Hotels With Bar in Guangdong, China

This is my fourth stay at the Swissotel Foshan this year, and the service quality is excellent! The hotel is centrally located, with a bus stop right downstairs and easy access to Zumiao subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk knew my daughter was returning and specially arranged for us to be on the same floor, making communication easier, and our room was upgraded – fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Now, I come almost every day for afternoon tea at Seasons Restaurant, truly experiencing the warm care provided by Swissotel. ❤️❤️

The hotel is nice 5 star hotel in China . What made the difference was the staff  the front desk staff were exceptional  .i can not speak Chinese and I needed to book a ferry ticket no problem arrange transport  arranged  late check out  loaded my bags in the car while I had drink in bar .  Nothing was to much trouble for Ms Summer thank you .

The front desk staff, particularly YY, was incredibly friendly! Even though I arrived late at night, they greeted me warmly. The check-in process was smooth and seamless, and they proactively informed me about the hotel's facilities and nearby business amenities. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to catch a taxi and access transportation. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was thoughtful and thorough. Definitely five stars!

The hotel is located in an ideal location which means that you can start enjoying the city as soon as you drop off your suitcase. The room was perfect and I slept really well. There was a decent selection of essential toiletries and some complimentary tea, coffee and water. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would most certainly book a room there on my next visit to Shenzhen. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Service: Excellent! Especially the staff at breakfast and in the executive lounge, who are all very friendly. They usually wait a few extra minutes until around 10 AM before clearing the breakfast, so even if you eat slowly, you won't feel rushed. They're always ready to clear empty plates, truly top-notch service. The quality of both breakfast and dinner is extensive, and the oysters deserve a special shout-out! The New Zealand oysters are super fresh, just like what I had when I was actually in New Zealand. The only minor issue with the hotel was that the air conditioning wasn't particularly powerful; otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Room is clean and comfortable. In particular I like the sliding door design in the bathroom. Direct bus to and from HK departs from the hotel which makes it a definite plus. I would definitely come back.

This stay was such a pleasant surprise! A big thanks to JiaJia for the thoughtful hospitality; they even helped upgrade us to a brighter room with a better view. We could see the panoramic view of Guangji Bridge right from our window – the scenery was absolutely stunning! The Chaoshan specialties for breakfast were also delicious, especially the pork offal congee and rice rolls, which were both very authentic. My overall experience was fantastic!

I specifically came to Foshan to buy furniture and chose the Sofitel Foshan, which has a great reputation. Before checking in, I saw the hotel's introduction, and it definitely lived up to expectations once I was there. The hotel's decor, from the first-floor entrance to the rooms, is very stylish. This time, I stayed in a Luxury Postmodern room, which also had a lot of character. The overall facilities in the room were excellent, and the hygiene was very good. This morning, I saw Jingjing, the floor manager. Even though the hotel was very busy, she went above and beyond to graciously grant us a late check-out, allowing me to take a nap after finishing my furniture shopping. The service was truly exceptional!

This is my second time staying here. The location is excellent, very close to Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port, making day trips to Macau easy and much cheaper than staying in Macau hotels. When checking in, I requested a south-facing room to see Macau. Only a southwest corner room was available, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the large window on the west side offered a beautiful view of Zhuhai city as well. The facilities and service are consistent with Holiday Inn Express's usual quality – it's the benchmark for mid-to-high-end chain hotel brands. While the streets around Gongbei are often dirty, the hotel itself is exceptionally clean. The decor and color scheme are also very appealing. Breakfast is plentiful, and there's a self-service laundry room (two washers and two dryers).

My last stay at this particular Z Hotel chain was in Tianjin, and the Guangzhou one is definitely more aesthetically pleasing. Many rooms have their own unique charm, and I found myself sleeping really well after a long day. They even provided coffee, and the quality was quite good. Remember to check out the first floor; unfortunately, I didn't have time for it. The lobby on the first floor is absolutely stunning, decorated in green with a lovely Christmas vibe. If you're here for a business trip, I'd suggest eating out for breakfast instead of at the hotel.
