The hotel is close to the airport, so the noice from flights can be bothersome for someone who is light sleeper like my husband. Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem
I always love staying at Best Western Plus, well one down fall is every time someone closes their room door you hear it in your room so you'll be up early , well it's annoying so that means you are up by 7am unless you're a hard sleeper. Good thing I get up early.
The decor is updated ✅
The front staff is great ✅
House keeping is great ✅ mm
The breakfast is pretty good the only thing with that is they barely make enough where they may have to go back and make a few items and the gentleman and the woman that works that area act like they paid for the food they will sometimes stand there and watch what you're doing... Like geez let me breathe
We were there for aau basketball tournament. It was perfect for the down time the girls had. They won and my dautter and I had a mini vacay. Perfect for fun and relaxation. Highly recommend!
We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis. The place was clean and well-kept, and service was quick—especially when we requested extra towels. Check-out was smooth and fast, which we really appreciated. It’s about a 15-minute drive to downtown Annapolis and the historic district, so it's a convenient and quiet spot just outside the city. Would definitely stay here again!
Send the baby to the summer camp and live in this most cost-effective hotel in the east for three weeks. The location is a bit biased, and there are cars selling next to it. You must drive here, the hotel has breakfast. There is no lunch and dinner to drive outside to eat. There is a laundry room, a gym, and the twin room is quite big, and the beds are all 1.5 wide. Generally speaking, the price of about 1k in the United States, what else is it to stay in two big two small breakfasts with breakfast?
The hotel is very clean, looks good, has enough parking spaces, and the staff are smiling. There are a lot of delicious food nearby, including Costco and a Chinese supermarket, which is very convenient.
The hotel is clean and nice. we really enjoyed our stay. the receptionist Amina made our stay very comfortable. she pays attention to detail and gives us cookies and water. . Thank you Amina fir everything.
Hotel wouldn't honor the breakfast that was paid for during booking, even though it was clearly on the receipt. Also, the thermostat in the room wasn't working, stayed on 80 degrees the whole time.
Our stay was brief so we didn’t tap into any services, we booked our room last minute and we were just happy that the room was clean and enough space for two people! 2 comfortable queen beds, shower pressure was great, and located close to restaurants. Would def recommend
Fast economy hotel, convenient transportation, just on the roadside. Passing a small day, hotel service is general. Service staff are basically Indian friends. The hotel air conditioning sound is very loud, you can change. Haha!

XXiangshuiwangdaThe room is very big, the tap water is very big, the hot water is very smooth, and the water in the bath basin is bigger than other hotels. The shower gel and shampoo are all in large bottles of Defu, and I usually use the products I bring with me.
AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and the facilities were old, but it was easy to use. The hot water in the bathroom is a bit slow. The restaurant has a light meal that can temporarily solve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is very professional. The restaurant staff is very welcoming.
WWEIGANGAfter staying at the motel for many times, I felt that it was the most cost-effective, close to the main road, but still quiet. The breakfast is very rich in the motel, the meat cake bacon egg yogurt fruit and of course the gourmet bread homemade waffles. It’s hard to find it, it’s only two laps, I don’t know why.
GGuest UserTook the wife out of state for our 10 year anniversary. She was so excited to be staying at an Aloft again as we have in the past! We got into the room, my Flowers were there, which was great. We adjusted the AC to our comfort likings and 4 hours later after being at the beach, the temperature in the room was 78.
Called the front desk, they said there isn't anything they could do. Maintenance checked the panel and all is fine but our room was above the indoor pool. The pool room was found to be 80+ degrees but no one agreed to trying to lower the temperature of the pool room. Instead they suggested we open the balcony door and give us a box fan.
The outdoor temps were in the upper 80s low 90s. There was a hint of a breeze but when the box fan was dropped off, we came back from dinner and it was tolerable with the door closed. No check up from management, the staff was quite short with our concerns and requests.
Overall the stay was amazing but disappointing
TThais Caroline Coelho capuchoI made a reservation for a week, but unfortunately had a problem at the airport and couldn't check in on the scheduled day. I called before my arrival requesting a change of dates by email and phone. The attendants showed no interest and hung up on me without offering any solution. I asked for a refund, they ripped me off and started denying contact requests from Trip.com. Furthermore, while I was staying at the hotel, the manager instructed me to cancel the reservations through the app for a refund and discount. When I cancelled and paid in cash, the manager continued to ignore the *********** acceptance request for the refund. I fell victim to a scam by the management of this $500 hotel. So my warning is to look for another hotel, because their policy is not honest with guests.
GGuest UserThe room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.
GGuest UserEverything was great! ”Peaches” was our check in girl and she was so sweet and kind. Above and beyond welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable except the beds are a little bit firm. Staff were knowledgable with every question we asked throughout our stay. The walk to the beach is quicker then it takes the red light to change. On check out day we asked if it would be ok if we left the car in the parking lot and hang out at the pool for a few hours before heading home, and they were perfectly cool with that. the roof top pool is so nice with a bar and constant breeze. We reserve a ”Bay front” room, but we unexpectedly had a really nice view of the bay from our room. These are the reasons I've been coming back the Princess Bayside for years.
GGuest UserI stayed for 4 days, but only cleaned the room for one day and replaced the amenities once. The hotel policy is that way, but only cleaned the room once every 2 days and no water or toothpaste toothbrush. Especially 3 people booked, but only 2 people were provided in the room. There was no bottled water in the room, so it was uncomfortable to ask the counter every time.
Parking should be parked in the paid parking lot, but I got in the public parking lot in front of me in the evening and came out in the morning, and it cost $70. The belly button was bigger than the belly button, so it was a burden
