The staff in the hotel are super friendly and helpful. They helped me with a lot of things like booking ordering and even talking to people on the phone. Special thanks to Cici, Youwen and Eric for being there whenever I needed to understand something with applications or places, as well as Lehleh who even went outside the hotel to help me buy things and hail a taxi. The staff even helped me order food to the hotel at 3AM when I couldn't sleep 🥹 I was really happy with my stay especially it is my first time in China and my first days. I was really nervous but they helped me a lot ☺️🤍 I recommend starting your trip with this hotel so you'll be set for the journey 🌸☺️

As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel. However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

I was very happy with the room; the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, making for a very comfortable sleep. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very convenient. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The hotel's location is also very convenient. I highly recommend it!

The location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. It's also close to shopping malls like Guomao and Vanke, so it's great for shopping. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it for your 51 (May Day) holiday trip!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Before we even got back to the hotel one evening, the front desk attendant proactively mixed a custom cocktail for us – the sweet and sour balance was perfect and so thoughtful. For the complimentary late-night snack, they even had hot noodles, which was incredibly comforting to have in the middle of the night. Breakfast was even more impressive, with freshly ground coffee alongside freshly baked mini bread. The vegetable salad was super fresh, and the bacon was perfectly crispy and fragrant. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft it made you want to just stay in bed. Every detail was perfect; we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit!

This hotel has become my go-to place; it's always my top choice whenever I'm on a business trip or vacation! Jennifer is always warm and friendly, and she consistently remembers my preferences, which is a truly thoughtful touch. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and ensures a good night's sleep, and the public areas are spotless. The facilities are comprehensive, and the location is convenient, offering excellent value for money. Every stay feels like coming home, and I'll keep coming back. Highly recommended for frequent travelers!

The place is clean, front desk made their best to communicate with us. My kids really enjoy staying there. They were so sad while leaving. The place is very spacious for a big family of 5. The view was everything. The canton tower was just at my bedroom balcony. The night view was amazing.The security was a plus. They offer a variety of food for breakfast and really cheap per person. You can find your way around easily. I will live there again and again. I really recommend that place.

So happy to be back at Zhuhai Chimelong again! Even after all these years, the room is still clean and bright. The complimentary mini-bar and water station are a nice touch. The dolphins in the dolphin pool are so lively and adorable, actively interacting with guests. Watching the flamingos on Flamingo Island is also incredibly beautiful. Beyond the classic ocean-themed lobby, check-in and check-out were seamless with no waiting. The pool and water world offer a wide variety of options and are open all day. The gym equipment is new, and there's even a self-service laundry room. With diverse dining choices like evening tea, afternoon tea, and buffets, plus shuttle buses and boat tours, everything from dining to accommodation and transportation is incredibly convenient. Besides the amusement rides, we absolutely loved the marine animals at the Ocean Kingdom. The newly added Spaceship Park is also fantastic. In addition to the rides, it educates and entertains through various means like pictures and models, conveying knowledge about environmental protection, the ocean, and marine animals. The indoor venues are perfect for rainy days or extreme heat. We had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay!

First off, a big thank you to Flora for arranging everything! We stayed at Wanghailou and MGM before this, and while those were satisfactory, Angsana's service truly surprised us. They upgraded our original sea view room to a 'Premium Sea View,' which was fantastic. The elevator goes directly down to the pool, and the way the pool blends with the trees here creates a wonderful, Bali-like atmosphere. Plus, the sunshine in Zhuhai isn't as intense as in Sanya, making it feel very relaxing – a much more laid-back vibe than the scenic pool at Wanghailou. The only minor point was on the other side of the pool, it seemed like it needed a good clean, as there was a bit of plastic trash. Since it wasn't a holiday, they also kindly arranged an early check-in and an extra hour for check-out, which I genuinely appreciated. At MGM, despite many empty rooms, they insisted on a 3 PM check-in, so comparisons are inevitable. The room facilities aren't brand new, but for the price point, they're perfectly fine, especially considering the neighboring hotels are over 3K. The Thai restaurant, 'Miyan,' was delicious; every dish was excellent, even better than most Thai restaurants. Irene also helped us secure the only private room, making for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. My only suggestion: the price of the Coke was unnecessarily high. The food prices were reasonable, but the Coke felt really out of place. Also, I'd suggest considering packages that include the minibar. For a resort hotel, a small investment there could greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, this was the best part of our trip, and we'll definitely be back!

This hotel is really great, and I rarely write reviews! 😄 1: The location is excellent, right by Shennan Road, above the subway station. You can walk to Dongmen and the border crossing. 2: All the rooms are on the 40th floor and above, offering a stunning panoramic view of the entire city, especially breathtaking at sunset. 3: It's a new hotel in an old part of the city, but they've created an inner courtyard at the entrance, making it a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. There's also no strong new-decoration smell. 4: Although it's not a chain hotel, you can really feel their dedication to service. They're clearly working hard to build a good reputation. The hygiene and service are both excellent, and the gym is brand new. 5: The breakfast is quite generous, and the environment is very pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend them. It's not expensive, and I'll definitely suggest it to friends visiting in the future.
