Found a gem! I fell in love with this hotel after just one stay ✨ Staying at a perfect hotel while traveling is so healing! The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish, I genuinely recommend it to everyone~ 🌿 Environment The whole place was clean, tidy, and cozy. The public areas were meticulously maintained, and the hallways were quiet and odor-free. The room had amazing natural light, a comfortable view, and good soundproofing, so I could get a peaceful, undisturbed rest after a long day out. 🛏️ Room Amenities The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was just the right firmness—I slept straight through the night! The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, hot water came out quickly, and the toiletries were high quality. The air conditioning, WiFi, and charging ports all worked great, meeting all my daily needs. As someone who pays attention to details, I was super satisfied. 💰 Value for Money Compared to other places of similar quality in the same area, the price was incredibly fair! New facilities, excellent hygiene, and attentive service—you get a high-quality experience without breaking the bank. Students and workers, just book it without hesitation; the value for money is absolutely legendary.

I expected a great hotel stay and they delivered. All the staff were lovely. Thank you for that. My only issue is the lack of room information regarding what is available in the hotel. Normally I would expect marketing information and menus for restarunt and bar in the room. The TV does give room service menu but was not required. Fortunately we found Ben, the Concierge in the lobby who very kindly explained what we asked, and provided a map for the area. Very welcome. Thank you very much.

The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the beach, which is ranked as the third best sunset beach in the world. It's an older hotel with small balconies and a quiet atmosphere. The front desk was able to arrange an early check-in. They speak fluent English, but didn't understand any Chinese. There aren't many food stores nearby, and seafood is quite expensive. It's a convenient 10-kilometer taxi ride to the city center.

The hotel's location is excellent! 👍 The service attitude is great, facilities are complete, and transportation is convenient. Especially, there's a fantastic Malay restaurant (Restoran Nikmat 2) right behind it – highly recommended! After 11 PM, the hot water supply wasn't quite sufficient, only lukewarm. Also, there was a sewer odor in the bathroom. Hope these minor issues can be improved upon.

This is a great hotel located near the city center and very convenient for the airport. The facilities are excellent, with everything you need, including a swimming pool and fitness center. It's a good option for a quick overnight stay if you arrive late at night, though the breakfast is just okay. The front desk staff were fairly friendly. The scent in the elevator was a bit odd, though.

This is more then a five stars hotel service in Sabah every staff here is very very nice and welcoming guests i really want to thanks the front desk lady Grace and the other guy they are very very helpful to give me a very good hospitality I feel here is just like my second home and definitely come back with family and friend to enjoy the time here and I blessings all teams will have a good future! Love them all many thanks and my love from Hong Kong will miss this place , also the coconut here is very very good u must try

The hotel is in a good downtown location, close to Gaya Street, nearby jetties, and malls. The sunset views from the rooftop are also beautiful. For breakfast, I recommend trying items from the à la carte menu (which are free) – they're quite good. The buffet items, however, were pretty standard. The hotel is generally new but the pool is a bit small. For rooms, try to get a higher floor as lower floors have obstructed views. Overall, if you're looking for value for money, it's pretty average, but if that's not a concern, I'd recommend it. 🥸

The room was fantastic, very clean, and designed as a one-bedroom, one-living room unit, which was perfect and very comfortable for a family trip. The location is also excellent, right above Gaya Street, so it's less than a 10-minute walk. What's even better is the host's amazing service; you can contact them before check-in. The host sets up a WeChat group and provides all check-in information in Chinese, which was incredibly helpful. Compared to other overseas hotels where you have to communicate in English, what the host did here was truly outstanding!

Stayed for 2 nights for business purposes Booled for 2 days breakfast but eventually too tired to woke up very next morning so i skipped it Anyways price was on the average to high side, internet wifi is ok The downside is the spillage of water after u taking a shower, up to the toilet door, surprisingly water pressure was superb 5-10min to Imago Mall walking distance Recommended to stay Room was spacious

The price is good and the environment is nice. It's convenient to go anywhere, and taxis aren't expensive. There's a self-service laundry downstairs, so you can dry your clothes after diving. There's also a convenience store and a breakfast place downstairs.
