LLINGINBOThe service here is quite good, the staff in the recee will give you some useful advice if you ask, room is really awesome, geting a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast is also good.

AAdarsh SaraffLocation and cleanliness was great. However its pathetic and abysmal service. They charge u for a hot water kettle lol. And the staff bladt TV on high volume which ruins your sleep. The hotel staff is incompetent to deal with basic issues of noise, they promise you a refund but deny it saying its denied because I booked via 3rd party.
They strategically offer me a voucher which will be useless as its my last day in RVN

하하리마호Since the city is small and a popular tourist destination, I made a reservation several months in advance. If you hesitate, your desired room will be sold out quickly!
- Located between the riverside and the city center, it's convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
- Breakfast wasn't particularly promising, but it was delicious.
- The sauna is available for family use in 30-minute increments if you reserve it at the front desk. Definitely try it!

TTan SMThe Glass Igloo was great but you have to walk to the guesthouse for your showers. The breakfast was great and the restaurant provided good options for lunch and breakfast. For the adventurous, you can go to the nearby supermarket and cook your meal in the sheltered fireplace. Don't forget to experience either the traditional or the electrical sauna during your stay! Most importantly, participate in the guided activities with hot drinks and roasted sausages such as husky sled rides, aurora hunting, and ice skating.

MMok TMSantasport Hotel is an integrated resort with accommodation, trekking, skiing, bike riding, snowboarding and many other winter activities. They have track for all the activities and it was an enjoyable trip to explore the woods during winter.
The hotel has a bowling alley, swimming pool and sauna. It also has a cafe
Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff are friendly and helpful. They attend to all guests need and never fail to impress.
Room size was reasonable and they also have a clothes drying cabinet. Bed is comfy and I had good sleeps. Breakfast was good with quality soread.
Will return to Santasport Hotel if I come for my winter holiday in Rovaniemi.

AAnonymous UserThe family room was very nice, but the fifth person was considered an extra bed and slept on a sofa. The hotel ground floor was great for watching the Northern Lights, and we saw them that night. There seemed to be a sauna in the bathroom, but we didn't try it as we didn't know how to use it. The hotel breakfast was an English breakfast, and the hotel entrance offered views of the ski resort.

WWai LikThe front desk of the hotel is very friendly. The environment and facilities are very good. It is close to the street and is very convenient. There is a bus to Santa Claus Village near the hotel. It is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. Highly recommended.

SSandingxiaoyuganRight below the ski resort, the town is very small, so it's very convenient to get around. Everyone is very friendly. The room is bigger than expected, and it has its own sauna and living room, which is very nice! It's a pity that I only stayed for one night
