Very nice hotel! Liked it very much! The room was clean and comfortable, the reception was welcoming, breakfast was fine, found nice cozy cafe nearby! Definitely will stay here next time on my business trip again!

This hotel is amazing! The facilities are new and excellent, the environment is quiet and elegant, and the room has plenty of natural light. They even offer free late-night snacks! You can really feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. I fell in love with it after just one stay! Highly recommend.

This is a branded hotel, so it has all the standard amenities and services you'd expect. It's located in the upper floors of Zhengzhou's landmark 'Big Corn' building, which is part of the Millennium Plaza. To get to the hotel by car, you first need to enter the plaza's underground parking garage. From there, it takes three elevator transfers to reach the hotel, which was a bit of a head-scratcher! 😂😂😂 However, the top floor offers great views. Breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese options, but I do wish they offered more local specialties.

I was immediately drawn in by the lovely and comforting scent in the lobby. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful during check-in, even offering me tea. Getting that warm tea in my hands on such a cold day was truly heartwarming. The check-in process was very quick, and check-out was just as efficient and professional. The room was also excellent. As someone with a bit of a germ phobia, I really appreciated that they provided extra disposable toilet seat covers and disinfectant wipes. It was a really nice touch.

The hotel is quite new, and I liked that it's a standalone building, which makes parking convenient. When I entered the room, the ventilation wasn't great; there was a smell of smoke, or perhaps it was a new renovation smell, but there was an air purifier which I turned on. The soundproofing was good, but the room's cleanliness was just average. It's a bit of a walk to Cao Chengxiang's Mansion and the ancient city, but it's fine if you're up for it. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, more than you can possibly try. I didn't take photos of the room, but the overall environment was quite good.

If you go to Jiaozuo for business and travel, such as self-driving Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area, it is highly recommended to stay at Jiaozuo Guest House (the parking lot is very large and free), absolutely surprises are absolutely value for money. The hotel's hardware facilities and prices are available for everyone to check the hotel introduction. The management service surprised me. From the room service at the front desk of the lobby to the cafeteria, the uniform and attitude of the staff, and the standard five-star hotel paradigm level are not seen in the whole season of Crystal Atour. It is worth mentioning that the manager Yang Yang of the Shili Gallery buffet restaurant is handsome, warm and professional. I will choose the hotel because of him and eat the buffet!

I had an early flight the next morning, so I just booked a hotel randomly, and it turned out to be a real gem! We arrived at the airport around 8 PM. I called the hotel, and within five minutes, the driver called back saying he'd be there shortly. As we were on an international flight with a ton of luggage, a double crib, and two kids, Master Xiao went above and beyond, helping us with all the bags, keeping an eye on the children, and then driving us back to the hotel and even helping us take our luggage upstairs. The next morning, we had to rush for our 6:30 AM flight, and Master Xiao was there again, helping us get all the luggage downstairs. He repeated the whole process, and you could really feel his incredible work ethic and strength 👍. The hotel also offered warm white fungus soup, helped us combine beds, and installed bed rails. I honestly think their service is on par with Haidilao! My only regret is that we arrived and left in the dark, so I didn't even get to see what the hotel looked like. 😂

The room, though small, had everything we needed and was very cozy. We stayed with two four-year-olds, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The airport shuttle service was punctual and attentive. The wake-up call for our early flight was perfectly timed, and they even thoughtfully arranged an emergency breakfast for us.

This was the first hotel I stayed at after arriving in Zhengzhou, and the price-to-value ratio was excellent. They even included three complimentary breakfasts, though they were quite simple. The room also had a smart toilet. Plus, the hotel offers a free airport shuttle service. Our flight landed at 2 AM, and the driver was there to pick us up as promised. I really have to commend them for their service!

Guest Room: Attention to Detail I stayed in a King Superior Room, approximately 30 square meters, with a well-thought-out layout: · Excellent bedding quality, with a mattress that was neither too soft nor too hard, providing an excellent sleep experience. · The workspace was equipped with an ergonomic office chair and a multi-port charging station. · The mini-fridge provided cold water. · The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, ample water pressure, and instant hot water. · Good soundproofing; I could barely hear any noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms. Dining and Facilities The breakfast selection was rich, with a good balance of Chinese and Western options. The freshly made noodles and the local specialty, 'Hulatang' (spicy soup), were particularly impressive (breakfast starts at 6:30 AM). Excellent Location The hotel is located near Zhengzhou East Station: · A 10-minute walk to the high-speed rail station. Areas for Improvement While the overall experience was good, there's still room for improvement: 1. The in-room Wi-Fi speed was a bit slow during peak hours. 2. There are no shopping facilities nearby, making it inconvenient for shopping.
