Facilities: Fully equipped with both hardware and software. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Environment: Located in the city center, the lobby features a very tall and large Christmas tree, exuding a full festive atmosphere. There are buses to nearby cities, which is very convenient. There's also a shuttle bus to the China-Hong Kong border. Service: Enthusiastic, proactive, professional, and efficient. The concierge staff, especially Donnoe, is familiar with the surrounding area and is polite and enthusiastic. He provided useful suggestions for my travel and recommended nearby restaurants. When I checked out, he guided me through a quick check-out process and helped me store my luggage.

Even though the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained. The location is excellent, right next to the metro station and Shenzhen Railway Station, making it super convenient to cross the border into Hong Kong. The breakfast selection is also quite extensive, and even though the swimming pool is outdoors, it's very clean. Definitely worth another stay.

The hotel was conveniently located a short walk away from the metro and is easily identifiable due to its unique design. There are a few malls nearby that has sufficient eateries. Few street food available though within walking distance. We were given a room on the top floor and the room felt new, modern and sufficiently bright. Lounge canapes had variety, and breakfast was excellent with many local delicacies. Staff very friendly, helpful and responsive on wechat. An excellent stay and would certainly stay again if I go back to Guangzhou.

We are from Canada and this is our second time staying here. We were here last year with our elderly father in law and we very much enjoyed our stay so we decided to stay here again on the Executive Suite level. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the daily breakfast and then the included tea time, dinner and laundry service package which is fabulous and all for an unbeatable price! They even replace a button on your shirt if needed when they do your laundry! The heated multi-functional toilet is nice. Communication is not an issue as some staff speak English or we use our translator app with no issues at all. Amazing service! We quite enjoy the Gladden Hotel.

Right as we stepped out of the car, a bellhop was there to help with our luggage. JiaJia at the front desk arranged a high-floor room for us and even gave us a complimentary fruit platter. The view from the room window was great, you could see the river but not Guangji Bridge, which was a bit of a letdown. What I really regret is that I booked an executive room, but the executive lounge is on the first floor, right in the lobby, so you can't see Guangji Bridge from there. If it were located on a higher floor, the experience would be completely different.

I specifically came to Foshan to buy furniture and chose the Sofitel Foshan, which has a great reputation. Before checking in, I saw the hotel's introduction, and it definitely lived up to expectations once I was there. The hotel's decor, from the first-floor entrance to the rooms, is very stylish. This time, I stayed in a Luxury Postmodern room, which also had a lot of character. The overall facilities in the room were excellent, and the hygiene was very good. This morning, I saw Jingjing, the floor manager. Even though the hotel was very busy, she went above and beyond to graciously grant us a late check-out, allowing me to take a nap after finishing my furniture shopping. The service was truly exceptional!

The hotel is just over a kilometer from Zhuhai Station, which is very convenient if you want to drop off your luggage before heading to Macau after getting off the train. The room doesn't have a smart voice system like other hotels in the same chain, but all the basic amenities are there, and the room was quiet and clean, which was great. The buffet breakfast had a couple of items that you don't often see at other hotels, which was a pleasant surprise. They also have computers available in the public areas, which is a nice touch.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it truly shows that sometimes you don't realize how good something was until you experience something worse. I booked the same room type but had a completely different experience! The price went up a bit for the New Year's Eve stay. First, during my last visit, I could go out onto the balcony to enjoy the view, but this time, the doors and windows were locked, even the window itself. After repeatedly contacting the front desk, they still wouldn't open it, which was a huge downgrade to my stay. Second, the in-room Wi-Fi wasn't properly set up before check-in. The housekeeping staff didn't check, so when I arrived, neither of the two TVs worked, and my phone had no Wi-Fi. To top it off, the two remote controls were mixed up! Third, there's a bathtub in the bathroom, but the drain kept leaking! I kept adding water, and it kept draining. Fourth, the power outlet by the window and bedside was broken! My device didn't charge all night. Fifth, during my last stay, there were paper bags in the room, but this time there weren't any. I'm not sure if the staff forgot them or if there's another reason. Sixth, perhaps because it was New Year's Day, they had someone unfamiliar with making coffee working downstairs. The efficiency was very low; they started operating at 8:30 AM, and by 11:30 AM, they still hadn't gotten the hang of it, so I gave up on getting a drink. Overall, my entire stay was a constant stream of complaints. I strongly suggest the hotel takes these issues seriously! On a separate note, I'd like to thank the staff who were still actively delivering takeout to various rooms on New Year's Eve.

We had an amazing stay at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei. From the moment we entered the room, everything felt clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The room was bright, comfortable, and very well organized, with a cozy bed, clean bathroom, and all the small details you actually appreciate when traveling. We had a really good night’s sleep. The room was quiet, the bed was super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and relaxing. The bathroom was spotless with strong water pressure, and the shower experience was honestly better than expected. We also loved the little touches like the slippers, coffee and tea setup, and the clean, modern furniture. Everything felt fresh and well maintained, which really made the stay more enjoyable. The TV, desk, and storage space were all very practical and easy to use. The location is another big plus. It is convenient, easy to get around, and perfect whether you are visiting for business or leisure. You can tell this hotel is well managed and cares about guest experience. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended if you want a clean, modern, and reliable hotel in Shenzhen.

A Reception staff (a male) was not conversant in English at all and I had to speak to another one who fortunately does speak a bit of English. Hotel facade is beautiful but lobby area was a bit underwhelming. Room was big and spacious and quality furnishing. But for such a big room only comes with one bed. Need to pay for an extra bed. Also what I find ridiculous is that room sleeps 3 persons but breakfast is only for 2. Similarly if room sleeps 2,breakfast is only for 1. This means you are “forced” to buy an additional breakfast. So ridiculous. No other hotel in the world does this, only China.
