triple checking if you require and help. Room: 8/10 The rooms are clean, and cleaned on a daily. The cleaning lady was incredibly attentive, on the first night I asked for more water as the room only came with two, consistently day after day they left 4 bottles for me which was really appreciated on my part - it’s a minor thing but it really elevates the experience. Room is quiet, can’t hear a thing from the opposite rooms. Occasionally there are some sounds from the door but it’s really unnoticeable. Shower; the only reason why i didn’t give it full marks. Maybe it’s personal preference but the water does not seem to get hot enough, the water pressure on the shower head seems a bit lacking. Nevertheless though, don’t let that deter you from booking as it’s still an overall great stay. Tub; no complaints, water runs hot, what better way to relax and kick back after a day of being a tourist and walking 20k. Location: 10/10 I think this one is completely subjective to personal preference. The location is in the midst of white collar working towers so there is quite a bit of traffic. There is a subway station close by as well -though I never used it as I took a Didi 100% of the time. A mall is nearby within walking distance but again didn’t go. Most commutes by didi take 20-30 minutes due to the traffic but honestly looking at the Westin or other hotels in prime tourist locations (ex. Pagoda , bell tower etc) there is sooo much traffic and noise as they have so many different activities happening there. For me this location have me back some silence after a long day out. Atmosphere: 10/10 The hotel is beautifully decorated, cleaned throughout. Jo Malone fragrances in every elevator. It was such a relaxing atmosphere to be in. Breakfast: 10/10 If you can, give the breakfast a try. There’s a huge variety of Xi’an delectables you can try, from the roujiamo, liangpi etc that are available plus a mixture of western food. The staff I must commend once more are incredibly attentive and always try to make your experience better. Final thoughts - highly recommend the intercontinental Xi’an for your next stay. I truly enjoyed it and would recommend it for those coming for a 5 star experience!
