We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Bell Tower Xi’an. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service from the staff, who were always warm, friendly, and helpful. A special mention goes to the concierge (we didn’t get his name)who went above and beyond by waiting with us until our Didi arrived to make sure we got into the correct car. That thoughtful gesture made us feel safe and well taken care of. The family room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing plenty of room for our family. We also appreciated the complimentary self-service washer and dryer, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. Another lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea, which was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and thoughtful amenities in a great location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an.

It's perfectly situated in the heart of Xi'an, right next to Chang'le Gate of the Ming City Wall. The lush green terrace, spacious and bright lobby, and minimalist yet elegant decor immediately impress. A subtle, calming fragrance permeates the air, and all public areas are impeccably clean. The silent carpeted hallways ensure a peaceful experience throughout, with excellent soundproofing – simply close your door to block out any external noise, guaranteeing a restful sleep. The guest rooms are large and airy with abundant natural light, spotlessly clean, and completely free of any odors. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, the mattress is just right (not too hard, not too soft), and the two pillow options help melt away travel fatigue. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, consistent water pressure, and high-quality toiletries. Smart lighting and curtain controls are conveniently operated. The TV, charging outlets, desk, and storage cabinets are all well-equipped, showing great attention to detail. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive: the gym is well-equipped, clean, and tidy; the laundry room has everything you need including washing machines, dryers, irons, and detergent. The public terrace lounge area, surrounded by greenery, is perfect for a quiet moment of relaxation. The overall atmosphere is tranquil and comfortable, facilities are well-maintained and in excellent condition. From the public areas to the in-room details, everything reflects careful thought and effort. Choosing this place for accommodation ensures a hassle-free and pleasant trip. My stay at the Yongning Gate Elegant Hotel was absolutely perfect! The location is superb, right next to the subway, making travel incredibly convenient. Both the rooms and the terrace offer direct views of the Yongning Gate city wall, creating an amazing atmosphere at night. The staff provided thoughtful and attentive service, proactively guiding us and addressing our needs, truly showing their dedication. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with local specialty snacks and Western dishes all available and authentically delicious. With its excellent views, dining, and service, this is definitely my top choice for visiting Xi'an. I'll definitely be staying here again!

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Xi'an, Bell Tower was a really pleasant surprise! Despite being in a bustling area, our room was incredibly quiet and spotlessly clean. We were also delighted to discover a charming outdoor garden on the 5th floor. Breakfast was delicious, especially the Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) – the meat was incredibly flavorful! The service was excellent; every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile. A special shout-out to GRO Lucky, who contacted us in advance to provide directions to the hotel and local recommendations. This saved us so much time, and the food suggestions in her guide were absolutely fantastic! The hotel also has a self-service laundry room with six sets of washers and dryers, and you can even check their availability from your room's TV, which is super convenient. The location is truly unbeatable for getting anywhere. Highly recommend! ❤️❤️❤️

The staff were very responsive and communicative. The front desk team, both the young men and women, were incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful. They proactively shared recommendations for local specialty restaurants and even helped me plan a sensible itinerary and introduced reliable tour guides, saving me a ton of planning time. The hotel itself is clean and quiet, and the comfort level was excellent. This hotel genuinely enhanced my entire trip, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to all travelers!

Hidden gem of an airport hotel! Affordable and far exceeded expectations. The location is perfect, close to the airport with a free shuttle service, making early morning flights stress-free. Choosing this hotel for our Xi'an trip was definitely the right decision! Yunhe Yebo Bell and Drum Tower South Store is in an absolutely prime downtown location. We were just a few minutes' walk from enjoying the stunning night view of the Bell and Drum Tower, and there are tons of authentic Xi'an snacks right around the corner, making breakfast super convenient. The metro station is also very close, so getting to the North Station, airport, or Terracotta Warriors was a breeze. The room itself was clean and odorless, with plenty of space. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – we had a wonderfully quiet night's sleep despite being in the heart of the city. The bathroom was spotless with a great wet/dry separation, and we had stable hot water and fast Wi-Fi. Strawberry and Taiyang (Sun) at the front desk were incredibly warm and patient. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and they proactively shared local travel routes and tips to avoid tourist traps, which was a really thoughtful touch. All the facilities were well-maintained, and the price was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. Our family had a comfortable and worry-free stay. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Xi'an!

The location is great, with convenient transportation. It's close to the Hanzhong Museum and Baijiangtai (a place for generals to be promoted). The rooms are comfortable and clean. Excellent hotel! This was not our first stay here, and once again everything was perfect. The service is outstanding, the staff is friendly and professional, and the rooms with their beautiful views are simply amazing. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. We would especially like to thank Aliya for her exceptional service.
