achei um pouco dificil a reserva pois nao tinha operado ainda com este site, quando chegamos estava td certo e fomos acomodados num quarto com carpete e um incrivel mau cheiro, reclamamos na portaria e a atendente prontamente nos realocou num quarto piso laminado, ficou perfeito. acho que a questao do carpete ja passou em hoteleria.

Mercure is so reliable with reception Lucia who can speak fluent English. She is so kind to help us book tango show for us. the breakfast nascent a variety of bread, pastry’s, fruit and bacon etc. We enjoyed the salad and risotto in the restaurant although the rib eye has let us down. The hotel is conveniently located about half an hour from the airport and 15 mins to Iguazu Fall and town centre. The tour guide could’ve pick us up easily in the morning after a full breakfast.
We highly recommend Mercure to travellers.

The hotel staff treated us very warmly and made us feel at home. When checking in, they asked us to change to a waterfall view room at a discounted price, which allowed us to see the waterfall 24 hours a day, adding more splendor to our itinerary. I had a massage at the spa and after doing it, I felt very comfortable and strong! There are very exciting cultural and artistic performances every night! But the restaurant has individual employees whose work performance can be improved, for example, I booked a table for dinner, but when my roommate went to the restaurant to pick up the table herself, she said she could not find my reservation! The food for breakfast was varied and high quality, but the cut fruit had a couple of fruit flies flying around, which made my appetite decrease!

The hotel is right next to the 'One Glance, Three Countries' spot, which is a bit far from the Grand Waterfall. The Grand Waterfall is very close to the airport, so if you're short on time, going back and forth would be very inconvenient. The hotel offers food at any time, which is incredibly convenient!

The hotel has a very convenient location, right near the bus stop. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, offering a wide range of dining and shopping options. The front desk staff are friendly and provide a lot of information; the breakfast is plentiful and highly recommended!

Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth.
The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel.
The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch.
The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread.
We had an enjoyable experience.

Located in a dense forest, the environment is beautiful and elegant. The reason for the high humidity may be that the hotel is an all-wooden structure with a sense of age and the facilities are a bit older.
