I live on the 4th floor, outside the hotel window you can see the rooftop of the next building, will see someone smoking on the rooftop, you can ask him to give cigarettes over, feel not too safe! The walls are very thin and it is easy to hear the sound of talking in the next room. Although the hotel staff's English is not very good, they are doing their best to solve it with Google translate!

部屋はゆったりと広く　湯船も足が伸ばせるくらいの大きさでいい。結婚式場もあるためとても綺麗なホテルです。隣接された温泉は行った時間帯が悪かったのか一般の方も利用されるため初めて洗い場が空くのに並びました。お湯はジャグジー、ぬる湯、熱めの露天風呂と気持ちよく入れました。サウナもあります。駐車場はホテルの裏側にあります。宿泊者、温泉施設利用者と停める所は分けている感じですがおそらく温泉利用の方々が停めてるようでホテル側には停められなかったのが少し残念。でも宿泊者は無料で停められます。全体的にはとても綺麗で良いホテルでした。

Gorgeous views and fantastic food! A great spot! Also very close to the waterfalls and an easy hike up. Great for relaxing and enjoying seasonal foods! Was a lovely break from my typically packed itineraries. Everyone was super friendly and they had multilingual staff.

The hotel is located to the left of JR Mito Station's North Exit, making it quite convenient. However, the facilities are a bit dated, and the room seemed a bit smelly. When I opened the window, I could see the outdoor air conditioner units outside.

This is my go-to hotel every time I'm on a business trip to Mito. Honestly, there's not much to say except for the slightly unvaried breakfast, it's pretty much perfect otherwise.

I took a flight to Ibaraki and stayed in Shigang one day in advance. It was like a small town in Europe and America, but without the desolate feeling. It was a ten-minute walk from Shigang tram station. The breakfast was economical and delicious. It was a pity that the flight from Shanghai to Ibaraki was cancelled. . . .

I have no complaints about the facilities or service. The super room with a loft bed is perfect for families with one child and I would like to stay here again. The hot spring water was smooth and nice. And finally, when I left the inn, a staff member who was not at the front desk but was doing cleaning and other duties said a pleasant farewell to me. I was quite moved by this.

It was really nice to be treated so kindly. I didn't make a meal reservation, but they accepted my request on the same day. It was really delicious. The location was good, making it suitable for sightseeing around the area. so It was also nice to be able to enjoy the atmosphere of the residential area in the evening while looking out the window. The Japanese style room I tried for the first time was clean and nice. If I get a chance to come again, I want to come.
