It was a great experience , front desk staff is helpful & friendly , Will come back again with friends , clean hotel with a massive shopping center below , can get almost anything there . Gymnastics & pool room is also well maintain very 👍👍👍

One night stay on a Friday night. Convenient after shopping at Mid-valley Southkey. Entrance from mall is just above Village Grocer. Checked in was smooth and staff were pleasant and courteous. Room was spacious with a nice window seat. Looks a bit dated but otherwise clean enough. Room was quiet except for the occasional screech from racing motorbikes on the highway next to the hotel. Breakfast spread was quite big. Some hits and misses in terms of food taste. Lamb and chicken rendangs are nice!

We’ve stayed a few hotel in JB and this is our first time staying in a condominium. Their service and room exceeded our expectations and we have a good time exploring the facilities n surrounding area. We’ve a chat group where amenities and check in information and video was given throughout the whole process. Before check in we got lost at RF mall and they promptly send a person to pick us up and brought us directly to our room. We’ll be coming back again to try their bigger room next time with our friends.

First time here and absolutely love the hotel Very clean and great stuff The rooms were a little small but overall still very good Just 5 mins walk to mid valley mall Breakfast was one of the best I’ve tried in Jb. Had so much of choices. And very nice too Hotel delivered the request I put I Will definitely go again Very happy

Decided to have an impromptu one night stay at Holiday Villa JB during CNY - a hotel we have stayed at for a few times already. Slightly dated but still quite well maintained. The carpark ramps are the only scary thing - so narrow that most Singaporeans just opt for the 35RM per entry valet. Kalaivani at the Reception was really friendly and funny! They have very little double bed units but thankfully we got one. Due to CNY, fire crackers were being popped until almost 1am! Don’t think this is a good option for families with small children who need to sleep early. Thanks for a good stay!

Hotel is very convenient, with direct access to the mall at lv1. Booked 2 rooms, and the staff were very kind to offer connecting room to us (great for family with elderly and kids!). Requested for the sofa bed to be made, and the sofa bed is surprisingly comfy and large enough to fit an adult. The room is also super spacious, and space for us to store luggage. Our luggage do not need to be placed on the floor. We will be back 👍

Bathroom got hot showers. Bedroom is good and comfortable. Good location and near night market and many shops. Market and variety cafeteria. Staff worker very good and helpful iff you have a question for ask address where do you want to go.

We booked the Deluxe King Plus. The bed was huge at 2.1m, and the oversized pillows were big enough for two kids and both parents. On top of that, it also had a sofa bed for two people, which is fine for kids, but adults probably would not sleep very well on it. The soundproofing was superb, and NSK Supermarket was just within walking distance. We tried the Kanteen breakfast food, and the tom yum bee hoon is a must-try. We also loved BookXcess and went back every day. They had a promotion: buy 4 books and get 1 free, with the free one being the cheapest. Book price are relatively cheaper(alot of olden books. Location-wise, it is near Tuas, so you can take Grab, but it is not the most convenient. Overall, 9/10. Will come back again

Great boutique hotel. Has all the basic for a good stay for 1-2 nights. Usually spend weekends for a night here and is just opposite CIQ and train station and City Square JB. So point to note that’s it’s a boutique hotel and is comfortable. So don’t expect too much. My only peeve is that the shower is mounted on the wall and not the hand held type. Other than that this place is great !

Compared to hotels in Singapore, the rooms at this Johor Bahru hotel are much more spacious. However, there's a faint lingering smell of new renovation that hasn't fully aired out. The rooftop pool offers stunning sunset views while you swim. Downstairs, there's a mall with plenty of dining options. It's incredibly convenient to get here from Singapore; once you clear customs, there's direct access to the hotel building. Getting a taxi to Larkin Sentral in the morning was also a breeze. The breakfast is mostly Western-style, which was alright for a quick bite.
