The room was cozy and comfortable, with complete facilities including a coffee machine and a 'Xiao Du' smart assistant, which made turning off the lights and adjusting the AC super convenient. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a Laifen hairdryer and a full-featured smart toilet. Downstairs, there are great food options like Zi Wu Road, and it's very close to Xi'an MixC, making it really convenient for our National Day trip.

Breaking away from the traditional high service counter, guests can sit down to check in, keeping their line of sight level with the staff. This creates zero sense of distance, making communication comfortable and relaxed—especially friendly for elderly guests. ✈️ A major trump card: The hotel specially provides a fleet of 4 commercial vehicles (ranging from 7-seaters to 19-seaters) offering free round-trip shuttle services to and from Xi'an Xianyang International Airport. This saves travelers the hassle of hailing cabs and high taxi fares, making travel with the elderly exceptionally worry-free. Since we were the only 4 guests on the flight during our drop-off time slot, they even arranged a brand-new GAC Trumpchi 7-seater commercial vehicle that had been on the road for only 5 months, treating us to a super VIP private car experience. 💫 Other thoughtful amenities: Prime location, very close to Yongning Gate (South Gate). It is extremely convenient for visiting the City Wall, Guanzhong Academy, Forest of Stone Tablets Museum, Muslim Quarter, Grand Tang Dynasty Ever Bright City, Datang Furong Garden, Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and other attractions. The hotel offers a hearty breakfast featuring local specialty snacks, along with heartwarming services like free afternoon tea and snacks, and a complimentary shuttle to the Terracotta Army. The guest rooms are clean and quiet, with comfortable bedding. From the front desk and drivers to the restaurant staff, everyone is polite and warm, providing attentive service. When traveling, comfortable hardware is certainly important, but these sincere, detail-oriented services are exceptionally heartwarming.

I noticed rooms with terraces around here while walking along the city wall before, so I came down specifically to ask about them and booked a stay during the off-season. The overall stay experience was truly fantastic. The weather in Xi'an these past couple of days has been just right—perfect for sitting on the terrace in the evening and enjoying the breeze. The front desk service was also very thoughtful; seeing that we were traveling with elderly guests, they provided non-slip slippers. Location-wise, it's extremely convenient for visiting Yongxingfang, just across the street. Plus, they offer a daytime laundry and delivery service, so there's no need to worry about what to do with a day's worth of dirty clothes after sightseeing. Truly very satisfied!

Great location and a grand lobby. The breakfast restaurant and the breakfast itself were wonderful, especially the Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), water-boil beef soup, and braised meat buns, which were all delicious. The service was also excellent, though the room facilities are a bit dated. However, thanks to good routine maintenance, there were no old stains on areas prone to getting dirty, like the carpets and sofas. The room's ventilation and exhaust system could use some improvement. The bed and bedding were comfortable and made it easy to fall asleep. It maintains its five-star standard with exceptional value for money.

The Staffs were very very helpful in helping to recommend tours, local travelling to tourists' places , what to see for tourists i.e. us. They recommended where to taste local authentic foods even to beware of fraudsters, eat healthy and spend worthy etc. The hotel, Ibilis was wonderful and up to standard for locals and international tourists. We appreciated the staffs' courteous ways of dealing with tourists (both local and international i.e us included. The hotel is at the right location to many touristic places and local /international food places too. We like to stay again in this hotel, Ibilis Hotel when we come as a family again and also recommend to our extended families, friends and travel companions! Bravo!

Traveling during the National Day holiday, the subway is definitely the most convenient option. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to the Bell Tower. It's super easy to find – just exit D of Metro Line 2 and turn right. It takes about 40 minutes by subway to Xi'an North High-speed Railway Station. The Kaiyuan Mall nearby offers great photo opportunities of the Bell and Drum Towers. And the Chang'an Grand Restaurant (with its lantern festival decor) right outside the mall is amazing; they have all the local specialties. I actually preferred Chang'an Grand Restaurant over Drunken Chang'an. Overall, the hotel service was good. Our family suite was spacious, and the hotel has a charming retro style. The electric kettle was an instant-heating type with a retro look, but it wasn't very functional, so I was glad I brought my own. The hairdryer was indeed a Dyson. The hotel even provides disposable bathtub covers for a relaxing soak. The bathroom was also thoughtfully designed with hooks for hanging clothes. The only minor downside was that the toilet didn't have a bidet function. For those who prioritize quality and enjoy local cuisine, I highly recommend eating breakfast outside the hotel. The hotel breakfast is just filling, nothing special! The breakfast at several Halal restaurants in Gaojia Courtyard Alley was excellent. I tried the *hulatang* (spicy soup) and beef *guantangbao* (soup dumplings), and both were delicious. From the hotel, you can easily do a city walk around the Bell and Drum Towers, hitting several classic spots like Fenxiang, Defuxiang, Xiangzi Temple, Gaojia Courtyard, and Shuyuanmen. I averaged 20,000 steps daily! The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to the Terracotta Army, which you can book on the first floor for 40 RMB round trip per person. Xi'an has a strong service culture!

The hotel is located on North Street, close to the Bell Tower. It's very convenient to access both the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter. The design is in a serene wabi-sabi style, featuring solid wood flooring and furniture, as well as a rooftop swimming pool. The service is proactive, creating an impression of a high-end boutique hostel that stands out among the crowd. If you appreciate a quiet, peaceful ambiance, staying here is a faultless choice. The staff are also very dedicated.

Fantastic stay! The room is spacious with a well-designed three-way separate wet and dry bathroom, and the facilities are very well-maintained. It was extremely comfortable. Although I initially thought the color scheme wasn't really my style, it actually felt very harmonious once inside. The location is also top-notch. The city wall is right outside the doorstep—perfect for renting a bike and riding along the top. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it's just a little over a ten-minute walk to the Forest of Stone Tablets Museum.

My stay at the Renaissance Hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, with the subway station nearby, making it easy to visit all the major attractions in Qujiang. Yet, the hotel is tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, providing a quiet and comfortable environment. The hotel experience was excellent. The Wanfengtang Museum on the fifth floor is a major highlight; being able to admire ancient artifacts right where you're staying truly captures the cultural essence of Chang'an. The public areas are stylishly designed and perfect for photos. Breakfast offers a good mix of Western and Chinese options, including local specialty noodles. Ivan, a staff member, was polite and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. Whether you're visiting Xi'an for tourism or business, this is an excellent choice. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

This hotel is conveniently located near my child's school, has a great atmosphere, and offers a wide variety of breakfast options. We've stayed here before for exam prep during junior high, and for the Gaokao (college entrance exam), we booked a room directly. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They even upgraded our room specifically for the Gaokao candidate and provided welcome fruits, earplugs, eye masks, and other small gifts. When my child was tired from studying at night, they even offered a late-night bowl of noodles. We were extremely satisfied with our three-day stay!
