Nice hotel, good location close to town center and airport. Has a big room, complete facilities, good atmosphere, clean and has a great free breakfast included. With good wifi and staffs are attentive. You can have a great time to relax and enjoy your vacations here.

This overwater bungalow was incredibly comfortable and beautiful, located about a 15 to 20-minute boat ride from Semporna Port. It's an all-inclusive resort, with breakfast and dinner thoughtfully arranged. We missed lunch due to island hopping tours, but there was afternoon tea and snacks available, which was perfect after snorkeling. Dinner menus changed daily and were both delicious and plentiful. Although you could pay extra for additional seafood, the provided meals were excellent on their own. The first night featured steamed seafood, the second was a seafood hotpot, and the third was a barbecue. The hotel also organized daily snorkeling trips to fantastic spots. Our whole family had a truly wonderful vacation.

I really love this place! It's super close to the mall, which is great. The staff is so nice, especially the lovely lady at the front desk. She's just the best. The room is spotless and the hot water is a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! Astoria was a 1.5-hour drive away from PPS airport. We took the hotel shuttle to and from the airport, and it costed us only 200 per way (the original fare was 250 but we got 20% discount since we were students) which is cheaper than the one offered by private vans at the airport. Upon arriving at Astoria, we were greeted by their welcoming staff with complimentary drinks and locally made necklace. The staff assigned to us gave us a quick tour of the place, and we loved how clean and well-maintained the facilities are. If there’s one thing that guests should know before visiting, it’s that to expect that Astoria sales staff would try to sell you their membership packages. But don’t worry, you can politely decline and Astoria’s sales staff would be very understanding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Astoria and we will definitely come back!

Room was clean and comfortable with soap and toothbrush in bathroom, just 10 min walk from bars and restaurants, 20 min walk from airport or 100 peso on taxi bike. The breakfast is OK. The AC was not working properly in the standard room that also has no window. But was upgraded to the Delux room.

We enjoyed our week stay at the Hue hotel. The arrangements to and from the hotel were very easy to arrange. The staff were always very friendly and accommodating. The bartenders upstairs were great! The mall was conveniently located right next door and there were several food, restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance. You quickly learn how to play frogger with the vehicles to get to places. The downsides were hearing the renovations and smelling the paints.

The room offered to us is new with the best ocean view but is suffering the following deficiencies (1) only 1 lift out of 2 were in operation, and in an evening the remaining lift was malfunctional and we were forced to walk up to 6/F through the incompleted staircase, (2) Noisy generators as a nuisance to quiet environment, (3) No bathrobe/comb/show cab supply in DELUXE room, (4) TV sound level failed to be adjustable. (5) In spa, stream/sauna yet heating up before guests reception. The above needs an effort for improvement.

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. There are 2 swimming pools available which is great. Restaurant’s food is amazing too! However, it seemed like the hotel was understaffed. We arrived around 11:30am, but since the check-in is strictly at 2pm, we went for lunch at the restaurant first. However, when we came back at 2pm, they made us wait for another 30mins because there was only 1 receptionist and it took her a long time to process the family ahead of us. Housekeeping also came late even if we put up the “makeup room” sign before we left for our tour. When we came back at 4pm, our room was still untouched, and the housekeeping only arrived at 5:30pm. Soundproofing was also not as good. We could hear our neighbor upstairs moving the furniture at 4am.

This is my favorite hotel in Coron , it is beautiful, rooms are spacious, and clean.The staff are so good . The hotel design is perfect. If you just wanna chill there's 3 swimming pool.My kids are loving it 😊 This is my 7th stay in here . And its always been perfect stay 😊 we'll be back everytime I'm here in coron .
